Robert, Aaron and Anthony were incredible. My parking brake locked up and we were stranded at Akron U. Within minutes, Anthony had me connected to service, we were able to use the Ford system My parking brake locked up and we were stranded at Akron U. Within minutes, Anthony had me connected to service, we were able to use the Ford system to get in the queue for a tow, able to leave the car and had an Uber to pick us up. Going from stranded to home so quickly and excellent communication from the tow truck driver, from Klaben and then fixing the car so quickly was amazing. Thank you! More
