As a mom of two with a very busy job, the last thing I wanted to do was spend hours going back and forth at a dealership. I had been looking at a vehicle at another dealership, and they basically told me they wouldn’t give me their best deal unless I came in. I went in, and they wanted to spend hours going back and forth, negotiating and playing the typical dealership games. It was honestly a complete waste of my time. I reached out to Selma Kia and explained that I really wanted to be able to work out the deal over the phone without all the back-and-forth. Rene completely understood me right away. He connected me with Richard and another girl team member whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, and from there, everything was incredibly easy. With just a few texts, phone calls, and emails over the course of a couple of hours, we had a deal worked out that I felt really good about. Aaron, the sales manager, locked everything in and made the process so simple. We drove over the next morning, test drove the vehicle with Richard and completed all of the paperwork in less than three hours. Our finance guy was also fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. The entire experience was easy, straightforward, and—most importantly—respectful of my time. I never felt pressured or like I was being played with. As a busy mom, that means SO much to me. I would highly, highly recommend Selma Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle and especially to anyone who wants a dealership that will actually work with you and respect your time. Ryan Soderholm went as far as to send me a reminder to verify that I will make the scheduled appointment 8/12/26 730pm, yet he and Sales Manager Oscar left for the day without giving me notice and were not available to assist me as stated. Fresno Ford Lithia practice of wasting the customer's time. I took time out of my busy schedule, Ryan text me to ask for him or Oscar both of you were gone for the day by 6:50 pm. How is is that setting aside some time to MAKE SURE I get the attention I need as Ryan stated? AND to make things worse Ryan set me up on a appointment for a test drive for a vehicle you don't have in stock! 2026 Ford Bronco 4-cylinder manual transmission. What kind of business Ford Lithia running? Waste customer's time? I walked into your store, not greeted by anyone, im the one that had to walk up to this employee who didn't notice I was there until i asked "how are you doing"? He was to busy on his cell phone, didn't introduce himself, didn't shake my hand, but he did say that Ryan and Oscar left for the day, didn't even bother to stay for the 7:30pm appointment. Ryan set me a reminder, seems like your sales Reps needed the reminder, i showed up, Mr. no name who did not introduce himself stated that vehicle is still in transit with no date of arrival, but we can put you on a waiting list if the figures look good you will have first right of refusal and you get to test drive it first. What a horrible experience with Ford Lithia, horrible customer service. DONT ANYONE COME SHOP HERE

I arrived half an hour early for appointment. When my car was brought out after service, service rep did not come to advise. I was out and saw my car parked outside. He got my paper work and made wait another 30 minutes while serving other customers. I also saw him on his phone sending text messages while I waited. I felt disrespected. I have chosen to seek another dealership for service because of this experience. Thank you.

I’m pretty disappointed with the experience I had with the service department at Kellar Motors. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5–6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn’t posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn’t receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I’d be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed.

Great communication and very positive experience. Was able to make a good deal electronically and then they assisted me getting to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, even picking me up at the train station. Having the car detailed and gased up ready to go, was also appreciated. They stayed late and got me out the door quickly without any hassles.

So...we decided to go car shopping, on a Friday. Why, I have no idea! All the lots were teaming with people and I was thankful that my hubs and I did our homework, knew what we wanted to see, knew where to go and what our bottom line was. We arrived at Selma Hyundai and A.P. welcomed us, asking if we were already speaking with someone - we weren't- and if we needed assistance. He provided a ton of great information on the Genesis line we were interested in. We were waffling between a 2019 and a 2021 and he helped us with pros and cons for each, listening to what we really were looking for, went with us while we drove each and allowed me to really dig into analyzing the feel and overall "sit" of each model, going through features and detailed information on comparisons to other vehicles in that class. Super helpful! He made it an amazing experience and not only helped us get into the car we really loved, but walked with us every step of the way. The entire Hyundai crew made our experience one I will never forget, from the sale to the finance end, communication was flowing for literally three full days. I highly recommend you go visit them if you're looking for a new ride and you want to be treated like family!

First real car purchase for my daughter couldn't have been better. Our salesguy, Moe was very friendly and seemed to know what we were going to ask before we asked the questions. Our financing rate came back a little higher than I would have liked and the finance guy Christian, worked very hard to find a lender with better rates. Could not be happier with our new Mazda and would definitely recommend this team.
