I recently bought new rims from Ford and had to have delivered to a dealership. Doing business with you before I chose yours. I had to purchase tires for these new rims and I got a quote from you. What I didn’t know was that there was an additional charge to mount and balance these tires. Never have I been charge that amount to mount tires that cost $1000.00. And on top of that you an alignment on the truck that had only 6100 mi on it. And at the beginning I told not to do. I really think this gouging the customer.
