Had a whole host of items to be looked into, having an “ elite” package 3rd. Party warranty, figuring warranty would cover “something”& after much legwork & pricing only to find out warranty from endurance elite” package 3rd. I felt bad for Tucker to have to be the on to let me know and effort was involved. We minimized the work to the needs to be paid out of pocket and got me back on the road to pick at the other issues literally down the road. Felt as though Tucker was sincere, freindly and genuinely cared. Didn’t need or care to hear daily updates only to add to my concerns. It was a three week ordeal, 2, due to the warranty co.
