2nd oil change tire rotation. I had an 11:30AM appointment and I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take an hour, but I pulled into the service area and then w I had an 11:30AM appointment and I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take an hour, but I pulled into the service area and then went over what I was supposed to have done. Once I signed my name, I was directed to the lounge area. My oil change and tire rotation was completed and the car washed all in exactly 1/2 hour. Very good, very nice I have been a true Nissan Rogue lover and I am always treated with kindness and everyone has been very nice. More

No longer no waits, stresses, etc. I was impressed the entire time spent at the dealership was just over 2 hours. He walked me out to make my first oil change appt are Michael was welcoming and friendly. I finished up in Finance and Brian was equally as friendly. Upon leaving, Jason came and congratulated and thanked me. They know how to keep their customers!! More
