My experience with this dealership, and specifically Quintin, was not typical of car shopping. I had stopped by on a previous occasion and talked with Quintin briefly about my trade and what I was looki Quintin, was not typical of car shopping. I had stopped by on a previous occasion and talked with Quintin briefly about my trade and what I was looking for. He did some searching through the available options, and I came back the next day with my trade-in. Quintin was patient, and after some time searching and reviewing options, we eventually determined that there were very few options in the available stock. I decided to start with current inventory and be less picky on which colors I could be happy with. After they suggested I could get them to move my 3rd party side rails and grill guard from my trade to my new vehicle, that convinced me to go ahead and buy something a little more than what I was initially looking for, but it turns out that I'm really happy with it! So, instead of trying to find something that was an exact match, we turned something that was 'close' into exactly what I wanted. I applaud these guys for taking the time to work with me and staying late into the night to get the deal completed. Other dealerships should use this location as an example of how customers should be treated when the experience is this enjoyable. More
