My wife and I, somewhat impulsively bought a used Durango. We worked with Justin. The Durango had everything we were looking for, with a reasonable price. We picked up the Durango a little over a day later. After driving on I-81 for under 5 minutes, we found an issue where the whole front end of the truck rattled at high speed. I immediately emailed Justin. He was very responsive, and set up a service time for the next full business day. The service team replaced ALL FOUR tires, at their cost, and gave my wife a loaner for the day while they worked on it. While I haven't driven it myself, my wife said it is much better.
It's RARE that a dealership is this helpful after the sale was made. I will not hesitate to recommend Fayetteville Dodge to anyone. Thank you Justin for a great experience.

I had my Town and Country serviced with Garden City, to address malfunctions in the AC system an some issues with my tires & navigation system. Having had poor experiences with other dealers, I went in a bit skeptical about the service I was going to receive. Upon walking in you immediately notice that they are very orderly, clean and have complementary breakfast items and coffee, as well as a comfortable waiting area. I was greeted and taken care of by Estherline R, who attentatively heard my requests and filled the required paper work to have the vehicle serviced. I was issued a loaner vehicle and went on my way. Half way to my destination I realized that the loaner 200C I was driving had a tire pressure issue and immediately called back to service. I got in touch with Estherline again and she went above and beyond to ensure that I had another loaner vehicle available for me and as a courtesy, plus ensured that the loaner I had, had a full tank as I had just filled up the 200c loaner before noticing the flat. Upon my return, I was greeted by Estherline and Diane the service manager and had a chance to explain the AC issues I was having with the vehicle. Unable to fully understand what I was describing and empathetic to potential complexity to issue, Diane immediaetly sent for a Senior Service Technician who sat in the car with me and who was able to understand the issues I was having. Diane ensured me that the issue was understood and would be addressed :). A+
Estherline, then secured my loaner ensured that it was adequately fueled and apologized for the inconvenience :). I received regular updates on the status of my car and had my car ready in 1 weeks time. I received my car fully service Clean and Operation :) A++

Sale was pretty easy, but when it came to trading in another car things weren't as easy as the sale. Our rep was nice but didn't seem to have a checklist of things needed to complete the sale and trade-in. It took a few trips back and forth between home and the dealership to get everything settled.

To preface my experience with Armory Garage, I had dealt with two other dealerships who I felt tried to either up-sell or sway me into to a vehicle they were currently promoting so my search for what I really wanted continued online. I found similar vehicles at 2 additional dealers but they had higher miles and higher prices. Then I found Armory online and started dealing with Patricia, who was very helpful and had quick and direct responses. She referred me to the sales team and I met with Haman Sanders in person. Since I had done a lot of previous research on the type of vehicle and amenities I was looking for, I knew exactly what models I wanted to see. I also had to drive and hour and a half to get to Armory and Haman was completely respectful of my time, my knowledge and my needs. He was kind and helpful and even when I had to go through this process with my crying baby and rambunctious 5 yr old son. He is a class act! I would recommend Armory and Haman to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and made the car buying experience so easy and enjoyable. Lets face it, making a major purchase is a big, expensive deal and with both Patricia and Haman, there was no B.S., just straight forward and reasonable. I say this because the dealership I went to prior basically tried to give me tips on managing my money so I could afford a higher payment on a more expensive car that I didn't even want to look at in the first place. So again, my needs were met with respect and reasonable, direct answers...no BS, just great service!! Thank you Armory!!

My wife and I were in the market for an F150 and had previously visited Vanbortel who, in their defense, were very straight forward and gave a great price up front. I asked if I could have it reduced and they said they don't negotiate, everyone gets the same price.
We decided to go to Cortese just to see, it couldn't hurt if they couldn't beat the price, we could always go back. Initially the prices were high which I didn't really understand since we provided paperwork showing the price we were offered and the first two prices from Cortese didn't beat it. I passed it off as, maybe they have to go through the incremental offers. Just as we were talking amongst ourselves deciding that we would probably have to go with the other dealer, Dave came back with an offer we couldn't refuse.
Dave was able to match the price of the other dealer and he found a truck that was the right color (the other dealer didn't have the color we wanted) and it came with two additional packages the other dealer's truck did not come with. We got the truck we wanted in the color we wanted plus more for the same price as the first dealer. The truck was actually not even on the lot yet, it was due for delivery in about a week so not only did Dave get us the truck plus more, he actually looked outside of his lot to find what we wanted. The other dealer acted as if they only had what was on the lot and that was it.

Prior to Central Ave, we were customers of the Dodge dealership on Yonkers Ave. I have to say that we have never had a negative experience, with yesterday, 9/18/16's being the best. The minute we went in, the salesman, Matt Morea, was very helpful, empathetic, and informative. He did not beat around the bush and answered every question we had and more. I was given a ticket outside and was told to have a seat inside. I waited 2 1/2 hours and decided to ask how much longer. Was told I was suppose to bring ticket to desk to be written up. Then I waited another 2 hours. I was there for 5 hours .NOT GOOD!
