I had some serious amount of warranty work done, he kept my truck clean and neat and when my steering wheel needed replaced due to the heated part not working, he thought of using a FLIR type camera to prove to Ford how it didnt work. I thought that was genius. They did a great job with my truck, listened and helped. I wish more buisnesses were run like this. Everyone is polite and happy to see you, even if they are busy. That speaks volumes to me! I left Sarchione Ford because i felt i was getting played over and they NEVER went as far as Klaben has for me. Came to look at Ford Bronco that I saw on the internet. It was just being built, so they found one that was close to the one I had seen. While I was in with finance, they transferred everything from my trade in to the Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Would definitely recommend both of them if you are going to buy or lease a new vehicle.
