He was very thorough to explain every feature and setting of the vehicle, and has followed up multiple times since the sale. Tom Arsenian in finance was also helpful - did not try to oversell or confuse me (that can happen in other dealerships) and what has turned into be an aggravating and terrifying was seamless and helpful. This is NOT my first dealing with Herb Chambers. My first was at Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington MA. That was a great experience many years ago. I still have that Audi TT and still love it. This experience was a used Porshe that went smooth with no surprises. Helpful, respectful, on time and overall a great deal on a great vehicle . . . I am absolutely loving the car! More
