Dear Lexus of Sacramento, I was apprehensive about visiting a car dealership because of past negative experiences in purchasing a new or used vehicle. My latest experience with Lexus of Sacramento has changed that. I was in search of a preowned late model Mazda CX-5 which Lexus of Sacramento was advertising at an extremely fair price. I called to inquire about its availability and was connected to Mr. Anthony (‘Tony’) Uzoh. Tony was informative, and very helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns prompting my appointment to visit Lexus of Sacramento the very next day. After the test drive, we moved into the phase of purchasing the vehicle. Unlike my past experiences, the process of purchasing the vehicle from Lexus of Sacramento was very pleasant experience. Tony was informative, without the high pressure that I’ve experience in the past. I felt like a valued customer during this entire process despite the fact I wasn’t buying a brand-new Lexus. The high-pressure gamesmanship was absent though this process, which I feel is a credit to the leadership of Lexus of Sacramento. Tony advised me that they needed to prep the car before delivery and I would be a short wait. When the car was delivered, it had a full tank of gas, fresh oil change and interior was emasculate; they even cleaned the engine compartment! I must acknowledge Lexus of Sacramento, Tony Uzoh, and everyone else involved in providing stellar customer experience and service. Thank you for such a positive experience. The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.

Purchased my new IS350 from Frank here at Lexus of Riverside. After 2 horrible visits at another unnamed dealership and a huge upcharge. Frank and Riverside came to the rescue. After very few calls and texts my car had arrived. Drove an hour out of town and Frank had it ready. Paperwork work was fast and easy. I went from a pretty standard truck with not much technology to this, so the extras and insurance and warranty were explained very well and didn't feel pressured on anything I didn't like.
