Other than having to drive up from Orange County to Beverly Hills which I hate to drive in LA, it was a very positive experience for us. We spoke first with Jason before going up to make sure they had the exact car I was looking for. Once we arrived we worked mostly with Mario who took us for the test drive and showed me all the little details about the car. The whole process was smooth and streamlined and Jason was direct in all his communications with us. There was no haggling needed. Everything was up front. No one took my keys and then made it hard to get them back so we could leave. No one high pressured us into buying something we didn’t want. I was beer appreciative for the experience we had there. It was worth the drive up.

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.
