Very courteous and reliable customer service department, I had throughout the last 5 years really good experiences with every single advisor that has attended me when ever the car needs a work done after the inspection they make sure to send me video and call me to explain the work, they all have good communication, I really appreciate their transparency and prices. Thank you for a great job.

My wife and I recently brought her SUV in for service, and our experience with Fred (Farhad) was extremely concerning from the moment we arrived. During the drop-off, the way he looked at my wife and the way he interacted with her made her visibly uncomfortable. What should have been a routine service appointment immediately felt inappropriate. Later, he called my wife and attempted to pressure her into purchasing new tires by using scare tactics, claiming the tire was “going to blow up” if she didn’t replace them immediately. This type of fear-based upselling is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When we returned to pick up the SUV, his behavior escalated even further. He continued to direct inappropriate looks toward my wife and began asking personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the service. His demeanor and comments made her extremely uncomfortable, and it was clear this was not a one-time issue. What made his conduct even worse was the complete lack of respect he showed toward us as a married couple — openly behaving inappropriately toward my wife right in front of me. This type of conduct is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I am genuinely concerned he may be behaving this way toward other women as well. I strongly believe management needs to address this situation seriously and take appropriate action. My wife and I have purchased Honda vehicles for years and have consistently serviced our cars at this location. Unfortunately, after this experience, we no longer be coming back to this location

AC was blowing warm and 2 of the 3 components were given extended warranty, my luck the apparently not covered component was faulty , after calling the Norm Reeves store I purchased the vehicle at to make sure it wasn’t covered , Nathaniel worked with the store I bought the car to supply all needed info and lo and behold a 2,000 job now only costs me my 50,00 deductible I give kudos to both of these Norm Reeves stores to save a customer 2,000.00

I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from rocket town of Lompoc and was vary satisfied with the all around great service from the sales team…. My car has been serviced from them since I bought it about five months ago.. the other day my car started acting weird and wouldn’t drive anymore, But to my surprise this beautiful young lady from rocket town came to my rescue, Even on her day off she took the time out to come and help me and she went thru great lengths to fulfill my needs so that my vehicle could be back on the road again, Melody Cruz is one of the greatest woman I know from rocket town Honda , She took her personal time and effort and went completely above and beyond,, she made sure my parts were in on a timely manner and never once did she miss a smile while doing her job, her hard working service people made sure my car was equipped with the proper maintenance and service, this gentleman put all his other work aside and made sure my vehicle was in running condition even though I wasn’t lol, so I want to give a big shot out to the mechanic specialist who helped melody Cruz, thank you Andy for always working hard and listening to your customers…. Best experience ever! I have been leasing cars for over ten years, and Manoj "Ron" Guragain from Hayward Honda was spot on. The car that I had agreed upon, a CR-V EX AWD, after many communications, was waiting for me at the front when I arrived. The price quoted was the price given. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at a different Honda dealership the night before. I'm so glad I met Ron. He made the process seamless and was true to his word. That's all a customer asks for: transparency and to be treated with respect... and Ron delivered.

I bought a new Honda Civic Sport. The salesmen were polite and did not pressure me. I test drove a couple of cars alone and with a salesman. The dealership did not have the color vehicle that I wanted, but received one a few days later. I drove it. I received the same lower price that was being offered at another dealership. I decided to buy it. My only complaint is that it took me over two hours to make a cash purchase. This was likely the result of a high number of customers in the dealership. Overall, I had a good experience!

I genuinely do not enjoy car shopping, and after getting a completely unreasonable out the door price locally on the Central Coast, I decided to look outside the area. From my very first interaction, Joel stood out. He was responsive, straightforward, and never pushy. Within just a few emails, I had the best pricing and all the information I needed to feel confident moving forward. I ended up driving to Bakersfield, and everything was exactly as promised. Joel greeted me right away, had everything ready, and made the entire process seamless. Joe Gutierrez handled the finance portion and was just as great to work with. Calm, kind, and zero pressure, and he made what is usually the most stressful part feel easy and straightforward. I was fully expecting some kind of last-minute changes or added pressure, but that never happened. No surprises, no upselling, just a genuinely smooth and honest experience from start to finish. My experience purchasing a Honda at this dealership was exceptional. My first contact with Estaban was positive, we told him what we needed. He was informed. We showed him the lower price listed on line and he directed us to the manager Bilal. He said he would match the price. He went on to give us discounts on the service and support contract. He helped us set up insurance at a cheaper arte, helped us get our rental picked up and gave us the same intereest as one we had established with USAA....I cannot think of one negative issue....TOTAL happiness and support.

I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.

Bought a new car from them and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. We negotiated a price on the phone, but when I went there in person they made it seem like the price was still the same but it’s not. I was made to pay thousands of dollars more for the car when I only choose this dealer because of the deal that I was supposed to get. When asked about change, they said that they couldn’t do it and that the first seller I talked to was lying, but I was never informed of the new price while in the dealership. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them to work with me about changing the price, signing a new contract or something but they just kept putting me on hold. I have got no one picking up my calls for days or the manager picking up and giving me an offer but never following through with it. The last straw was him telling me to come in on a specific day to sign a new contract and was supposedly out for the whole day because he was in an unexpected meeting. I decided to just get a check for the extended warranty that they added without asking (they even told me I can cancel it myself if I didn’t want it, but how could I even do that if they don’t want to submit the paperworks) and when I texted that to the manager, he replied within seconds of my text. That’s when I knew, he was just playing with me and was never really going to do anything. I’m going to take this as an expensive lesson learned and hope no one else will fall for their lies. So my advice with this dealership is don’t do it. You would get cheated, put on hold, played and in the end they don’t care. So don’t buy a car here.
