A little delayed in writing this review, but had to do it. I went to look at a vehicle in November 2023. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Unfortunately it turned out to be out of my range financially, but the dealership and it's Employees were top class. They didn't try to pressure me or undermine me, they simply tried their best to get me the lowest possible price, while offering me a very fair value for my trade-in ... for which I was really impressed with and Thankful for. Great job All!

I looked at 5 or 6 other similar Odysseys around the valley, this dealers' vehicle was the only one that was perfect and was in immaculate condition both inside and outside (a few minor flaws I brought up and were addressed). I almost left the dealership empty-handed but Mo made it worth my while financially to buy. No regrets-other than the high mileage, but it's a Honda, so I know it'll run just fine over time with proper upkeep! Thanks, Mo & Ryan for dealing with my little guy with his big emotions! :)

No dealership service would be considered inexpensive but I always feel I get quality service at a reasonable price. I am also never pressured to agree to and pay for any services I do not want or disagree with. Many service departments could learn from their approach.

Sale team is excellent. Debby is extremely knowledgeable about Audi cars and the dealership. Great employee. Her partner, Larry, works hard to insure a customer has no unanswered questions. Selected a used car online. Setup a test drive and explained we needed to be out fairly quick due to a medical issue that prevented my wife from sitting too long. They were great and got us out quickly. Purchased the vehicle for the pre agreed price and went thru closing deal quickly with hi pressure to purchase anything else. My wife and I were appreciative for the professional way they handled it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Chad Dees was the service manager, On July 1st 2025 when I took my Jeep for the 80,000 inspection. 1. The coolant was low after the 80,000 service was done, and it was NOT LOW when I first took it for inspection. 2. The tire rotation was not done due to the lugs being swollen (this was written on final quote-receipt), but I was charged $29.95 for tire rotation. 3. The oil status indicator was never reset after oil service was "done". 4. There was no new mileage sticker with date for the next oil change inside the windshield. I personally spoke to Chad Dees, and have had several in-person conversations regarding my concerns, and asked for a refund of the tire rotation that was NOT DONE, but, after Chad Dees telling me I would get refunded, I have not yet received it, after 2 months. I will never again, take my Jeep to Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep. They steal your money.

At a high-end dealership like BMW, professionalism matters at every level, from the person answering the phones to the porters on the service drive. Sometimes actions speak louder than words, and as someone who knows the industry, I notice those details. Mitch and his service team stand out for all the right reasons. I placed an ad on Facebook Marketplace for our 2020 Lexus ES350 F Sport for $28,000. Right away, within an hour of my post I was bombarded with inquires from private party buyers. In truth I rather not deal with private party individuals who come to my home. I was also contacted by the acquisition manager, Kaitlyn Orabanec of Camelback Infiniti. She asked me to give her a detailed description of the car, the VIN, miles, condition of the car, when I bought my last new tires, what factory options I had, any accidents (NONE), been smoked in (NEVER) any curb damage to the rims, any blemishes interior or exterior, what color interior, what color exterior and more. On a scale of 1 to 10 I found her to be a solid 10 in her demeanor over the phone, this woman was asking all the right questions. After about 15 minutes she told me her dealership could not get to my number but would maybe offer me $27,500 tops once they inspected my car. I agreed and drove the 45-minute drive to meet her and show my Lexus to her. Within 20 minutes of handing the key to my Lexus to Kaitlyn she told me Infiniti of Camelback would offer me $27,550. I filled out the paperwork. Kaitlyn is truly one extremely professional and nice person to deal with. She should be the GM someday. Sincerely, Robert Atanasio

Buying a car at Chapman Mazda with Cally was an entirely different experience than what I had at the big corporate dealerships. The difference with a smaller, family-owned dealership really comes down to the people. Not only was Chapman able to beat the “big boys” on price, but the experience itself was what truly set them apart. When I shopped at a large dealership for my first plug-in hybrid, I had a lot of questions about the battery during the test drive. The salesperson’s response? “Do I look like a mechanic?” Needless to say, that didn’t inspire confidence. Cally, on the other hand, went above and beyond. He had me pull into a parking lot and spent over 35 minutes walking me through every feature of the car, every button, every setting, and even how to fully use and customize the infotainment system. His knowledge and patience made me feel confident about my purchase. The communication at Chapman was also night-and-day compared to the big guys. At the other dealership, I never knew who I was texting or emailing, one message was all lowercase, another in bold Times New Roman, another short and clipped. It felt messy and unprofessional, and the worst was the ChatGPT crafted email that contained false information about their incentives. At Chapman, I worked directly with Cally (sales), Michael (sales manager), and Amir (finance). Every interaction was professional, transparent, and respectful. When it came time to talk numbers, we had a straightforward back-and-forth conversation that was refreshingly honest. No games, no pressure, no getting shuffled around to different “mystery” people. The big dealership actually got upset with me because I wouldn’t agree to buy a higher trim that I hadn’t seen or driven, and they didn't want to give me time to consider my budget. At Chapman, I was treated with respect the entire way through. If you’re tired of the corporate runaround and want an honest, knowledgeable, and respectful car-buying experience, I can’t recommend Chapman Mazda and Cally enough.
