I encountered a pleasant experience @ Brandfon Hyundai. I initially requested for a quote online and while it took them a little longer than expected to get back to me, once someone did get back to me, they were quick to answer my questions & provide the information I needed. I was quoted base MF rate, base residual value, nothing was marked up nor hidden. Every number figure was clearly stated on the quote sheet. When it came time to take personal delivery of the vehicle, I was greeted by John Evans in management & John Mercado in sales went over the vehicle with me. Wesley in the finance department helped finalize my paperwork. While he did offer me a vast array of after sale products, he was not pushy & explained each one in great detail. He clearly knew what he was doing, he didn't sound like he was reading off a scripted sales sheet. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience with all employees I had encounters with. I wished I lived closer so I can use them for service. I took a glance at their service area and it was busy yet extremely clean! Everything was neat & in order. The customers vehicles looked like they were being handled with great care while in the service department. I hope to do business with Brandfon Hyundai in the near future!

U would think they would tell u before they fix it that its not covered so ur not surprised. Dealerships & their service departments are nothing but a joke.

Worse vehicle purchase experience ever! Finance department tried adding an aftermarket warranty which we didn’t want. Then we had to wait for them to redo the paperwork. They charged us a $100 trade in tax. We didn’t trade in a vehicle. They charged us for an inspection but we are in Massachusetts so had to get ourselves. So still waiting for the reimbursement. Just filed a complaint with BBB. Financing was completed and $13,000 deposit was paid but had to wait 9 days for registration to finally be processed. Was given a different excuse Daily as to why it wasn’t completed. Was lied to by Stan Nienmic the general sales manager, lied to by Phil Prescott salesman and Jessica. Still waiting for our 2nd key that they admitted to losing. So someone currently has access to our vehicle. Very unprofessional dealership, completely dropped the ball on this transaction and rather than admit to it and resolve it they kept avoiding us. Not answering calls or texts. Now hopefully BBB at least gets our $135 returned to us.
The entire staff that handled our transaction should be ashamed of themselves.

They are very unprofessional, and treat you terribly. They don’t honor their warranties. Had to deal with them for 6 months to get a taillight that was burnt out when I received the vehicle. Still haven’t gotten my taillight. All in all they wasted far too much of my time and I got nothing in return. They are dishonest and don’t give an f about you or your car. I would recommend going just about anywhere else to purchase a car!

i'll never understand car dealerships. My family has been buy an leasing cars from Meriden Hyundai for almost 10 years. Yesterday I take my son in to buy his own first car and the business manager treated us like dirt! Note: My wife leased a new car last week. The business manger wanted $4000 down and 16% interest... on a $20000 car... used as well. When I tried to negotiate he said the credit score was in the 500 range so I pulled up my sons score 694 and showed him... he made a lame excuse... we got up and walked out. Sad to say we will find another dealership. He insulted me in front of my son, what kid of man does that?

Bait & Switch tactics, Online price is $2,000 less than the "real" price, with all the arbitray mark ups, poor business models. I guess the rest of the poor reviews speak for themselves, I am glad I didn't get involved any further as it would most likely lead to further dissapointment.
