Absolutely the worst way to treat a repeat customer. Sales managers are unethical and can't be trusted. I was basically lied to and they know it. I fully intend to contact BBB and file a complaint. I'm here posting to advise everyone of the shady business practices they tried pulling on me. Please triple check and verify everything they tell you about a pre owned vehicle. Ask them to show you what was done to get it ready for sale. If they charge for NEW tires, make xxxx sure they are new, not used ones they had laying around.

NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LYING LOSERS!!! Also, they tried to lie to me to the tune of $4,000 on the sales price!! The the good Lord above that I had the sense to go onto their website to check the price before I signed anything. They had to redo every piece of paperwork!! They actually got away with screwing me during their "approval financing" process, because that Nigerian idiot ran my %^&*((*&^% credit 6 times WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!!! I am STILL trying to recover the UNAUTHORIZED damage he did with those hard hits to my credit!! I NEVER AUTHORIZED THAT IDIOT TO RUN MY CREDIT LIKE THAT!!!!!!!! The most incredible dealership experience, where do I start. Contacted Salesperson Jason Meier about a truck I saw on the site, everything was fluid, fast and easy, Jason is so solid. Michaela worked with my difficult Credit Union, and made it so easy. Tiffany went over every feature in the truck and helped set up all the infotainment. I can't type enough words here to express how good everyone here is, professionals number one but all just really cool. Best price on trucks, awesome fair trade in, nothing like any dealership experience I've ever had or even heard of. Blown away and riding in a new Silverado!

I brought my 2021 Trailboss with less than 11k miles on it in for a service a left with a very noticeable dent in my door that was not there before the service. Management said they would call be back to schedule a time to have the dent fixed but no call happened. I would not recommend this dealership service at all.

Very very bad customer service. We found a vehicle we wanted for our upcoming family and went in to talk to a salesman. Billy Hulsey was the salesman. We sat down to put in an application and he basically told us we were broke and weren’t going to get anything. He never pulled our credit and would not even let us put in an application! He then proceeded to lecture us & talk down to us like we were children. We left there and went to Heath Attaway and got approved right away and drove an amazing car home that same day! It all worked out for us…but save yourself time and DO NOT go here. After talking with people around Cullman about our experience, we heard more bad things about Billy. Mitch Smith should really reevaluate their customer service standards.

my car. It was leaking oil really bad. I didnt even have this car but little over a year and. I had to get a new valve cover put on it and did the same thing. The car engine BLEW UP and I'm out of a car.

In April 2021 Stokes replaced the transmission in my car. This was not warranty work. We paid for it. September 2021, went to change the oil, and saw that 3 of the 4 bolts holding the subframe were MISSING. The remaining 1 bolt was so loose it fell out. This was a complete failure. It doesn't take but a few minutes to properly torque the bolts in. Had that 1 remaining bolt fell out at 70 mph on the interstate, it would have been disastrous. Who doesn't tighten bolts? That's pretty dang important! I would not recommend the service department for anything.

Beginning a new year and a new semester in college my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze had a random engine malfunction. After going to three local mechanic shops, I was told to bring the car to a Chevrolet dealership to see if they could fix it. Joe Bullard Chevrolet immediately worked my Cruze in to be inspected. The day after I was told the car was no longer drive-able. I came into the dealership the following day and met Mr. Drew Favors, the GM of sales, whom shook my hand and let me know they will take care of me and offered a great price for the Cruze. I felt hope! I begin looking at the used inventory with Mr. Dan Byrd, whom was very polite. Then handed over to Mr. Zach Bell, whom test drove every car I had interest in. I was very thankful for Mr. Bell being patient with me through the two week process of looking through inventory of all the Joe Bullard dealerships. We finally found the perfect car! Working around my two jobs and class schedule, Mr. Bell worked me in to get my paperwork finalized. He even came into work an hour early to give me the keys to my new-to-me car. I had such a great experience at Joe Bullard Chevrolet under the care of Mr. Bell that I referred everyone looking for a car to him. My sister bought a brand new Chevrolet Trailblazer the following week with the assistance from Mr. Bell. We both love our cars and couldn’t be happier with the experience!
