My experience with Ferman BMW has been outstanding so far. The Client Advisor Alex W. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just an all around pleasure to deal with. Joe C Business Manager was great far. The Client Advisor Alex W. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just an all around pleasure to deal with. Joe C Business Manager was great and explained all available options from finance to extra warranties in a clear manner and didn’t push any extras (only informed) which was a great experience. Karl A.was fair and responsive to all requests and the pricing was exceptional from the cost of the vehicle to the value of the trade. I don’t give high marks often as there is always room for improvement, but in the case of Ferman BMW from start to finish the process has been as close to perfect as I have ever had. All of these people did everything possible to make the experience smooth, uneventful and enjoyable as can be. A special thanks to Alex W on really going the extra mile to make things run efficiently and taking outstanding care of me. More
