That helped a lot. They didn't have exactly what we wanted, but they had one in California and had it trucked to the dealership in 2 business days.

We've been coming to the Royal Kia dealership for about 9 years for service on our previous Kia, and have never been disappointed with their service, or their prices.

Patrick is such an amazing man. On arrived I spoke with Bryant and he matched me with Patrick to help me. Patrick listened to all my wants and wishes and was not pushing in any way at all. I came to test drive a Kia Soul and Sportage and then was going to Hyundai to drive a Tuscan. Patrick took me on the test drives and I fell in love with the Soul. Well, I never made it out of the dealership as after haggling a bit on price it was a deal. I could not have gotten a person better than Patrick and his calm and not pushy attitude. After papers were signed and the deal complete I ask Patrick how long he had been here working and he said "this is my first day". I think he was as happy to make this sale as I was.
This whole experience with everyone has been excellent and I will be referring everyone I know to come see Patrick. Great job to all at Tempe Kia.

Ron Monaco Threatened & Harassed Me with Multiple Texts & Calls when I opted NOT to buy from this Psycho. I have the multiple texts this guy sent me. I am in contact with an attorney in regards to the threat and harassment I received when simply inquiring about a vehicle. He is a very abrasive, pushy, demanding, and quite frankly takes matters into his own hands when you decide not to buy from him. Ron Monaco has extremely unprofessional and reckless conduct. His threats are a negligent breach of privacy.
Word of mouth is extremely important because it helps others to know who to stay away from. Do what I did and buy from Rodeo Kia, in Avondale, and ask to speak with DC Compton. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and at my age that says a lot. His business ethic and integrity is hard to match!
If you decide to buy a vehicle from Ron Monaco be aware he will put your privacy at risk. His animosity towards customers for simply choosing not to buy from him is shameful and this Earnhardt Kia location should be ashamed to employ such a vindictive person.

We were just involved in a collision and had to get a new car nearly immediately. Did some quick research on new and 'recently new' vehicles and settled on the Kia Soul. Read all about the available trims and settled on hoping for the 'Plus'.
We live in Phoenix, but drove up to Prescott Valley because of positive word of mouth and I have a friend working up there. We got up there literally just before closing on a Friday evening and felt bad about that. We spoke with Bob Haugland (the sales rep) and he took us to the Kia Soul (Base trim) and we looked at it, but immediately move over to the Plus. After driving it we were quite happy. By now, it was way, way after closing time. My wife saw a beautiful black Soul with red trim, but Bob pointed out that it was an 'Exclaim' and maybe not in line with our budget that we stated we wanted to maintain. He let us take it out for a drive anyway and we fell in love with it.
The long and the short of this is that this dealership operates like a cohesive, well-oiled team - not a den of high-pressure salesmen, and is actually a joy to work with – from the GM to sales to finance…. Even the detailers!
We met the general manager, Chuck Weesner. Now the picture made sense and things fell into place. Attitude reflects leadership. The positive attitude, the amazing level of customer service, coupled with the true goal of trying to match the customer's need with their inventory was demonstrated the entire evening… and after talking with Chuck, it was easy to see where that came from. These guys are all extremely proud of where they work and the product they provide. We did not get out of there until well over 3 hours after closing... and not a word, a look or innuendo was directed to us about 'moving it along' to wrap things up (it was a Friday night!)... Even when we asked additional questions, Bob Haugland was very patient and sat with my wife and thoroughly reviewed operational features as well as safety items (ask about the tow package).
Ask about the LEASE options! I have already decided where I am getting our next two cars over the next 5 years, and the saleman that I want to conduct my business with.

I went into the dealership pretty discouraged, I had my two toddlers (1 and 3) and I thought for sure I was wasting my time. Belle (Belham Cummins) greeted me with the most positive attitude. Right from the beginning she remembered speaking with me over the phone and my situation. She helped keep my kids entertained, didn't act like they were a burden even though they were making a mess and just being kids, I am a single mother and didn't have a choice but to bring my kids with me, besides getting me into a BRAND NEW CAR, she was compassionate of my situation and did everything she could to make things less stressful for me and to speed up the process so I wasn't there for hours. It was truly the best customer service experience I have ever experienced and I work in health care. The compassion and willingness to help me was just amazing. I definitely did not expect to be treated so well! She even topped it off with a hug at the end! I get emotional writing this because she is a prime example of how to treat people and I really feel like that was her character and not just someone trying to sucker me into a purchase. I came out in a better financial situation than I did going into Sands Kia and for her I am grateful!!
2014 Kia Optima - Goodyearautoowner
I purchased a new 2014 Kia Optima from Rodeo Kia and for 2 years I had no issue. In the past 6 months, the car has been leaking fuel which spills onto the ground and the fumes enter the car. The dealership reports they have made attempts to fix this, one time installing a gasket incorrectly that resulted in copious amounts of fuel on the ground and the gas station attendant running over and screaming, although that fuel issue was fixed. However, gas continues to exit the filler tube, run down the side panel (which appears faded in some of the videos), lands on the ground, and fumes continue to enter the car. Unfortunately, even with multiple videos, the dealership has decided they will make no effort to fix this. Please see videos on Yelp and You Tube (red Kia Optima) to see the issue and you decide if this dealership stands behind their 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. Please learn about exclusions and be cautious when expecting a quality car, or at least a car that will be repaired when a significant issue arises. In addition, while clearly a much lesser issue, the radio screen is not viewable when the interior car temperature is hot. I am told the radio doesn't fall under the same warranty and has a much more limited timeframe, which has been exceeded. Would you want your family exposed to gas fumes or would you want to be the person fueling up at the gas station after me?

It was around 7pm when we stopped by and we did stand around for a bit before someone helped us. I did have to ask, but to be fair there was a rather odd event going on in the parking lot which was consuming a lot of their attention (and rightfully so). I asked the manager if we should just leave because we weren't being helped and they looked busy, but he found us someone. The first salesman who helped us had to leave after about 15 minutes, we realized later that he was not feeling well, but with the man power directed at the other event, he tried to struggle through it for us which is why they're getting a 5 star rating from me. They ran some numbers for us, but the presentation was pretty mickey mouse, scrawled on the back of a sheet of paper. The pricing wasn't good in my opinion so we didn't go any further, but I gave them a high rating for their effort and attitude.

I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.
