I am not convinced they had the correct info about the lights in the running boards! Said they only come on when you use the key fob to open the doors which I have never done. but they do come on at other times but not consistently. You need to supply more info to the technician!

It was going to take several days to get the part, so they kindly provided a loaner truck until my truck was fixed at no additional cost.
