Our first experience in purchasing a vehicle was over 30 years ago so this wasn’t our first time, but definitely the best! Treated us with respect and did not pressure us in any way. Place is a total scam. - Prescott Valley Kia Sucks
Place is a total scam. Bought a used car from them a couple weeks ago and finally go around to rereading my paperwork. Looks like they put a $700 line item in the invoice for "luxcare". This is some kind of interior/ exterior protection product that they supposedly applied.
I asked them more about it and basically they fell back on saying it's my fault for not reading the documents better on signing. They basically insitnuaed they can and will sneak in any extra charges they can unless you call them out on it.
While luxcare may be a real product it is hard for me to believe anything like this was done to the vehicle. The car I bought had exterior spots where the past owner spray painted the car. Why would someone put a protective coating over that? The interior had spilled coffee and pet hair all over it. It's really hard to believe that the dealership applied a protective coating to the car when they didn't even clean it.
Beyond this, the car was within view the entire time except 15 minutes where they took it in back to install the floor matts. Not sure how long "Luxcare" takes to apply but it's hard to believe it happened in that amount of time.
When I went to buy the car I rode there on my bicycle just coming from the scene of a bad breakup. I needed a car in a bad way and PVK totally took advantage of that. Lean from my $700 scam lesson. Buy elsewhere.

I originally gave a poor review regarding the communication with the service department. The manager dealt with my concerns quickly. I had my Kia towed in on Saturday because it was over heating.
My car was fixed by Monday afternoon! The service reps provided great communication and explained the situation clearly. I'm very pleased with the service! The service manager reached out to me regarding my previous concerns. I really appreciate how everything was handled!

Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundtrip for me. I called telling they that I needed to be off lot by 2:45 they said they would try to get me in @ 2. GOT THERE 1:45 again stated I needed to out by 2:45. They told me it would be About 40 min. 35 min into it my car had not been touched I approached Tyler who stated the tech had problems with a car he was working on and didn't get to it. I told him I couldn't wait any further and that this problem originated by their service people breaking the two parts that I had to now have fixed. I stated that I'm not traveling a third time and asked that they sent some down to my area to have these parts replaced he said they would see if they could do it and get back to me. 2 days later no call back. I then placed a called and was told that they can't do it. they never seem to have parts in stock, They appear to be very high on lip service and slow on delivering..

I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.
