We have been working with Joe for a while now and he is the most kind and caring person. He always bends over backwards to help make the buying process as easy as possible. The car color I wanted for my new Atlas Cross Sport was not available here but was in Colorado Springs. Joe took it upon himself to drive down there and drive my new car up to me. That is the kind of customer service you get with Joe. If you want someone you can trust and wont pressure you and is just so supportive and helpful through the whole process, you will want to work with Joe. Thank you Joe for everything. Here's a polished version of your review: My experience at Emich Volkswagen was incredible from start to finish! I originally went in to look at a 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan, but thanks to Ricky Banegas and his hard work, I drove away in a 2023 Volkswagen Taos that fit perfectly within my budget. Ricky went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle without ever making me feel pressured. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get the best deal possible. Everyone I interacted with made the experience enjoyable. The woman at the front desk on 07/23/2026 was so kind and welcoming, Ricky's manager was great to work with, and the finance associate made the paperwork process quick and easy. I couldn't be happier with my experience and absolutely love my new Taos. I highly recommend Emich Volkswagen, and if you're looking for a new car, be sure to ask for Ricky Banegas!

We drove with our four children from northern Denver area for “car on hold for us” and they sold it out from under us after arriving. They did at least top off our tank for us and Connor was relatively kind but also relatively uncommunicative.

Aaron and Steve Stern at Emich VW in Boulder were so great to work with. They got me the best deal on my new lease, without any hassles or heavy-handed sales nonsense. They are straight-shooters and I felt totally at ease during the whole process. I’ve leased 3 VWs now and have been impressed with all of the vehicles. But, I’ll definitely be heading back to Emich and Aaron and Steve for all of my future VW purchases because they were just so helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can’t recommend them and Emich any more highly.

The service department seems very well run, organized, thorough & fast. I’ll definitely be returning there for all of my future maintenance & service needs. I live in Oregon and purchaced my vehicle from Lithia of Roseburg,Or. Visit Denver often as my kids and grandkids are here. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!

Had some trouble getting some decent help from this location as soon as it was time to bring in the leased vehicle. Lots of back and forth phone calls with no new information each time, just all the things they could not do for us. Finally finished the lease buy out process. Appointment to sign paperwork was at 9:30am on July 4th, a holiday. When we showed up, the employee we had scheduled with was not even there, nobody knew we were coming and no paperwork had been put together. I was pretty livid, had some loud words to share and the manager was very rude. We left, bought a new car at Larry H. Miller on Colfax. Go there instead, saving you a serious headache.
