My mother and I are pleased with the service that Victory Toyota of San Bruno provides. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable in their product. We bought over a year ago our second RAV4 Toyota from Victory Toyota in San Bruno. We also bought from Victory Toyota our previous RAV2 which lasted us about 22 years, and had to replace it because someone rear ended me. Thus, the product that we bought at Victory Toyota is great value. We will continue taking our car for service at Victory Toyota, and if we need another vehicle, we will check Victory Toyota as our first choice. Second Purchase. This was an incredible experience. Salesperson Ryan was patient, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, and shared his experiences with his own car that helped us make a decision. Gave us an awesome price on a used vehicle. Finance process was also wonderful, staff in every department is excellent. We talked to the Service department about a problem we were having with another car. They spent a lot of time explaining and giving us information that helped us make the decision to replace the car. Had a liaison assigned to us, Rashad who helped the process of an insurance adjuster inspecting the car. Helped us make a bad situation better. Can't recommend this dealership enough!

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.

I would like to extend my highest praise 10 stars to Toyota of Santa Monica, particularly to Arnold Funes, the Internet Sales Manager. After conducting some research last night, I became interested in leasing a brand new Toyota Prius XLE. I submitted an inquiry through an automated system that notifies all Toyota dealers, and by morning, Arnold was the first to reach out to me. At 11 a.m. sharp, Arnold was ready to discuss the details. He texted me, saying, "It's Arnold from Toyota Santa Monica. We can do $3,000 down and $380 per month. That's the best offer I can provide for you." A few hours later, I was inundated with calls from various Toyota dealers across Southern California, each employing the same sales tactics. However, none of them came close to matching Arnold's offer. Even after I shared the details of Arnold's proposal, many dealers expressed skepticism and joked that I might be getting played. Ultimately, the deal went through, and I ended up with an even better offer. This dealership is genuinely committed to their customers, and Arnold's dedication and work ethic certainly deserve recognition and a raise. I wholeheartedly recommend Toyota of Santa Monica to anyone serious about leasing a new vehicle. If you're in the market, this is the place to go.
