Zero star dealer This dealership has the exact car with the exact options I was looking for, so I drove 45 minutes to get there after detailing my trade so it would l This dealership has the exact car with the exact options I was looking for, so I drove 45 minutes to get there after detailing my trade so it would look like new. It was 5:30 on a Saturday and I had my car title in hand and asked for an appraisal because I wanted to buy a car they had on the lot. The salesman that met me at the customer service desk Said “It’s a little late today”. I said “Are you open tomorrow?” He said “No”. No hand shake, no business card, no response like “Come back Monday and I’d be happy to help you”. Nothing. So I left. By his response you would have thought they were closing forever. The next day I got an email from the dealership because I had filled out a profile on cargurus asking if I was interested in the car. I emailed them my story and said after the way I was treated they would have to give me a pretty good deal on the car for me to make that drive again after the way I was treated. The sales manager called me and said he’d sell me the car for their full retail price and give me average KBB for my trade. (My trade was flawless and I added over $3000 in upgrades.) I will never set foot in a Luther dealership again. Here’s my review for Carlson Toyota who had the same exact Lexus with less miles on their lot: After a horrific experience at a Luther dealership in Inver Grove Heights that had me walking out he door disgusted with the car buying experience, I was treated with respect at Carlson and bought the same exact car I was looking at in IGH for less. They also gave me more for my trade! I was in and out in about an hour and a half with my new car on a saturday. 5 STARS For the staff at Carlson! Thanks again Randy K Review for Luther IGH More

Disappointment No inspection sheet received. Missing air cap for tires after air check. After an oil change, we were told that it would’ve been another 30 minutes No inspection sheet received. Missing air cap for tires after air check. After an oil change, we were told that it would’ve been another 30 minutes to fix an “air leak”. Ended up waiting another hour while everyone that came after use was serviced and left before I did. Rim caps weren’t flush after Fixing the air leak. Tire pressure still drops after my leak was fixed. More
