I bought a Kia Soul yesterday. I wanted a smaller car for driving around town and I think they are just fun cars. We traded in an Acura MDX, which was way too big for me and the Kia Soul fits me perfectly.
I want to compliment Jessica on her professionalism in handling the purchase transaction. She was to the point, efficient and a delight to work with. We have all had car buying experiences that weren't pleasant, but this time it was amazing. Again....hats off to Royal Kia for good products and good people!

I have purchased many cars in my years. I bought the 2018 Kia Rio Sport last June. Love it. I drive the 17 and the 101 everyday. All the time. My worst fear is having my car break down. Hence the reason why I buy brand new. Leaving for work at 6:30 am , car dies on 51st ave. I was able to get a Kia courtesy tow. Once there I was checked in already. Jason Sweet (the car man) came to me, was so apologetic. Rental car company came to pick me up. I was brought to the rental company. In a rental car and on my way to work by 9:30 in downtown Phoenix. They had to order the part for my car. It was ready for me to pick up the next day. I was soooo pleased.

Six months ago my wife and I purchased a vehicle from this location. We wore very excited to make our first big purchase and have a nice, reliable vehicle. We decided on a used 2014 Kia Optima with 61,000 miles. We wore informed during the purchasing process we would not be able to get an extended warranty. Being young and naive, we didn't think it would be a problem because it was a newer vehicle with pretty low miles. Five months later the engine stars making a knocking noise. I took it back to the dealership and inquired about the problem. The told me there is no warranty on it and nothing they can do. After a bit of research I have found the motor in my Forte has been recalled from other vehicles but not mine. So now we are looking at $3,000 to $4,000 dollars to replace the motor and possibly have the same issue down the road. The 2.0l motors are prone to have metal left in the engine during manufacturing and cause the engine to seize and even catch fire. This was a known problem at the time of our purchase and not brought to our attention. So long story short we got a car payment and no car.

In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista.
There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained.
I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response.

Gm John is unprofessional. Raised his voice at myself and husband when we voiced our concerns and dissatisfaction over our ill-performing 2019 forte. Bought the car in February and have only been able to drive it 2 months out of the 6 months we’ve had it due to transmission issues. This car does not meet our needs and is unsafe. Telling us to buy a new one and let the current car get repossessed is not only terrible advice from a financial standpoint but how is that ethical coming from a general manager of I thought a reputable dealership?

I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.

Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundtrip for me. I called telling they that I needed to be off lot by 2:45 they said they would try to get me in @ 2. GOT THERE 1:45 again stated I needed to out by 2:45. They told me it would be About 40 min. 35 min into it my car had not been touched I approached Tyler who stated the tech had problems with a car he was working on and didn't get to it. I told him I couldn't wait any further and that this problem originated by their service people breaking the two parts that I had to now have fixed. I stated that I'm not traveling a third time and asked that they sent some down to my area to have these parts replaced he said they would see if they could do it and get back to me. 2 days later no call back. I then placed a called and was told that they can't do it. they never seem to have parts in stock, They appear to be very high on lip service and slow on delivering..
