The mechanic who worked on my vehicle did an outstanding job—thorough, efficient, and clearly very skilled. Not only was the work completed on time, but everything was explained to me clearly so I understood exactly what was done and why it was necessary. It's not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this experience gave me full confidence. The car is running smoothly, and I appreciate the attention to detail and the care taken during the repair. The staff was courteous, and the entire process—from check-in to pickup—was seamless. Highly recommend Henry Gonzalez and the team at Rio vista. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs!

No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!

TBH the attitude of the people who do intake of the car is rather terrifying. So rude and disrespectful not to me but I saw it with another customer. Not to say I was treated with any more kindness. It’s just so robotic and unpersonal and unkind. Completing the work was definitely speedier than expected.
