We had a good experience with Roberson Albany Ford. It started off with a test drove of a Xterra which Roberson allowed us to take to a private . certified mechanic on our own who advised us there might be difficulties with the trany down the line. We brought is back and then test drove a Hyundai and had the mechanic check out it's engine. It was in perfect shape....the enginie, the exterior and the interior were almost like brand new. We went back and ZACH the financière drew up the papers, giving us a very fair trade in and a reasonable purchase price. We wrote a check and drove away satisfied. We continue to love the new vehicle and apricate the care we were shown by Roberson Albany Ford, especially to a Mother and Daughter! We will DEFININATELY be returning in the future to them to purchase other vehicles as needed!

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium from Doherty Ford in Forest Grove (back in 2020). So why not having all my services done with them as well. I never had a bad experience. Recently, my tire pressure sensor failed on a back tire, and they took me in that same day for service. While my car was already at their shop why not do an oil change. They offered and I appreciated that. Saves me time to take another day off from work to get the oil change done. My husband also takes his 2012 Ford Utility Van to their Express Lane. We purchased both vehicles from Doherty and have been very happy with our choice of dealer and car/van.

On Friday, February 28th, I bought a new 2024 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 V6 from Wilson Motors. Brian was the Sales Associate and John was the Sales Manager. It was one of the best vehicle buying experiences of my life (not over stating it here). Brian was nice, friendly, well informed, personable and a good listener. John was likewise personable, straight forward and no excess sales pressure or bait and switch tactics. I appreciated that. I got a good deal (the right vehicle for the right price). Admittedly, I had a pretty straightforward transaction: no trade-in, no financing, just straight purchase. That being said, do your homework in advance and be prepared to take a pause in the transaction process if you need more time to think. Opportunity plus timing plus preparation increases your success potential. I recommend Wilson Motors for anyone in the market. Peace.

I’d expect Facebook market place or Craigslist to provide better service. I’m serious. They will waste your time, screw you over, and never return your phone call. LOOK OUT FOR THESE NAMES!! Sierra, Dan, and Michael. They will act professional UNTIL they take your down deposit, then, they’ll treat you like garbage or ignore you :) TRUST ME… pick a different Ford Dealer. It was a little frustrating that the financing changed while I was there, but I understood why. THe finance manager was really nice, and I appreciated that everyone was really nice. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was met with indifference and a palpable sense of disinterest from the sales staff. To make matters worse, the salesman, Tim, bombarded me with texts in the days leading up to my visit, creating an atmosphere of pressure and obligation. It felt as though I was being coerced into making a purchase rather than being guided through a thoughtful and considerate sales process. Once I arrived at the dealership, any semblance of professionalism went out the window. The sales staff seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to my needs as a customer. As I expressed interest in a used vehicle, I was hurried through the process with little regard for ensuring my satisfaction or addressing any concerns I had. The paperwork was thrust in front of me without explanation or opportunity for verification. It was clear that the dealership's priority was closing the deal as quickly as possible, with no consideration for the customer's peace of mind. the service department up sells , went in to have tires rotated got a call that the lug nuts where rounded and there the only one s to rotate and mount the wheels on our vehicle cost me extra 90.00$ for new lug nuts that they had destroyed i have bought 7 vehicles from them in the last 20 years , Never Again !
