Samual Aljallad professionally handled every aspect of our car buying experience for a new 2024 CR-V Sport Touring, and trade in of our previous vehicle. He has a no nonsense/no 'xx' approach, and we wer our car buying experience for a new 2024 CR-V Sport Touring, and trade in of our previous vehicle. He was very thorough to explain every feature and setting of the vehicle, and has followed up multiple times since the sale. He even offered to come in on his day off for us to take delivery, if necessary. He presented an itemized breakdown of the pricing, which was easy to understand. Our dealings with Tom Aresenian from the finance dept were also excellent, and didn't involve high pressure sales tactics; as we have experienced at some other dealerships in the past. I recently purchased a pre-owned Porsche Macan and did it in a very reasonable time with virtually no glitches . . . or curveballs! Tom Arsenian in finance was also helpful - did not try to oversell or confuse me (that can happen in other dealerships) and what has turned into be an aggravating and terrifying was seamless and helpful. This is NOT my first dealing with Herb Chambers. My first was at Herb Chambers Audi in Burlington MA. That was a great experience many years ago. I still have that Audi TT and still love it. This experience was a used Porshe that went smooth with no surprises. Helpful, respectful, on time and overall a great deal on a great vehicle . . . I am absolutely loving the car! More
