Service department needs a lot of work. Charged for repair on an issue that they caused by negligence. When I picked up the vehicle, not only was the cap in the engine compartment. I pulled a loose tool they had left just lying in the compartment under the hood. I realize mistakes happen, but when they never took accountability, or even apologized for any of the above, they have no integrity as an organization. More

I asked them if the water leak would be fixed and they said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of re said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of repair on my car I pick up my vehicle and it’s worse than it was before. Yes, the water pump is fixed, but I wanted the water leak to be done. If there was a possibility of another leak reoccurring I would have waited until I had the money to have a running vehicle or purchased another vehicle to get me to and from to work very disappointed I called and nobody has called to reach back out to me. More
