John Mercado was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with...ever!! No typical sales tactics or feeling of being rushed or forced into a different car. He went over everything and there were no surprises at the end. Thank you John for making a large purchase easy!!

After a few exchanged emails, all communication just - Perelliemedia
After a few exchanged emails, all communication just completely stopped. The dealership has really bad communication with prospect customers. This is coming from someone with 5 years of dealership experience

I bought an Ioniq 5 limited that I reserved a month - richard
I bought an Ioniq 5 limited that I reserved a month before arriving from Shaker's. I am an out of state buyer and this car is one of the hottest cars in the world with 1 year wait lists. I worked with Paul throughout the process. We reached a good deal on the car and trade as a one stop deal What I was very happy about was the lack of surprises. There was a 5 week gap between when my trade was valued (via 10 photos and a Vin) and the deal being done. They honored that price despite the 1200 miles of extra miles and a drop in used car prices. The dealership experience was good, with a very modern building with a lounge area that was as nice as many luxury brands. The staff was very attentive, offering a coffee, water, and making sure I was well taken care of during the stay. The finance manager was good with a friendly and no nonsense demeanor. He offered their packages accepted my answers without issues. He was thorough, with backups for when I got something wrong signing documents. The interest rates were not the best (nor did they take outside financing) but that's a problem I can manage. I was in and out with plates and car safety seats transferred in about 2 hours from my appointment start time. I made a stop in the parts department to buy a NFC key. The representative there was knowledgeable and located the part despite the computer system not updated for this model. Paul offered the full tour /set up experience which I declined (over booked a day to drive 120 miles, buy a car, drive 30 miles see family friends, drive 20 miles, see more friends before driving 150 miles home with my first fast charge en route. Paul followed up over the phone and text multiple times over the course of the afternoon. I definitely appreciated knowing I had local support available if I had troubles.

They are not real mechanics there they oy care about - Kevin Fowler
They are not real mechanics there they oy care about engine codes which is lazy amd pathetic. Even though I told the service department to look at Cataylitic converter by Manifold. Their other service department in Hartford, CT. found the Cataylitic converter problem in one hour.
This is a dishonest dealership. - SharieW
This is a dishonest dealership. I purchased a used Toyota from them with ~80,000 miles. It seemed fine and they had replaced two tires. The sales manager promised me a 1500mi/30 day warranty, which they did not include in the paperwork and I had to call them on it to get it. It's the standard state warranty, and on the back is a detailed list off all the potential issues, and they said, "That's what's covered." Turns out, that's not true. Those things are only covered IF they pose an immediate safety issues making the car non-road-worthy.
Then I took it to a Toyota dealer to have it checked out and have any repairs addressed under that warranty. Here are the problems it had: Control arm bushings are cracking; struts are rusted and weak; radiator leak; exhaust pipe leaks; engine, cabin and HVAC filters all show rodent issues - both feces and being chewed on; brake pads & rotors needed to be replaced and calipers needed to be cleaned/serviced; right front window didn't roll down, a tail light was out, rearview mirror was discolored/obscured vision. Spark plugs are overdue for being replaced based on age. Plus there is other routine maintenance which was not done.
They agreed to do the brakes/rotors, rear view mirror and tail light. Those are the inexpensive repairs and required by law under the warranty as safety issues. It took the car being in their shop for 3 WEEKS to get these things done. They refused to address the other issues, and it will come to about $4000 (on a $10,000 car.) Thus, they misrepresented the warranty and didn't cover what they said they would.
They should never have sold the car in this condition. It's ridiculous. They gave me a run around and hassle over everything. I will NEVER go to any Belise dealership again. Do NOT trust them. They will lie through their teeth.
Mike in sales was so helpful and friendly. - BabsieUSA
Mike in sales was so helpful and friendly. Not only did I get the only Hundai Elantra Hybrid in the tri-State area but I got amazing service. I was so nervous buying my first new car ever but Mike and the team made me feel right at home.
My car is stunningly beautiful. Mike went through all the features with me and showed me how to use everything plus gave me videos to watch at home should I need them.
I can’t say enough about this place. I drove an hour and a half to get there and it was well worth the drive.
So once again disappointment in the service department. - Tuckerbean
So once again disappointment in the service department. Brought my car in for an oil change which was a freebie because of the last time I was there. Nothing noted in my chart about it but the gentleman at the service desk honored it for me. I even mentioned it when I made the appointment but still not noted. After I left I noticed 2 plugs on my seat that were not put back where they should have been. Since I had already left I needed to go back and have it taken care of. If my car didn't still have a warranty I would never ever go back there again. I'm thinking this is my first and last Hyundai.
One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could... - Mohammed mansoor
One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot!
I would say just get you xxxx together and respect customers time! I would never ever go to this dealership!
