Our sales agent Angel dropped the ball on this loan multiple times. We visited FIVE times to complete the process. Everytime we came we were told the car would be ready the next day. With a different e multiple times. We visited FIVE times to complete the process. Everytime we came we were told the car would be ready the next day. With a different excuse. On the FIFTH time, we spoke to Taylor who saved the loan. He made sure to get the car in, BUT we were not able to test drive it. And when the vehicle arrived the detailing crew had soap on it and we couldn’t see it completely. Not to mention it was dark. The carfax reported no accidents. Clearly after being able to see the car in person, it was dented and banged in SEVERAL places. Front bumper is poking out and there was lots of scratches on the bumper. Carfax lied. Oil was at 23%. We did not get to a full inspection and test drive was the worst part. They were supposed to call us to repair the damages. We’re still waiting. And it feels like we have to hassle them about the repair. And waste a whole day to complete it instead of them valuing our time. The experience could have been so much better if the salesperson, Angel had been proactive and took care of things. Angel said the car had to go into the shop, and it may clear why. Car even has an issue with shifting to park. A common issue with a Chevy cars. I really wish they had worked with us more to resolve the issues BEFORE hand. We shouldn’t have to deal with this ongoing. Just really disappointed with the whole process. More

I went to this dealership as they had the vehicle model with the options I was looking for. The sale was a no-brainer. What followed afterwards was an absolute mess with the Finance team, missing paperwork with the options I was looking for. The sale was a no-brainer. Broken promises and misinformation has led to trust and integrity issues with this dealership. We have been compensated, but it was not worth the headache. More
