Had my car listed online. Efren reached out with an offer (didn't give a number). Told them I would only take my asking price. They had the VIN and apparently after discussing it with his manager they agreed to give me my asking price under the stipulation that the car was in good condition. We scheduled a meeting, after 30-45 minutes they told me the car was in good condition, but instead of giving me my asking price they low balled. I refused showing the sales associate (not Efren) our previous correspondence and was then told they can't do that price because they "need to make money". I refused since now they wasted my time and backed out of our deal. I asked for the contact information of Efren, his manager (the one he talked to and agreed to give me my asking price), and their boss. None apparently had business cards and now the dealership is no longer responding to my emails. Do not go here to sell a car, they will low ball you and waste your time. I assume the same can be said about buying a car off them, they are only looking to make a profit and not benefit/improve their community like they say they will.

if you want a honda at this dealership and not pay a ' market adjustment' mark up $5000 for a civic..$10000 for a civic si..or a passport or a crv..or a prolouge.. just sit down.. show your costco card or you AAA card..and ask for the costco or AAA price..if they try to tell you about ; market value price i.e. mark up..getup and walk away.. there are many other honda dealerships that dont sell their car for' mark up ' market value' its just a scam

After purchasing this car and was really excited about it. A few months later i opened the sun roof and noticed a tear in the wind deflector around the sunroof. I called the service department and spoke with Kenneth. I explained the situation and sent him pictures of it so he can check the warranty status. I then emailed him again days later to see what the status was. He said it was covered but i would need to drive all the way out there for inspection. I had to take a day off work and drive out there so they could take a picture of it. I waisted an entire day , gas, and he had an attitude problem as well. I explained that I didnt understand why i would have to go there to get a picture, when i already sent multiple pictures. He said if i didnt like there service there were other dealerships. What is this guy talking about. I just bought this car brand new from them. He then said it would be a 2 to 5 hour wait. Afterwards he said they will order the part and i will have to bring it back and drop off for repairs. I also told him there is an air gap on driver door making a loud sound. He didn't have that looked at. I guess i will have to live with the problem. I asked for gas for waisting my time and driving out there. That didnt happen. Just attitude. I wish i never bought this car from them.

Let me start by saying my salesperson, George, was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I feel sorry for him because he has to work alongside a finance department manager, Chase, whose behavior was egotistical and dismissive. I had already found the car I wanted and was prepared to finance only about $13,000 . However, during the financing process, the manager repeatedly presented the same numbers, simply shifting what I would put down versus what I would finance—without making any effort to adjust on their side. When I asked if the numbers were based on my credit, he confirmed they were. I then explained that my son, who has excellent credit in the 800s, could step in to purchase the vehicle. His response shocked me: “Well, I won’t sell it to him.” When I asked why, he claimed that California law requires the person signing the contract to be the primary driver, and since he knew I would be the primary driver, he refused to proceed. I was floored. His attitude and treatment were unprofessional, condescending, and frankly insulting. Whether it was because I am a woman or simply his personal approach, I cannot say—but I do know that no customer deserves to be spoken to or treated in such a manner. I am a 61-year-old woman who believes in treating others with respect, and I would never in a million years behave the way Chase did toward me. Future Ford, you need to do better. Respecting your customers is not that hard.
