I worked with Steve Melis. how I can say my 6 plus years dealing with Dodge have never met a person who made my visit so easy. he constantly updated me with info on my vehicle he also sent Lyft to pick me up and drop me off multiple times when needed. I was without my vehicle for almost a month he booked rental for me made it super easy do that. Being I was in super messed up situation he made the damage feel less painful by going above an beyond with the customer service I'm greatly appreciated! Steve your great man we need more customer facing people that take that time on each an every customer cause it matters to them and I felt it working with you

I called the service center to make an appointment to get a burnt out brake light replaced and I was scheduled the next day which was really awesome. The technician replaced the brake light bulb in just a few minutes. They also performed a multi-point inspection and checked tire pressure. Shannon Lubkeman, the customer service advisor and the rest of the staff were very professional, respectful, competent, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
