Chris R. took the time to learn what my real needs were. When I explained that I am undereducated about vehicles, he patiently explained more about how to weigh the variables comprising a car's expected longevity and cautioned me about automobile safety factors with which I was unfamiliar. His sincerity in wanting me to feel comfortable and certain in my car purchase came through when he was very understanding about me wanting to check out a second vehicle at another dealership. He did not try to scare me with scarcity tactics. He encouraged me to take the time I needed to learn about both vehicles and test drive them. Not one ounce of pushiness! At the other dealer, I was met with typical salesperson behavior and dishonest tactics, and I felt zero confidence that the salesman cared at all about what I needed. All he could talk about was what he could do with the numbers to get me into a car that day. It felt insulting. Making a vehicle purchase is a tremendous decision and cost, and people deserve more than being handled. I immediately drove back to Dann's Auto and met with Chris to purchase the vehicle that is the best fit for my family. I left feeling confident with the vehicle's reliability, the transparency of the vehicle's history, the warranty, and the integrity of Chris R. Thank you, Chris! I already feel this was a very smart and safe choice for me and my loved ones.
