We've bought our last two cars at Paradise Chevrolet with the outstanding help of Mike Paralta. We had our previous car, 2018 Mailbu, serviced exclusively by Paradise Chevrolet. Always had a great experience with all the employees we encountered in the sales and service department. In 2018 we experienced an accident on the 210 freeway which totaled our 2017 Chevy Malibu. It was a stressful experience which was made much better by the help we received from Mike Paralta and Mallory Mayer at Paradise Chevrolet. I'm sure we will continue to have confidence in the years to come. Thanks so much.

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Allen Cadillac. During the purchase of our new car, we were misled and misinformed regarding critical safety features. These omissions have caused immense stress, especially as my wife is about to give birth to our third child. Despite our repeated efforts to address these concerns, the dealership has refused to take responsibility and continues to ignore our safety issues. Transparency and honesty should be fundamental when selling vehicles, especially when customer safety is at stake. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed in that regard. I strongly advise any prospective buyers to exercise caution and reconsider before purchasing from them.

I use Jessup Cadillac for all my service and repair needs for my 2021 Escalade ESV Premium Luxury.My service advisor is Sergio Ron,Sergio is v ery knowledgeable and professional ,he always greets me a smile and hand shake.I trust Sergio 100% to leave my truck with for any service needs because i know my truck will be fixed right..Sergio is very good at communicating while my truck is in service.He updates me of all the repairs while the truck is being serviced.Sergio always helps me with loaner cars if i need one or arranges uber/lift rides if i need one.Once my truck is repaired he calls me and updates me of the repairs and also he gets my truck washed and clean before i pick my vehicle .Sergio is great asset to Jessup Cadillac and i wish him all the best

I looked at many many many examples of the vehicle my wife decided on and far and away De La Fuente had the cleanest example around. For me, quality and cleanliness are key when purchasing a used vehicle. Rick and Kelly were more than fair for what they are selling us. Exceptionally clean and fully loaded. She made it straightforward and smooth from start to finish. I made a custom order online for an Escalade and sent her the trim/options I wanted. She didn't make any promises, but she said it'll get here in 4-6 months but only took 3 months! If you're looking to purchase a Cadillac, I'll save you the trouble of shopping around, just look for Avia Yin at this dealership. She's the best.

Renick Cadillac will Close in May 2018 - Filigif

We, over the years, have leased 10 cadillacs at Renick. Don Holte and Steve Weddle were the BEST!!!!!! The only good Customer Service Rep left is Lou. Avoid Mark at all costs. Service is bad, slow and unlike all the years of Renick in their history. Renick Cadillac ceases to exist by end of May 2018. Before escrow closes, research and find your next Cadillac dealership/service group.
