Lance- River was amazing and extremely kind during the entire process. Super friendly and fantastic customer service skills. I had the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thank you for everything you did for us.
Daniel- AMAZING PERSONALITY ! Awesome customer service. This is the first time I have fun buying a car. River made sure we knew everything up front and ensured we were satisfied with the service and vehicle we got. We will be recomending him to our friends and family when they are looking for a car.

Amazing experience - Amanda
We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Barbara and Kylor were absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn’t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a place that puts all the information right out there for you honestly (no issues they are trying to hide), and allows you time to make your decision (doesn’t rush you into an answer), we recommend this dealership and seeing Barbara and Kylor. Even the finance department was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Friendly and fast - CBG
For years I’ve gone to other dealerships to get oil changes and normally my experience is less than good. I’ve have literally waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation before. At Mark Kia, they said 1 hour and they got me out in less than that. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful and friendly. The waiting room was clean with comfortable seats. They had snacks I could have and free WiFi. It was a very good experience

Worked on a good deal for us - a123
Had a good experience. Buying a car is always a back and forth negotiations. Mark did a good job and we finally agreed on the price.
Excellent Service - KIABOB
This is my third KIA , The first (2011 Sorento) was purchased from Enterprise but was serviced by Zamora KIA which is now KIA of Yuma. Zamora was such a pleasure to deal with that I then purchased a used 2013 Optima Hybrid from them, Great Car, but to difficult for my handicapped wife to get into. This was then traded for a Soul+ which made all the difference for my wife's entry problems. (Easy and painless trade thanks to the Zamora Staff) I admit that I did have mixed emotions when the dealership changed to "KIA of Yuma. Today I just had my Soul+ serviced by the new Regime and was very pleased with the results. My car was returned washed and sparkling! No pressure, no on seen problems a smiling staff and quite a few of the past Zamora Crew. KUDO'S to all. As good as Zamora was, KIA of Yuma has been able to improve the complete operation. I have no doubt that when the time comes for a new KIA it will be done here.
Great Experience buying a new car - GG
I shopped around for a new car and Big Bob was one who replied back. He worked with me through the entire process. No pressure, no games. He was straight with me and provided me a written quote within our budget. The experience overall was great and he arranged everything that was needed until our car arrives. I recommend dealing with him when shopping for a Kia.
Great dealership - Laurie H
Our salesman, Victor was great! He was honest with us, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our finance guy made the process so easy! We will definately go back for our next vehicle. Thank you!! we love our Kia Soul!!
They ask you to commit fraud - Natalie
Horrible dealership after numerous visits they wrote the contract wrong and asked me to commit fraud and lie about where I lived. The finance manager Herb told me to change my address on my bank statement print it off and change it back. When I refused they said the would rewrite the paperwork and come down and sign when I arrived Steve another manager stated because I refused to lie and commit fraud they want the car. I said how am I to get home I live 25 miles away he said call a friend or walk. So unprofessional and rude. I would not refer my worst enemy here. I am filing formal charges with the police as I have the entire conversation recorded and proof of them requesting me to commit felony fraud
Had an awesome experience - Lchavira
Sales person and finance manager were all nice and easy going, they offered us drinks and had our Kia Soul cleaned and the purchase was fast
First time visit - azroadrunner
I just purchased a Kia Sportage on the personal market, and brought it in th Peoria Kia for the first time. David Daeffler was my service advisor. He took down my info, and scheduled a ride home for me. Hours later I received a call with the info i requested, as well as quotes to perform the work. Next day, he scheduled a pick up for me so I could pick up my vehicle. David was prompt, courteous, and very attentive to what I wanted done. I would definitely return for future work and request his services.
Unprofessional Manager Reflecting A Poor Dealership - phxbear1
Went into Rodeo this morning. Was interested in the most expensive car ($50,000.-Stinger) at the dealership. Asked the salesman who the manager was and was told that his name was Sean Griffin. Asked also for the bottom price on the car. The salesman came over and gave me a price. I asked to speak to the manager. He sat behind a desk and started to SCREAM at me saying this was the bottom price which he claimed WAS THE BOTTOM PRICE.. I said that there was no need to scream at me and he proceeded to say that he did not need my business and I probably drive a Ferrari (which is not true and has nothing to do with the issue.) I did not go into Rodeo Kia to be insulted nor screamed at- how UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE! Mr. Griffin needs to learn some manners when dealing with a client. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this dealership to anyone- we have choices of Kia dealerships in the Valley and this is the worst thanks to Sean Griffin.
Disappointment in overall service - Bought 3 cars here
No checkpoint list provided.
Mechanic recommended filter change.
Not done because service was too busy.
Took 1.5 hours to change oil.
Employees limited knowledge.
Deceptive marketing practice - 4unborn
In May, 2016, I purchased a “New” Kia Rio from Lawley Automotive Group, 100 N. Highway 90, Sierra Vista.
There was no indication on the car to show what year model it was, only the lettering, “New.” No one at Lawley told me that it was a 2015 model. It was not until I was signing the paperwork that I noticed it was a 2015 model, not a 2016 model. I complained.
I requested that Lawley Automotive Group make it a practice to display the model year on all new vehicles. I received no response.
First and last visit - Clancy Kilburn
I just moved here and had them change my oil. Worst experience!!! He implied that a tire rotation came with the oil change. When I asked him if there was an additional charge he said there was (I asked him because I had never heard of getting a free tire rotation with an oil change). I had bought my car from Hertz in Portland. He then started going down a list of service that was due. He told me if I didn't do the service he recommended, he would notify Kia and it could void my warranty. I had only put on a few thousand miles from I first bought it and Hertz doers all the required factory warranty. I would never go back to this or any dealership Martin Swanty owned. How could I ever trust this dealer after this? I also had my Chevrolet serviced at the Kingman Chevy dealer and what an opposite experience. They were very professional and strait forward.
Service Department is either extremely incompetent - paul
Brought car in for warranty work. in process of doing repairs they broke 2 pieces which they did not have in stock. dealership is 3 hours away roundtrip for me. I called telling they that I needed to be off lot by 2:45 they said they would try to get me in @ 2. GOT THERE 1:45 again stated I needed to out by 2:45. They told me it would be About 40 min. 35 min into it my car had not been touched I approached Tyler who stated the tech had problems with a car he was working on and didn't get to it. I told him I couldn't wait any further and that this problem originated by their service people breaking the two parts that I had to now have fixed. I stated that I'm not traveling a third time and asked that they sent some down to my area to have these parts replaced he said they would see if they could do it and get back to me. 2 days later no call back. I then placed a called and was told that they can't do it. they never seem to have parts in stock, They appear to be very high on lip service and slow on delivering..
