I went in to have service done on my Hyundai and started walking around the showroom. Amir came up to me and ask how I was doing. He casually started up a conversation and I let him know had a car in for service. He was able to convince me to take a look at newer models and actually kept the price low. I can honestly say that I have not had such a good experience in buying a new car EVER. It was painless and I was glad I walked into the showroom. The Service department as well - Leo was amazing- Thank you. My finance man- walked slowly through the process- I was able to ask plenty of questions - all with answers. The best part- I did not see the Sales Manager ever- did not bother me one time-

I searched for a dealer and found that Earnhardt had acquired this kia dealership. Went down on a Wednesday afternoon looked at a few models of suvs and drove rhe new Seltos wife loved it. Put a deposit to hold to Seltos. Made a appt for Friday afternoon. Went in had everything done and out the door in about 3 hours. Everyone was great and very helpful. Great experience overall we would highly recommend this dealership to everyone who wants a kia vehicle.

I am very disappointed with the Kia service I bought my KIA optima 2019 it has approximately 20,000 miles since I bought it I have had problems, with noise in the machine, on Saturday my car overheated the engine my husband called Kia they brought a tow truck they took my car, they couldn't give me a car or a rented car, I was without a car all weekend and today at 2 pm KIA calls us and according to them it was the belt that was damaged, my car has a full guarantee and gap, even so, they charged us $ 208 which is not fair because my car has a warranty. The only things it doesn't cover are the brakes and tires.

I absolutely LOVE this dealership. A few months back, I looked into a car and the sales representative brought me a spoking deal on. This deal fell through on my end. I asked to keep their number for another time because they worked so hard with me.
I called them a week ago and had a new-to-me car by the next day. I admire how each person took care of each other and the customers. There was cooperation among the sales representatives. They focused on my family's needs rather than making a buck.

Tried to steal our trade. dealership itself a building is old and nasty. Went across the street to precision Toyota and boy what a difference. Very clean facility and was treated very professional. I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.

Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundtrip for me. I called telling they that I needed to be off lot by 2:45 they said they would try to get me in @ 2. GOT THERE 1:45 again stated I needed to out by 2:45. They told me it would be About 40 min. 35 min into it my car had not been touched I approached Tyler who stated the tech had problems with a car he was working on and didn't get to it. I told him I couldn't wait any further and that this problem originated by their service people breaking the two parts that I had to now have fixed. I stated that I'm not traveling a third time and asked that they sent some down to my area to have these parts replaced he said they would see if they could do it and get back to me. 2 days later no call back. I then placed a called and was told that they can't do it. they never seem to have parts in stock, They appear to be very high on lip service and slow on delivering..
