I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Antonio, who had great energy and a warm, welcoming way about him. In the meantime, Marvel had already let Antonio know I was on my way and met me in the showroom to introduce himself. Antonio took Lori and me on a test drive, and we absolutely loved the car. Fernando, the Sales Manager, assisted in putting together a great leasing deal. What stood out most was that everyone was hands-on, professional, and never pushy. They even let us leave to think about the Tucson without trying to hold Lori and me hostage like some dealerships do. They did an oil change, tire rotation, updated something in the electronics, as well as topped off the fluids. My husband and I leased a beautiful new Tuscon Select Premium about a month ago at Brandfon Hyundai. We love the car so much, we decided to lease a second vehicle. Even though we have closer option, there was no question that we would be returning to Brandfon for car. From the initial phone call to driving off the lot, the employees were professional, accommodating, and kind. They were transparent and we felt no pressure in the friendly, warm environment. We were given the time we needed to discuss our options with Dennis, the sales manager. He helped us make a decision and there were no hidden fees. Dennis went out of his way to find a vehicle on the lot so we could drive away with it the same day. There were no Tuscons on the lot that matched what we were looking for, so Dennis found a higher model and gave us an exceptional deal. The sales and leasing consultant, Tyler, was very patient with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent time making sure that we felt comfortable. Tyler really seemed to prioritize a relationship with us, rather than just making a sale. He communicated with the service department, making sure our car was ready for us as fast as possible. Tyler spent time reviewing the car with us and going over all the features. He reached out the day after we got the car to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle and its features, as well as setting us up on the Bluelink app so we could use all the technology that is available to Hyundai owners. Rafael, the business manager, went through the financing we us, making the most stressful part of the day when buying or leasing a car much more comfortable. He provided all the information to us in a clear manner, and just as he had with our last purchase, Rafael felt more like a friend than a businessman while still remaining professional. We left feeling comfortable and very happy with our lease agreement. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Brandfon as the dealership to use when buying a Hyundai. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. They handled us with a kindness and professionalism that is hard to find in the car industry. I went in to purchase a 2023 Santa cruz because I needed a truck bed. Chris Antone, who I've bought vehicles from before just happened to be working here and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He was patient, honest, and transparent with the cost questions I had. I ended up going with a 2022 Nissan titan with 25,000 miles. it was on the lot, the price was similar and they gave me a great deal. They discounted the price additionally despite the initial cost already being below the market. The warranty options were very flexible and I was able to cover the entire vehicle for 60,000 additional miles at a very low price. They have a great operation at this dealership. We're excited to use the service department and hope to trade in our palisade in 18 months.

We worked with Ben on our Nissan. I hate car shopping, everything about it. It’s such a hassle, and it’s so hard to find a good salesman you can trust and enjoy working with. This experience was hands down the greatest one I’ve ever had! Ben was so easy to work with, so personable and found me exactly what I was looking for, at the price I wanted, which isn’t easy! We were laughing the entire time, it felt like a breeze. He was very knowledgeable about the car, the process, etc. I’ve never met a car salesman that I’ve actually wanted to go back to - until now. It was so comfortable to work with him. There’s a lot of places out there that say they’re like family, will treat you like family, but they really do here. When we picked the car up the detailing was perfection! Overall, great experience from beginning to end. We will be back!
