I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

100/10 service! This location is like a family and they treat their customers like that as well. Everyone is beyond kind and welcoming. From the first phone call to closing the deal it was so pleasant. Luke and Kyle were the dream team. They kept me posted all the time with where the car was tracking, even calling the delivery truck to get it delivered quickly, their communication is incredible and so appreciated. Roscoe was also absolutely amazing as well, he really was so kind and helpful! Angela in finance helped me at the end and was beyond warm and welcoming too! Dealerships can be pretty intimidating in my opinion but not Klaben, they’re so incredible. Rich has really changed the game and Klaben Ford/Lincoln is unlike any dealership I have ever been to. If you are looking for a new car definitely give them a call, highly recommend! More

My husband and I came to see the team at Klaben because we were stuck in a horrible situation with a different dealer. The level of hospitality shown to us by the team at Klaben was unmatched by any exper we were stuck in a horrible situation with a different dealer. The level of hospitality shown to us by the team at Klaben was unmatched by any experience we’ve ever had with another dealer in our lives. The way we were treated by the entire team at Klaben is a testament to the culture they have within the company. Rich, Christine, David, (and I apologize I cannot remember the name of the lovely woman who helped us with our paperwork) were all exceptional. Even the team members who were simply walking by made it a point to stop and say hello and see if there was anything we needed. Based on how we were treated, we will never go anywhere else for our cars in the future. Thank you to the team at Klaben! More

I can't say enough about Bo! I was embarrassed to submit my credit report doe to a divorce and wasn't sure I was going to qualify for a loan. Bo made sure that I knew Klaben wa I was embarrassed to submit my credit report doe to a divorce and wasn't sure I was going to qualify for a loan. Bo made sure that I knew Klaben was different from other dealership and they can sometimes work with people in my situation. Bo explained how the program works and didn't treat me any different from a customer with a great credit store. Bo went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smooth and I was satisfied every step of the way! I didn't feel like a customer I felt like a friend! I will certainly come back to Klaben on the future and will recommend to anyone who will listen. More
