This was an easy and pleasant experience. I felt respected and listened to. DJ also read me well when after 2 test drives he presented me with " Just the right car." I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle that day but how to say no to "Just the right car" I was pleased with the factual data he presented regarding the value of my car and the one I planned to purchase. It made the transaction simple without the need to "negotiate". He was also very clear on the technical components of the motor, transmission and brakes. All in all an excellent experience.
