I am normally not one to write a review, especially when it comes to a Car Dealership, but with the amazing experience I had at Bill Jackson in Troy Alabama......I felt obligated to share with others in the market or that will be soon. I bought my first General Motors vehicle 25 years ago in Pensacola Florida. I have purchased well over 20 since & I have NEVER had such a pleasurable experience as when buying a New 2018 Silverado & a New 2018 Tahoe from Bill Jackson Chev-Cad-Buick-Gmc a few days ago. Unlike other Dealerships in the are, they didnt go back and forth....they were very transparent.....and super friendly the entire time. I was given several different options, including a full explanation on how leasing works & when leaving....I truly felt like part of the "Family". Not only do they have the absolute best prices in the area, but what other Dealership allows you to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe, Gmc Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, and Buick Enclave without the hassle of dealing with multiple Sales Reps & having to drive all over the place to multiple locations. If you don't know the answer to this question, that's because they are one of only 2 Dealerships in the entire State of Alabama to which have all 4 General Motors Brands under 1 roof. Anyway, I believe their slogan is, "A short drive, for Savings like nowhere else" & I for one can tell you that this is NOT A GIMMICK! If you are in the market or when you become in the market, do yourself & your wallet a favor and give these Guys & Gals a chance!!!

I don't even know where to start......this sales and service staff is the best in the business!! These folks go out of their way to make a deal work, even with a pain in the butt customer - I can be difficult sometimes. Having purchased two trucks from this crew, I believe I can safely say this is my dealership of choice, and you should do the same!! If you find a better deal on your trade and the vehicle you want......buy it.....but good luck with that!!

Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Could not get my Cadillac checked two days. Running hot. - Medford
Had to rent a car. Bring the car home and fix myself. It was very inconvenient Had to drive another 200 miles the next day,Friday. Will just call for truck to haul my vehicle home any more and not expect good service. Glad I can do thing myself and try to more in the future. This after two days of being told they would check the car in a little while or by lunch or before they close or soon the techncains where all in the Fram and body shop, etc. I live 60 miles away and had to drive a two hundred the next day to another town. Even the next day, Friday evening still not even checked to see what was wrong . When I got it to my shop and found out the problem in 15 minutes and fixed in 30 minutes once got the part. The scheduler ,Michael was super nice and got me a discount on rental car Thursday evening at 5:50PM . Spoke with the service manager at noon on Thursday and he said would get me a car. Paid $150. For thee days car rental $172 for hauling my Cadillac 60 miles on Saturday and much inconvenience. I was asked if I had been to the dealership before when I first got there Thursday morning. I have been to plenty of GM dealerships for buying and service in the past but no more except for Crest Cadillac in Hoover AL. were I have gotten first class service. Just checked bank account withdrawals and the rental car was a total of $237. I thought I was getting a discount. Folded again. I will try not to depend on a GM dealership again. Just call a tow truck to get me home with my vehicle. Actually my daughter went and got the car diagnosed the problem and had it hauled home and did the main fixing of the vehicle. I just helped her finish the repair once I got off work. I glad I have someone who cares.
In talking people in the community I maybe understand why they give this kind of service. They have stated that the dealership only wants to do service on vehicles they have sold.

Mechanics who steal - Sleepy
I recently visited Bay Chevrolet for service and had a pair or Ray Bans and some change (coins) stole from my vehicle. I informed them immediately (before I drove off) and they told me they would review their security cameras (which they stated where everywhere) and let me know ASAP. Three days later when I had not heard from them I called and they told me they didn't have cameras where my vehicle was serviced and that I must have missed the sign telling me to remove all personal items from my vehicle (including a CB???). Poor customer service. Won't go back again. Find someone trustworthy to work on your vehicle, not Bay in my opinion.

Capitol Chevrolet of Montgomery Service Center you're doing a piss poor job with customer service and returning my xxxx vehicle. First you fix something that wasn't broken and have me waiting 7 hours in the lobby. Soon as I leave the light comes back on and I come back the next day. Mind you that I am the very first person in line waiting before the service center even opened. Needless to say I was there 5 hours before the advisor decided to stop blowing smoke up my xxx and give me a rental which by the way the lady who issues them out didn't want to put fuel in. The poor courtesy service driver guy had to almost plea with her on letting him put fuel in the loaner for me. Fast forward next day no one called me on the status of my vehicle or anything . So I called at 1:00pm only to be told that hey we fix the wrong thing but we'll give you credit for the $300 towards the correct part that needs replacing and you owe us $214. Now here it is Thursday and no one has called me. I had to call them. My advisor told me that hey Mrs. Adams the part didn't get here to like 11am and the technician is out to lunch so as soon as he gets back he'll get on it. I'm like moron don't you think you could have called me and told me this morning. I promise to God I will never take my car back to Capitol Chevrolet Service Center in Montgomery. A bunch morons running around fixing parts that aren't broken and blowing smoke up customers xxxxx. I really feel like I shouldn't have to pay these morons anything. They should be like hey Mrs. Adams we xxxxed up go pick out a new car and right their wrong?. Rant over?. I hope this post makes it to the president of the company. As of today 10/8/18 Monday no one called me on the status of my vehicle. I had to call my advisor Carl again as usual. He told me Friday that my car would be ready today and that they've finally figured out the problem and would need to take the brake pressure booster that they put on off. Turns out it was my manifold. I did some research and the first thing it said was one of the tale tale signs was the smell of antifreeze which I told them upon delivery of my car I had been smelling. Needless to say when I called Carl at 11am today to see if my vehicle was ready as promised it would be; he blew more smoke II my xxx. He told me that the technician was not in as of 9 am that he had a family emergency over the weekend and had to take his daughter to the hospital. At this point I gives zero xxxxs. I just want my vehicle back and I promise I won't be doing business with Capitol Chevrolet again. Apparently no one seems to understand the concept of customer service. I should have went to Haigler Automotive like I usually do. They do a terrific job and they keep their customers abreast on the status of there vehicles. Capitol Chevrolet could learn a lot from them. Yesterday 10/9/18 I went to pick up my vehicle and when the brought it out guess what? The check engine light was still on. I told my ad visor Carl Grier and had the car taken back to the back and they just turned the check engine light off. On my way to work about 15 minutes later the check engine light came back on and I smelled antifreeze and I noticed that my key fob had a hole in it like someone intentionally punched it in there. So now it's hard for me to unlock my car. My advisor assured me that they would correct the problem and to bring my car back and they'd take care of the key fob and assign a new technician to work on my car. They also would put me back in a loaner car. I just took my car back to them this morning 10/10/18. I have absolutely no faith in them and I'm quite sure when I get my car back the problem still will be ongoing. I asked Carl if they had any mechanics back there are just technicians. I really feel like they need mechanics instead of all these unskilled technicians.

Purchased new camaro and the deal was good even though Kevin our salesman had to do the sale and finance which I found odd I think they need some more help because it took a little longer but that was fine. PDI leaves a lot to be desired in my book car had 5 lbs low tire pressure in each tire engine bay dirty and no washer fluid really! Also we had to drive 200 miles home. Hand washed car a few days later and found ground effects was loose which should have been caught so I had to take the car too the local dealer which kept it over night and I was without a vehicle. dealer said prep was not done right Aside from that worth the drive over
