Misleading sales experience and broken promises — Do not recommend I visited this dealership on January 15, 2026 and purchased a 2016 Lexus IS200t. During the sale, I was assured by both the salesperson and the financial manager that the car was in great condition and worth the price. However, the vehicle had visible interior rips, tears, scratches, and body parts that were not original — none of which were properly disclosed. At the time of signing, both the salesperson and financial manager verbally promised that the brakes and tires would be inspected and replaced if necessary. The salesperson also acknowledged an existing check engine light and promised it would be fixed as it was a simple issue. It wasn’t a simple issue and None of these promises were honored. Approximately one month after purchase, I brought the car in for the promised repairs. I was without transportation for an entire day only to be told I needed to pay out of pocket just for a diagnosis — directly contradicting what I was promised at signing. I was then referred to another contact at the dealership. I called that person’s office multiple times, left my name, phone number, and detailed messages, and never received a single callback. I am now left with a car that was priced as if it were in perfect condition, a persistent check engine light, screeching tires, and zero resolution after months of attempting to follow up. I do not recommend this dealership

Our 2019 Suburban lost the pully from the water pump on I-95 just outside Jacksonville. We we're headed to the mountains of NC (a 9 hr drive from Port Canaveral). The guys at Ron Andersons got us a tow, put 2 guys on the job (they about to close) and got us out the door safely in 3 hrs! They were already very busy for a saturday and were even working on another couples vehicle that broke down just b4 us. They really did a great job of making us a priority and giving that little bit extra to a couple of very nervous travelers (we've all heard of those horrible stories from other people breaking down on some road several states away from home)! Very grateful to Harry and the Service Manager, they saved our butts! Don't know how to thank them more except to give them an awesome review. 10 STARS!

I was visiting from out of state and experienced concerning performance issues on my way into Daytona. I took my car to Ritchey and left absolutely floored by the excellent level of care. Ultimately, they didn’t find anything too troublesome but, I feel they did everything the could to address the problem I experienced on the highway—without dismissing it, just because the computer didn’t throw any codes. If I was a local, I’d absolutely come back to this place for service!

Not a pleasant experience Called the night before to ask about 3 cars, was told all 3 were there. Drove over an hour next morning and they only had one When making the deal, the dealership stated a 4.5% rate, then switched it to 6.7% We made an agreement to purchase the truck in the morning and picked it up about 5 that evening. When we picked up our vehicle, it wasn’t cleaned. There were papers and a hair brush left inside from previous owners, windows were filthy. Truck bed wasn’t even cleaned or rinsed out. Salesperson didn’t even walk us out or offer to show us any of the features of our new car. Way home I tried to wash the windshield and a light went on stating washer fluid was low Sales person said the detail shop wasn’t available that day and we were lucky he tried to clean it.

I have used car Buick GMC to have my GMC Sierra serviced. The last time I was there in April, I was very disappointed. I brought my truck in to be repaired and they said that they could not find anything wrong. I eventually found another dealership and they repaired the problem. It was the fuel pump module. Why couldn't they find it? They told me to pick it up it, could not find the problem. When there was a problem and my battery kept getting run down. Only good thing that happened was that there was no charge.

I will never buy or recommend a GM product ever again. After buying a 2019 gmc sierra the engine needs to be replaced due to a know issue. A Lifter failure….. after attempting to receive compensation from GMC after they handed me a 19 thousand dollar bill….. they offered me a 10 percent discount. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service of GM.

I bought a 1500 Chevy truck for our business and it lasted about one week it's been in there shop for going on 2 weeks now they gave me a rental car to drive which is useless to me I use my truck everyday for our business now I'm having to rent a truck which is costing me over 200 dollars a day I don't want that truck anymore they should step up to the plate and offer me another truck that has no problems I will be contacting my lawyer Monday to try to resolve this issue.

I highly regret purchasing my car from this dealership. The vehicle I wanted was limited and hard to come by. I wish I had bought a car from out of state and had it shipped to me instead. If I had done more research ahead of time, I would have seen this dealership has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. The following is a very broad overview of my experience. I purchased my vehicle (a 2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe GXP) at the end of September 2009. During the course of several visits, we had a lot of conversations about the vehicle and features. I was advised by one of my 2 salesmen that the vehicles price was starting at $10,000 over MSRP because it had an upgraded package that included a paint protectant. He described it as an upgraded clear coat/top coat that would help the paint life. He told me all 3 of the Solstice Coupes they had on the lot had the upgrade, and gave me the impression it was already ON the car. During the course of negotiations, the price was worked down to only a couple thousand over MSRP. At no time during the conversation was I advised any features were being removed from the car/package. Several months later I became unhappy with the way the paint was holding up. I contacted the dealership to find out what company did the paint protectant so that I could see if it had a warranty. After several phone calls I received the information that I had factory paint--there was no paint protectant. At that point the salesman and one of the sales managers were telling me there was never any mention of a paint protectant to their knowledge. After several visits and many long, heated discussions, they looked at my car and said it was normal wear and tear so could not be warrantied by Pontiac, either. I filed a complaint with GM directly. The dealership's story then changed. Now they are saying I would have received a paint protectant if I had paid $10,000 over MSRP, but since I only paid a few thousand over, they had to "remove" features during negotiation. This is different than their first story and this was never discussed during any of my visits prior to purchasing. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. When I have been able to speak with someone at the dealership, they are unable to give me any straight answers and usually have to put me on hold for awhile or call me back with their response. I feel their customer service level is way below satisfactory. I am not happy with the end result, I would not recommend this dealership, and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Worst customer service ever! I found a car I loved at Mott's. Had to drive to Orange Park to do the loan closing (nearest Chase Bank). I was on my way back and called to let Mott's know I had the check but could not get there until 11:45 (they closed at 12:00). The woman I spoke with very rudely told me I needed to be there by 11:00 for them to see me the vehicle. I explained that it was impossible since I was driving from Jacksonville. She adamantly told me no one would stay to sell me the vehicle. I asked about their hours during the week. She said I needed to be there by 4pm to buy the vehicle. I explained that I work and could not be there that early. She said sorry with so much attitude I could not believe what I was hearing. I asked if she was seriously telling me I'd have e to take my business elsewhere because no one there would stay a few minutes to seek me this car. She said the car wasn't going anywhere, that I'd figure it out. I asked again if someone could stay a few minutes, she said, "no, we don't do that". So I took my business to Walt's. Let me tell you about Walt's. They found me a car I love, found a lender and argued to get me an awesome interest rate. Had the car detailed and the gas talk full and had me out the door in less than 2 hours. I even got a hug before leaving. That is what customer service is all about. They have my business and my family's business for life.

I was seriously considering purchasing a vehicle there. I did the test drive, they agreed to a good value on my trade, but then I saw the buyer's order. Somehow, there was a $995 "Vehicle Appearance" fee or something like that on the order. I was a bit thrown off by this. I spent a lot of time researching the vehicle online and I even made sure to read the fine print for those additional fees they like to add on. In Starling's case, that's a $799 dealer document fee and an electronic fee of $99. Of course, TTT is also extra. I could swallow the dealer fee, which seems pretty standard in this area....the electronic fee seems a bit gutsy to me...but the $995 "Vehicle Appearance" fee was just too much. When I saw the buyer's order and saw that $995 "Vehicle Appearance" fee, I asked about it. I was told that they do this to all vehicles. The salesman said it includes tinted windows for the front two doors, pin-striping, and nitrogen in the tires. Tinted windows certainly has value to me, but I have used a local guy for all my vehicles and the price is usually around $100 and I get to choose the darkness of the tint. While there is some real value here, it’s not $995 worth and I didn't see this fee until we sat down to talk numbers. . If this fee were clearly disclosed online, I could have evaluated the deal and included that in my decision making before I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. I chose to walk away without additional negotiation. I’ll say that they had a very aggressive price on the vehicle I was trying to buy and they had a good selection of vehicles. They said they do this to all their vehicles. To me, it seems like another way for the dealer to add on dealer fees. In Starling's case, there's already $900 in document/processing fees, which is a bit steep. The additional $995 is very low value for the customer and in my opinion, is designed to allow them to advertise a deeper discount than the competition. Shop for the lowest out the door price and confirm all additional charges with any dealer before driving in to cut a deal.

I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt. The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner. I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
