Service handled by emmillio. Just a quick oil change but this was the quickest service I've received. Nice guy,had me on my way in half the time compared to other oil changes. This is how an oil change should be when a customer is waiting for their vehicle.

Always a good experience. Bryce was very nice and explained everything very well. I go to Folsom Lake dealership even though Roseville dealership is closer. Even though i was late for my appointment due to an accident that caused a traffic back up i still got in and out in reasonable time. The waiting room is very nice with free snacks and wiFi. I will continue to use Folsom Lake for my Hyundai vehicle’s care.

Randy Giese has been my service advisor since I bought my 2020 Ram 2500 Lariat and is always a very professional and curtious representative of Fresno Dodge. I bought the premium oil service and when I come in for that he searches for any recalls and lets me know what else may be needed to keep my truck running good. We recently had an issue with the turbo not building pressure and he got me in right away and worked diligently to get my truck fixed. It turned out to be a more serious issue and it was discovered to be the turbo,actuator, EGR valve, and the EGR cooler. He contacted my extended warranty company and worked with them to gain approval and then put us into a rental vehicle all in the day we were there. It turned out we had to wait for parts so he worked with his manager to get us a reduction in rental car cost due to the delay. I must submit to my company for reimbursement for extra days but I don’t have to deal with bringing the vehicle back and forth and this really helped me out as I was in the middle of moving. Thank you Randy for such great customer service. This is why I will continue doing business with you.

I’ve taken my BMW X5 to three dealerships in my area, and Long Beach BMW has consistently had the best pricing. The video from the show inspection was the most through compared to other dealerships. I also did not feel upsold or pressured into future maintenance items. My service advisor, Bertha, was transparent and friendly. An uber was provided for my transportation from/to the dealer. The work was completed by the promised time and in a reasonable duration. Long Beach BMW has gained a new service customer.

I had gone to Roseville Mazda to get an owners mango a Mazda I had just bought from another dealer. I was greeted by Garrett and he told me where the parts department was and we got into a conversation about my not being happy about my purchase. He showed me Mazda CX-5 that was a year newer than the one I bought. Garrett told me to check my contract because I may have a window of days that I could return the vehicle and that day was my last day. I went back to the previous dealership, cancelled the contract, received my deposit and Garrett came and picked me up from the previous dealership and we came back to Roseville Mazda and i received and incredible deal. A 2020 Mazda CX-5 and a loan that is 4% lower than my previous loan. In summery, it was a “Blessed” day! Thank you Garett, Scott and Roseville Masada!!!
