Great!! - Wad1979
I bought a car from Mickey today and he was great! He never once made me feel uncomfortable or tried to push me into anything. I would recommend anyone to buy from Cooper Chevrolet and ask for Mickey!

Great experience! - Hiersches
We were shopping around for the perfect little car for our daughter and discovered this one. We were a bit hestitate at first but it was all before we met Bruce Williams. Bruce was very informative and was patient with us as I was on the phone with our daughter to determine if this was the car she wanted. We purchased this car for her and a few days later purchased my husband a truck. The experience we had with our sales rep was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

First Service on New Truck - HWINN
I bought a new truck from Edwards Chevrolet in February (one of many vehicles I have bought from Edwards over the years). It came with the first 3 oil/filter/tire rotations free. Just had my first of 3 free services. Easy, fast, and professional as always. Scott Mckee is great! I dropped the truck off with Scott and then at some point he had to leave. However, he made sure Wade Ferguson was available to answer any of my questions, etc. They have a great service team!

Awesome experience! - adst2nv
After my 2007 Impala was deemed a total loss by my insurance, Lloyd Shaw at Serra Chevrolet was able to help me get into my beautiful Summit White Equinox in a few hours. He was very professional, super cool to talk with and patient with me throughout the process. He looks very youthful in appearance, but don't let that fool you. The last car I purchased took a week to finalize; Lloyd had me approved and ready to drive off the lot in a few hours. Definitely check out Lloyd Shaw and Serra Chevrolet for your next car buying needs!
Excellent service - Katie
We were looking for something to tow our RV. Chevrolet of Boaz was the perfect place to shop. They worked with us to find what we needed. Excellent service! Loving our new Tahoe.
By far the best experience, in 25 yrs or buying vehicles! - SteveW23
I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!
Awesome Whole Team Dealership - JAT
This can only be explained at the best car deal I have ever been a part of. These guys went to lengths that no dealer from Birmingham to Tennessee would even consider. I looked at trucks at dealerships with the biggest names and truck volumes in North Alabama, but none of them could see customer over profit. I came into this deal with some serious budget constraints that frankly would be a nightmare for any dealership. These guys put some car dealing skills coupled with a level of customer service I have never seen, and made a great deal for me and the young couple that was able to buy my trade in. Everybody got an awesome deal, Champion made two very satisfied customers, and life is great. Sheldon (Sales Manager) is a master at the keyboard, Terry and Chad did a fantastic job finding the truck I needed and keeping the deal going, and Dan (Finance) got me to the payment I needed and made the dreaded "paper process" quick and painless. Mr. Beck can be very proud of his team and I can't thank these guys enough.
Great Experience - Greg
Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Very well taken care of - Mama

New car purchase - Tabitha
I found my dream car but unfortunately it was located in Texas. The awesome people at Peach Chevrolet went to Texas and brought the car back to me. I had never heard of anyone doing this before. Brandon Mitchell made this purchase so quick and easy and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is in the market for a new car. They can make it happen! Thanks again Brandon!
FANTASTIC! - Kelly Morrow
Chris Staggs and Johnny Z. Made our car shopping experience a dream! We stopped by the dealership to look for a car for our daughter. She fell in love with the Cruze. They pulled out all stops and helped her find the perfect color inside and out! She felt like she was important to them and was their top priority! In the process of finding her perfect car, I found mine too! We ended up buying two cars! A Cruze and an Impala! The experience was wonderful. No pressure, exceptional selection, one on one attention, and fast courteous approval processs! I can't say enough about Bentley Chevrolet and will recommend them to everyone!

Poor cutosmer service from salesman - spongyp
While stationed in Afghanistan I was shopping to purchase a new car once I got back home on AutoTrader. This dealership had the one I wanted. I called from Afghanistan and talked to one of the salesmen. He gave me his cell phone number to text him once I got home in 3 weeks, which I did do to see if I could still get the discounted price. He texted me back reference the car and the price and said he would "get back to me a little later". 8 days later I still had not heard anything. I resent him a text to follow up and his excuse was "he did not have my number saved in his phone". Good excuse, must have deleted my text messages I guess, since text messages are saved on your phone unless you delete them. I recently returned back to Afghanistan to work. Will take my business elsewhere when I return back to Alabama to a dealership where customers are appreciated!
Purchase of 2 Traverses - TheHowards
The sales staff at Bay Chevrolet is professional and works hard to find the vehicle to suit your needs. We purchased 2 new 2017 Traverses and have been extremely pleased with the whole buying experience. In the past, I had considered competing Chevrolet dealerships in our local area, but I am definitely sold on Bay Chevrolet!!! My last Traverse (a 2009) lasted over 207,000 miles. It was routinely serviced at Bay Chevrolet. The service department is also awesome!
Could not get my Cadillac checked two days. Running hot. - Medford
Had to rent a car. Bring the car home and fix myself. It was very inconvenient Had to drive another 200 miles the next day,Friday. Will just call for truck to haul my vehicle home any more and not expect good service. Glad I can do thing myself and try to more in the future. This after two days of being told they would check the car in a little while or by lunch or before they close or soon the techncains where all in the Fram and body shop, etc. I live 60 miles away and had to drive a two hundred the next day to another town. Even the next day, Friday evening still not even checked to see what was wrong . When I got it to my shop and found out the problem in 15 minutes and fixed in 30 minutes once got the part. The scheduler ,Michael was super nice and got me a discount on rental car Thursday evening at 5:50PM . Spoke with the service manager at noon on Thursday and he said would get me a car. Paid $150. For thee days car rental $172 for hauling my Cadillac 60 miles on Saturday and much inconvenience. I was asked if I had been to the dealership before when I first got there Thursday morning. I have been to plenty of GM dealerships for buying and service in the past but no more except for Crest Cadillac in Hoover AL. were I have gotten first class service. Just checked bank account withdrawals and the rental car was a total of $237. I thought I was getting a discount. Folded again. I will try not to depend on a GM dealership again. Just call a tow truck to get me home with my vehicle. Actually my daughter went and got the car diagnosed the problem and had it hauled home and did the main fixing of the vehicle. I just helped her finish the repair once I got off work. I glad I have someone who cares.
In talking people in the community I maybe understand why they give this kind of service. They have stated that the dealership only wants to do service on vehicles they have sold.
Beware of this dealership... - DaddyD
I was in direct communication with one of their sales people on a Denali that we drove from Atlanta to purchase. Salesman was aware we were in route (I texted him prior to arriving) and he agreed to meet another customer PRIOR to 9 AM opening. We arrived 5 minutes prior to opening only to see the salesperson leaving the lot in the car we drove 2 hours to see.
I’m fine with the “early bird” concept, but we were used as a point of leverage and had no opportunity to buy the car despite arriving before the dealership opened, very unprofessional. Glad you got the sale at the cost of a customer and bad review...
A++ For the entire crew (Sales & Service) - Geaux Tigers
From the minute you pull in and park you are greeted with a smile. This is the second vehicle we have purchased within the past year. Hope was our Saleswoman (both times) - she is outstanding, no pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris was also great to work with - dealing with warranty and protection packages. Chris worked for a few days to get us the price we said we needed - which is not something that I can say about other dealerships we have worked with. The internet gurus said be happy with a particular price- Chris took his time and was able to get even lower. WE have dealt with their service department as well - outstanding and they take the extra time to make sure you are happy. I would highly recommend Southern!!
Great Sales Experience - 4/5/17 - Ed Zamora
I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and they handled it well. It was brisk and fair and the product sold was presented extremely well. In addition, the salesman and follow on finance personnel were excellent in their interactions. I recommend this dealership for their selection, attention to detail, friendliness and customer satisfaction.
Worse sales experience ever. Very dishonest sales staff - smokey
Went into the dealership ready to purchase a truck. I had researched on line and found the truck I wanted on their website. I printed off the info along with the online price. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a young salesman. This person seem to be new and did not know very much about the vehicle. I handed him the print out showing the truck I was interested in. with the listed price of $31,812. It took a while to find the truck. When he brought the truck out he also handed me back a part of the print out that I gave him and stated that he could not sell the truck for the listed price online that I printed out. He had apparently already talked to a manager because he had a different price of $36,900 written on part of the print out that I gave him. To top that they told me that they lost the print out from their website that I brought in showing the lower price. (Good thing that I had 2 copies of the print out showing the lower price.) This is even before I test drove the truck or talked about pricing. They did offer a test drive which I took but when we got back and went inside I was introduced to the Manager of the Internet. They went on line to show me where the pricing was higher then what I printed out. They then told me that they had 2 web sites, their personal website and GM's website. So it appears that they changed the pricing while I was on the test drive. Talk about dishonest sales tactics. I would have rather had them just tell me there was a pricing error instead of telling me I was wrong even though I had the print out from their website to prove it. This seems to be the typical bait and switch that I have heard about.
Best Salesman i have ever worked with - NannyJJ
the best and friendly sales people on the floor and Finance person was so helpful. We didn't understand some of the things they were telling us and she explained it to were we understood. I loved working with them. We LOVE our VET i get so many complements every time we drive it.
Terrible service department. - monarchs
Needed a fuel sending unit replaced in my 87 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe and also the belts were making a little noise on startup. This is a very clean car with 60xxx original miles. They replaced the fuel sending unit and told me I needed a new power steering pump, I picked the car up and within 2 days, the sending unit stopped working again. I took it back to them, they confirmed it was the sending unit and initially told me I would have to pay for the labor of putting a new one in again. I told them I wasn't going to do that and would just go somewhere else. The service manager Josh said he would see what he could do. Called me back the next day and said they would take care of it. A few days later, I went and picked the car back up. Once I got it home, I noticed the trunk key was missing. I called Josh back to let him know and he said he would look for it. I also took the car to a different shop (non dealer) to have the belts seen about. This shop said the power steering pump was fine, it was just the belts that needed adjusting. It's been about a month now and the belts are quiet and I still, after repeated calls, do not have my trunk key. The dealership will not take responsibility for losing my key. Never do business with these folks.
Truck purchase - Truckman
I purchased a new set of tires from Tuscaloosa Chevrolet for my truck. I didn’t have my tires a year when I traded my truck in for a new truck. I demand that the tires be put on my new truck. They said that they couldn’t do that. Guess I am out $1500. I have bought 2 vehicles from there but will not buy another vehicle from them again. I am very pissed off that they kept my tires. Go to Demopolis at Windham Motor Company to get better service from the sales department. Tuscaloosa Chevrolet took my keys to my other truck and hid them from me just to make me purchase a truck I am not happy with.
No no no. Go elsewhere and save your hard earned money - dustyRider
I am SO pissed. Last time had oil change at Chevrolet of Gadsden store, it was $79. A little pricey but I wanted my truck really checked out because the powertrain warranty was almost out and I had bought the truck the previous March. Went back today because they were really good last time and I knew some of the folks who worked there from my days working at different Chevy dealers for nearly 20 years.
This store has changed owners again and I didn’t realize it would be so different. Not a familiar face in sight, ok that’s fine.
The service adviser was a little over the top making gushy compliments and upselling left and right, but whatever dude I know that’s your job. Just get the oil change done and we will be ok.
Now this “Best” oil change was supposed to be 76.95 plus tax (I assumed it would include labor and parts like EVERY other place on the planet - that was MY mistake). Well they added on $35 air filter that was okayed by me.
BUT, $44.04 labor, $5.85 for “service materials” (what is that??) + $38.99 for COURTESY multi point inspection and a bunch of other charges that make NO sense. Ok let me pause right here and say that I went to public school and the last time I checked Miriam Webster the word “courtesy” means free of charge - not FEE for charge = $38.99. Hang on and I will google it to be sure - yep - Google says courtesy means “supplied FREE of charge to people who are ALREADY paying for another service”.
$174.02 to change my oil and rotate the tires.
They tried to tell me that my truck needs the coolant system flushed for another $275 plus labor and taxes because the truck is 5 years old.
Dude the truck doesn’t even have 20,000 miles!!!! Argh!! I will never go back there again. Way overpriced. For that cost they should have done a full wash and detail too! Bottom of the ticket says I may receive a survey. Please God let me get one!!!
