They made sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Just another great experience with Car max. Probably my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase with them. The new Alliance store held to the same high standards of customer service as other CarMax dealerships I had worked with in the past. Really enjoy buying from CarMax. I brought my car in because the gauges were fluctuating. They recommended me to get a new transmission for $7500 with the labor being $225 per hour. I declined it. I went back to my shop got a newer transmission for five grand was having the same issue. They trying to tell me now that that transmission is bad. How are you a dealership but can't figure out what the problem is terrible service they just want your money would not recommend go somewhere else go to a different Chevy dealership. The only good thing they offer is a shuttle ride home and they refilled my gas after they used half a tank trying to figure out what the problem is just to try to tell me that the transmission I just put in was bad update: different dealership said same thing but both dont know what the issue is but i wanted to publicly apologize for a xxxxty review. just frustrating neither one can pinpoint exactly what the problem is. i appreciate the work yall both do. i would recommend jerry chevy and any other dealership to service you car

A $2495 charge for tint and door edge guards was added to the price of my Tahoe without my knowledge or consent. The sales statement, which was the only thing that showed this charge, was then hidden from me during closing and document signing. Like an idiot, I was excited to take delivery, trusted them and just signed what was pushed in front of me without checking every item. When I noticed it two days later I called the salesman and was told only, "it was on the statement". I sent two emails to dealership management requesting a response but received nothing. I believe this scheme was preplanned and I'm sure it is used often on unsuspecting buyers.
