Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new - LFS91

Beginning in October 2024, the audio in our brand new Ford Escape PHEV purchased at Empire Ford in Huntington began working only intermittently. After three trips to that shop in which they had the car for a total of about five weeks, they did not repair it, even though each time we picked it up we were told it was fixed. Then the Navigation Fault showed up. I called Ford corporate. Tech there said take it to a different shop. Best advice ever. Steve understood the problem, the audio was fixed with updates in one visit, and the navigation fixed the next week. As I waited, Steve kept me (as well as everyone else waiting) frequently updated on progress. He is a consummate professional and has a great tech team working with him. Steve will be in charge of all our future maintenance work.

Recently I visited Brewster Ford in search of a used pickup truck and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michael Rose. Although my budget was lower than the class of truck I was seeking, Michael worked every available option to find the right fit. Michael was in constant contact throughout the search and made the process simple and enjoyable. In the end I didn't purchase a vehicle because it had become abundantly clear that what I was asking for was not feasible. I was in a 50k market with a 25k budget however, Michael has continued to stay in contact and has offered assistance if needed in the future. Don and JC were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with their time. They never pushed or rushed me. It was a stress-free pleasure working with them. Lacy’s inventory is large and I had many options. When I chose my Forester, Lacy prepped it to perfection. Without my asking, they also put on new tires, filters, and wipers, and checked and inspected the car. They also handled the registration, plates, and stickers. I drove off the lot with a car that looks, feels, and drives like a brand-new model. Lacy exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the sale process. Don and JC stayed in touch throughout and kept me informed. On top of that, they stayed within my budget. In the end, Lacy’s price for my model beat any of the competition’s.
