This is my third KIA , The first (2011 Sorento) was purchased from Enterprise but was serviced by Zamora KIA which is now KIA of Yuma. Zamora was such a pleasure to deal with that I then purchased a used 2013 Optima Hybrid from them, Great Car, but to difficult for my handicapped wife to get into. This was then traded for a Soul+ which made all the difference for my wife's entry problems. (Easy and painless trade thanks to the Zamora Staff) I admit that I did have mixed emotions when the dealership changed to "KIA of Yuma. Today I just had my Soul+ serviced by the new Regime and was very pleased with the results. My car was returned washed and sparkling! No pressure, no on seen problems a smiling staff and quite a few of the past Zamora Crew. KUDO'S to all. As good as Zamora was, KIA of Yuma has been able to improve the complete operation. I have no doubt that when the time comes for a new KIA it will be done here.

We were just involved in a collision and had to get a new car nearly immediately. Did some quick research on new and 'recently new' vehicles and settled on the Kia Soul. Read all about the available trims and settled on hoping for the 'Plus'.
We live in Phoenix, but drove up to Prescott Valley because of positive word of mouth and I have a friend working up there. We got up there literally just before closing on a Friday evening and felt bad about that. We spoke with Bob Haugland (the sales rep) and he took us to the Kia Soul (Base trim) and we looked at it, but immediately move over to the Plus. After driving it we were quite happy. By now, it was way, way after closing time. My wife saw a beautiful black Soul with red trim, but Bob pointed out that it was an 'Exclaim' and maybe not in line with our budget that we stated we wanted to maintain. He let us take it out for a drive anyway and we fell in love with it.
The long and the short of this is that this dealership operates like a cohesive, well-oiled team - not a den of high-pressure salesmen, and is actually a joy to work with – from the GM to sales to finance…. Even the detailers!
We met the general manager, Chuck Weesner. Now the picture made sense and things fell into place. Attitude reflects leadership. The positive attitude, the amazing level of customer service, coupled with the true goal of trying to match the customer's need with their inventory was demonstrated the entire evening… and after talking with Chuck, it was easy to see where that came from. These guys are all extremely proud of where they work and the product they provide. We did not get out of there until well over 3 hours after closing... and not a word, a look or innuendo was directed to us about 'moving it along' to wrap things up (it was a Friday night!)... Even when we asked additional questions, Bob Haugland was very patient and sat with my wife and thoroughly reviewed operational features as well as safety items (ask about the tow package).
Ask about the LEASE options! I have already decided where I am getting our next two cars over the next 5 years, and the saleman that I want to conduct my business with.

I purchased a 2011 Dodge Avenger on May 5th, 2018. They were awesome in getting me a great deal on this car. However, before my first car payment was due this month, the A/C quit & the Alternator was getting ready to go out. Chuck Barnum was on vacation and could not address this issue. I had to get that alternator taken care of ASAP to the tune of $400.00. However, upon his return, he called me last night to touch base, then called me today to let me know that they are splitting the cost with me. They are cutting me a check for $200.00 today. I highly recommend this dealership. They will go above and beyond. You Rock Earnhardt Kia!!!
2014 Kia Optima - Goodyearautoowner
I purchased a new 2014 Kia Optima from Rodeo Kia and for 2 years I had no issue. In the past 6 months, the car has been leaking fuel which spills onto the ground and the fumes enter the car. The dealership reports they have made attempts to fix this, one time installing a gasket incorrectly that resulted in copious amounts of fuel on the ground and the gas station attendant running over and screaming, although that fuel issue was fixed. However, gas continues to exit the filler tube, run down the side panel (which appears faded in some of the videos), lands on the ground, and fumes continue to enter the car. Unfortunately, even with multiple videos, the dealership has decided they will make no effort to fix this. Please see videos on Yelp and You Tube (red Kia Optima) to see the issue and you decide if this dealership stands behind their 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. Please learn about exclusions and be cautious when expecting a quality car, or at least a car that will be repaired when a significant issue arises. In addition, while clearly a much lesser issue, the radio screen is not viewable when the interior car temperature is hot. I am told the radio doesn't fall under the same warranty and has a much more limited timeframe, which has been exceeded. Would you want your family exposed to gas fumes or would you want to be the person fueling up at the gas station after me?

I have purchased 3 vehicles through Mark Kia. The reason why we went back to Mark Kia was because of Service and Quality.
When taking in our vehicle for service we accidentally pushed wipers. When arriving we were told that they are not covered right away.
So what does bumper to bumper do?
Also we purchased a better grade care package. That cost us good money!!
So basically I have spent thousands of dollars for you to tell me that you can not replace wiper blades that cost you what maybe a 1 or 2?????
We found this out by accident...Remeber it was accidentally pushed.
You may have just lost yourselves loyal customers over 2 bucks...

Faulty Car - Don't buy here. - tthornton
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I bought a used 2016 with less than 50k miles on it less than 6 months ago and it's already required thousands of dollars in repairs. The heated/cooled seats don't work (and haven't since the day I bought it so they obviously sold it knowing this was an issue), that is a $600+ repair. The engine randomly stalls out (obviously incredibly dangerous) and no one can determine the cause. Additionally, the check engine light came on - that was another $500 repair. There is blue smoke coming from the exhaust - that's ANOTHER $750 repair. There was a rather large dent when I bought it that they told me they would fix. I never even got them to fix that. Plus they sold it to me at dark so I couldn't see all the scratches and broken seat belt holder. Please don't make the mistake I did which was trusting this dealership. Also notice that this is the third review in a row about similar issues.

I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.
