Absolutely the worst car buying experience! I bought a car “certified” corolla from this through driveway.com when it was delivered it was not clean on the outside, not clean on the inside, nu I bought a car “certified” corolla from this through driveway.com when it was delivered it was not clean on the outside, not clean on the inside, numerous scratches, chips, ding in the hood, front bumper is broken they rigged it seems like it was in a front end accident where there the car was never repaired and the bumper was pieced back on. Windshield has a chip front dash has scratches, trash in the door and dirty on the floor and in the trunk. Thank god I spent the time to get it detailed so I could see all the damage. They will get it back cleaner then I got it. If you review the 160 car inspection for certified Toyota this car should have never passed there standard certification process. Buyer beware! Matt and Tom were also instrumental in helping rectify significant vehicle problems on two of our Toyotas including a failed transmission in our 2018 Camry that was replaced under the Certified Used Vehicle Warranty coverage. Currently there is a rattling in the Camry that occurs while driving over bumps or road imperfections that was not present prior to the transmission replacement. It was initially looked at briefly the day I picked up the Camry, but was not fixed. So I will have to make a follow up appointment for a mechanic to spend some time to determine where this rattle is coming from to correct it. More
