I had no bad experience except that I didn't realize how much I was being charged for the "dealers fee" I wish I was told that price before signing. Otherwise they had the exact car I wanted at an amazing price so I am very happy I finally got the car I wanted to have for hopefully the next 10 years of my life. Great service from my sales rep. Only complaint is it took a long time to get the paper work ready to purchase the car, I was in the waiting room for about 90 minutes. However Brandon made up for it in other ways, including giving me a free a paint job, dropping my old car off at my house, and returning to my house to install my new plates. Very satisfied

Update 1/15/19: Reduced to 1 Star. I have been completely ignored, including follow ups to the general manager. Astoundingly horrible (non-existent) customer service once they had my money. Truly a shameful way for any business to treat a customer. Stay away!!!
Update 10/1/18: The dealership screwed up the DMV registration, and has been less than communicative about fixing the error. More than six weeks later and it is still unresolved. See Yelp reviews about this place.

Spoke to 2 people (Tony L. and Jim) on Friday to confirm coming in Saturday to sign papers where they both assured me everything would be set for 12 o'clock appointment. Saturday morning I take out a $16,000 loan and call them that I am on way and they tell me there was a "miscommunication" and they sold the vehicle Thursday, 3 days after I put $1200 down. They completely undermined and disrespected what my deposit stands for and left me to believe the truck was being held for me when clearly they have no regard for customer service or satisfaction. I would highly recommend not dealing with these people because they do not care about customers and will take any chance to screw you over if it means they make a quick buck.) and I would buy it on the weekend.
