I stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon after they had already closed. I was parked in the lot looking at a used Mercedes that caught my attention driving by. Heather and Vicky made it happen when then could have just said sorry we are closed. I have bought many vehicles over my life and Heather and Vicky made this my best car buying experience. It is all about customer service and they were second to none. Nice car, fair price and talented Team Members who were problem solvers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that was nice, not pushy, but answered my questions truthfully. HOWEVER, that being said, your finance person, was arrogant, rude, demeaning and overall just not a nice person.

I bought my car in for a recall, asked if they could check why my car was hesitating. As I thought he asks the mechanic, mike did not. I got my car back from recall he never asked a mechanic to look and than told me i would have to leave my car for two days and pay for a diagnostic’s. No thank you. I took my car to another Hyundai dealership fixed it with the hour free of charge at Old Saybrook Hyundai.

These guys sold me a car that was duct taped together. Now they owe me $400. No one's disputing it, but they can't get it together enough to get me a check. They've owed me this money since May 29th. Totally incompetent. Shady McLazy - that is what I would rename this dealership.
