First of all, pretty sure they overcharged us for the lease but since it was our first time leasing, we weren't prepared. Even worse, they never did the transfer for the Nissan we traded in, so guess who got a ticket almost a year after the trade in! And now they want to help with the bare minimum to help clear this issue which is taking me too much time to try to resolve!

Purchased a car Oct 28th 2025 Nissan pathfinder , sales was great but of course they treat you like gold when your buying a car, i told the sales person am I getting my first complementary oil change he said yes, also finance. Fast forward to yesterday I made an appointment two weeks ago to get the oil change. I get there and they’re trying to charge me and tell me that I do not get my first complementary oil change. I’ve never purchased a vehicle that did not offer their first complementary oil change very disappointed spoke to the general manager. He didn’t do anything about it. Spoke to finance again he didn’t do anything about it. Sales guy told me they can give me an employee discount, but I refused so I’m gonna go ahead and speak to consumer affairs cause I thought that was absolutely ridiculous after driving 45 minutes early in the morning with my kids just to get there and they will not help me out last time. I’m never referring anybody to the future automotive group cause they did nothing for me.

Nissan of Redlands (workers) engaged in deceptive and misleading practices that I would strongly caution others about. My wife and I were promised (verbally)that once I co-signed the contract and all documents were completed, we would receive what was agreed upon( a spare car key). The dealership (workers at Nissan of Redlands) promptly received the co-signed documents, but after that, their promises meant nothing. Nissan Of Redlands(Workers) never provided the spare car key. After numerous phone calls, Nissan of Redlands repeatedly claimed the key was being made and told us to come pick it up. When we have a chance to arrive there because I moved out of State, they (Nissan Of Redlands workers) changed their story. Once they learned we had moved to another state and that the vehicle was not physically with us, but in another State, they (workers at Nissan Of Redlands)suddenly claimed they could not give us the spare key unless they could see the car—even though they already knew this was impossible. This cycle of promises, excuses, and wasted trips has gone on for nearly 8 months now . Nissan Of Redlands (workers) consistently misled us, pretended to resolve the issue, and then backed out every time. The behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and reflects extremely poor management. If a dealership (Nissan of Redlands ) cannot be trusted to honor simple commitments, how can they (Nissan Of Redlands) be trusted with major financial contracts? Would you trust people in Nissan of Redlands who repeatedly lie to make financial decisions for you? I certainly would not. I do not recommend Nissan of Redlands to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go to another dealership that values honesty, accountability, and basic integrity. Nanfang

Took my Nissan here to get a diagnosis arriving at 7:30 am. The service dept did not respond until closing time to detail what was wrong. Had an unsettling interaction with the sales dept that evening as they said the service dept was closed and I could not get my vehicle until the next day. Had to leave the vehicle over night unexpectedly. Came back the next day and drove off and now tha ac is blowing a chemical odor and does not cool properly. I believe they tampered with this system as it was not like that prior to bringing it in. Called to explain the situation but did not receive any communication back from anyone. Horrible customer service and the fact that the ac unit is tampered with is unacceptable. Beware!
