When I noticed a recall for the Takata airbag on my registration renewal, I scheduled an appointment and was introduced to Wayne. From the moment I brought my car in, Wayne was incredibly professional, communicated clearly, and kept me informed about every detail. He handled everything with exceptional professionalism. I’ve worked with other service advisors before, but he is by far the best. Even when there was a minor issue due to a misdiagnosis, he addressed it immediately, kept me updated, and made sure I was taken care of.
