I was very appreciative to not be sold something I didn’t need. They did a full check on my car, topped off my fluids, checked my tire pressure and washed my car, all complimentary. Rachel was FANTASTIC. I had to come in due to an airbag recall that I was dreading. I don't like going to dealerships, or really handling anything 'offline'. She made this so smooth and easy and I did not have to worry about a thing! If I was guaranteed to receive your service or similar I would have no problem setting something up for all my needs. The overall dop off and pick up was smooth, and there was someone waiting to help those who had pulled into the service line, who were overall confused about the process. 10/10

I brought my car in due to an engine problem and Belle was an excellent service advisor. She got a new engine from Kia under a recall quickly and provided a rental car for a couple days until the engine was delivered and installed. She communicated via text to give updates. Car seems to be running great now, I will definitely be returning for future service.
