We were greeted by a very pleasant sales consultant Steve Caudill . He was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and was very easy to work with. After test driving a 1500 V8 Silverado 6.2 High Country my Ford man is now a Chevy guy. We highly recommend this dealership and the friendly staff. They make you feel like family.

They filled the gas tank and the car was spotless, even cleaned up from our test drive. Both our sales rep Trevor and the finance guy were not pushy and very straight forward. Everyone was friendly & efficient. Steering column was replaced & my car drives much better. I have one issue, though. We had Weathertech floor mats, from previous car. We know they didn’t fit properly & had ordered a new set to fit, & intended to give the older ones to a friend that could use them. However, the Moore tech took it upon himself to one of them. We were not advised of, or asked if it was okay to do that. Now the mat is ruined.

Ill be honest , I was about to be done with Henderson Chevrolet , bought my Armada in april , told them something was not right with the brakes , took it in to service , was told everything was good they did bleed the brakes and it helped somewhat , something was still off and steering wheel was shaking when hard braking, took it in monday for oil change and advised again something was wrong with brakes. I was told the rotors needed to be replaced, I was not about to pay for that when just 3000 miles ago I was told it was all ok. Spoke with Sam (sales manager) he took care of it and had my rotors replaced. So with that being said , was taken care of like it should have been done. I will continue to use Henderson Chevrolet as my dealership and would recommend to anyone else.
