Great Car Buying Experience - dtbw
We went in looking for a Kia Soul and Zach made the experience hassle-free and relaxing. He was very patient with us while we discussed what we wanted and helped explain everything clearly. We would definitely recommend him for great customer service.

Excellent Service - KIABOB
This is my third KIA , The first (2011 Sorento) was purchased from Enterprise but was serviced by Zamora KIA which is now KIA of Yuma. Zamora was such a pleasure to deal with that I then purchased a used 2013 Optima Hybrid from them, Great Car, but to difficult for my handicapped wife to get into. This was then traded for a Soul+ which made all the difference for my wife's entry problems. (Easy and painless trade thanks to the Zamora Staff) I admit that I did have mixed emotions when the dealership changed to "KIA of Yuma. Today I just had my Soul+ serviced by the new Regime and was very pleased with the results. My car was returned washed and sparkling! No pressure, no on seen problems a smiling staff and quite a few of the past Zamora Crew. KUDO'S to all. As good as Zamora was, KIA of Yuma has been able to improve the complete operation. I have no doubt that when the time comes for a new KIA it will be done here.
Good & patient service for car purchase - jIMMYjOHN
We first called this dealer, then drove in from from out of town because local dealers did not have a suitable car in their inventories. "Big Bob" answered our call and made sure the car of interest was ready when we arrived the next day. He was very patient in demonstrating the car features and answering our questions.
New Car Buying Experience - Briachck12
My husband and I went Sands Kia and purchased our 4th vehicle from them today! Our Sales Rep, Michael "Scotty" Downes and the Sales Manager, Christopher Robinson went out of their way to help us get a deal on our 2019 Kia Sportage that worked best for our family. Both were really friendly and made us feel comfortable.
Worst Car Buying Experience of my Life - lunaf
Beware - the sales person, the sales managers and even the general sales manager will lie, yell and speak to you as if you have half a brain. They will verbally abuse you via telephone. They will actually raise their voices and interrupt you on the telephone, even after being asked not to speak to you in that tone of voice. They will not deliver a clean car, they will lie and tell you that your vehicle was used as a demo by the management team when it was really used as a service loaner. They will lie and tell you that they completed an oil change, when, in fact, they did not. They will disparage your character, refer to your significant other in derogatory terms and will threaten and scold you over minor matters. I will never buy another vehicle from any Earnhardt dealership and based on our sales experience, will never use any Earnhardt service department either. It was an absolutely maddening and awful experience.
Unprofessional Manager Reflecting A Poor Dealership - phxbear1
Went into Rodeo this morning. Was interested in the most expensive car ($50,000.-Stinger) at the dealership. Asked the salesman who the manager was and was told that his name was Sean Griffin. Asked also for the bottom price on the car. The salesman came over and gave me a price. I asked to speak to the manager. He sat behind a desk and started to SCREAM at me saying this was the bottom price which he claimed WAS THE BOTTOM PRICE.. I said that there was no need to scream at me and he proceeded to say that he did not need my business and I probably drive a Ferrari (which is not true and has nothing to do with the issue.) I did not go into Rodeo Kia to be insulted nor screamed at- how UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE! Mr. Griffin needs to learn some manners when dealing with a client. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this dealership to anyone- we have choices of Kia dealerships in the Valley and this is the worst thanks to Sean Griffin.

Pushy and not customer oriented - Jehusafat
The salesman weren’t too bad but the management was extremely pushy and were hell bent on not letting me leave. They low balled the vehicle I was wanting to trade in that a sold to a competitor for twice what they offered. The receptionist ignored us when we walked in and had an additude with us when we asked for the salesman we talked to. Overall all they cared about was moving product and didn’t care how the customer felt. They also left a half eaten Oreo in the cup holder of the vehicle I test drove. I would never buy here and neither should you.
Disappointment in overall service - Bought 3 cars here
No checkpoint list provided.
Mechanic recommended filter change.
Not done because service was too busy.
Took 1.5 hours to change oil.
Employees limited knowledge.
Great customer care! - Prestoelias
The sales Rep. Justin Pike, did an outstanding job going above and beyond his expectations and helping me find the right vehicle! They even went and provided me with many waters throughout this extensive process and made me feel quite comfortable and were exceptionally friendly.
Deceptive marketing practice - 4unborn
In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista.
There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained.
I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response.
First and last visit - Clancy Kilburn
I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.
Service Department is either extremely incompetent - paul
Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundtrip for me. I called telling they that I needed to be off lot by 2:45 they said they would try to get me in @ 2. GOT THERE 1:45 again stated I needed to out by 2:45. They told me it would be About 40 min. 35 min into it my car had not been touched I approached Tyler who stated the tech had problems with a car he was working on and didn't get to it. I told him I couldn't wait any further and that this problem originated by their service people breaking the two parts that I had to now have fixed. I stated that I'm not traveling a third time and asked that they sent some down to my area to have these parts replaced he said they would see if they could do it and get back to me. 2 days later no call back. I then placed a called and was told that they can't do it. they never seem to have parts in stock, They appear to be very high on lip service and slow on delivering..
