At first I thought they would give me a hard time since I did not buy the car here...boy was I wrong! Not only did they took my car in right away, ( Chris...I forgot his last name but he is a super nice service advisor) their service manager also managed to get me a loaner car (Mike Timpone was the manager), they are the most efficient/effective people I have met in any dealership service center.
It was a SMOOTH transaction over all from Taking my car in to letting me out in their loaner. I would give an A+ for that.
The next day come, Chris calls me and says the car is ready! Now that was amazing! Apprantly Mike and Chris ordered the parts needed and have ACURA over nighted the parts over! (I thought it would take days if not a week to fix...)
I have owned many cars, went to many different service centers, i have been through the same "service Run arounds"; but Paragon Acura has completely changed my experience and perspective of a dealership service center! I hope they keep up the good work because they have just earned themselves a royal customer.
