She was very responsive to all my questions and worked really hard to work a deal that I felt was really reasonable!! She researched how much delivery would be out of state, and was very honest about costs and informed me of rebates they could offer. In contrast, I did not receive this type of service within my own state.

Kinda bummed. I was really excited to put a $1,000 deposit down on a Golf R with a manual transmission a couple weeks ago. Last Wednesday I found out I was going to need surgery on my left foot and would be unable to drive a clutch for an extended period of time. I approached the salespeople at GJ Volkswagen to see if it was possible to get my $1,000 back. Had they apologized and politely told me "No", that would have been understandable. However, the sales manager called me and BERATED me, trying to make me feel guilty for being seen at the Subaru dealer talking to a salesperson about a WRX with an automatic transmission! The VW Mark 8 Golf R is incredibly popular and this dealership is charging quite a bit over MSRP for the privilege to own one, so I know they aren't losing money on this car. Thanks to this experience, I am glad called Subaru after talking to the mean dude at Volkswagen and got a WRX GT on the way. Not only does Grand Junction Subaru NOT charge over MSRP or talk to you like garbage, they can get you the car you want with whatever you want in it in almost no time. Shame on me for thinking any company other than Subaru could come through for me when I needed them. I guess I'll kiss the $1,000 I put down at Grand Junction Volkswagen goodbye and chalk it up to an expensive lesson in modern day commerce. Fahrvergnügen my eye.

I brought my 2017 VW Beetle to the Mike Maroone VW service department because I needed some guidance with repairs that were supposed to be covered by my car's third-party warranty. Lathan Hickey was my contact at the dealership's service department. I'm astonished by the way he went to bat for me with the warranty company. I'd expected a painful process to get the warranty company on board with what the car needed the most, and then figured I'd have to pony up quite a bit myself for the other things. To say I was surprised by the result is an understatement! He earnestly negotiated with them to get everything I needed (down to the last nut and bolt!) covered THROUGH THE WARRANTY. I didn't even buy my Bug at his dealership! He still treated me like an established customer. After this, the next time I buy a VW, it WILL be from Mike Maroone VW -- and any time I need an advocate to help me get the most out of a car warranty, I'll be reaching out to Lathan Hickey. He's outstanding!

I live in Oregon and purchaced my vehicle from Lithia of Roseburg,Or. Visit Denver often as my kids and grandkids are here. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!

Had some trouble getting some decent help from this location as soon as it was time to bring in the leased vehicle. Lots of back and forth phone calls with no new information each time, just all the things they could not do for us.
Finally finished the lease buy out process. Appointment to sign paperwork was at 9:30am on July 4th, a holiday. When we showed up, the employee we had scheduled with was not even there, nobody knew we were coming and no paperwork had been put together. I was pretty livid, had some loud words to share and the manager was very rude. We left, bought a new car at Larry H. Miller on Colfax. Go there instead, saving you a serious headache.
