This review is only for the service department. I’ve gone to Hyundai of Cumming for years with my 2016 Genesis (oil changes, rotations, recalls, etc.) and things were fine until recently. At my 10/18/24 service (72,944 mi) they refused to rotate my tires, citing tread depth. I later found severe inside wear on both rears at my 9/2/25 service (77,603 mi). I always request rotations, which is documented in my service orders, yet the tech admitted my rears had clearly been on “a while.” The service manager, Liam, blamed alignment and denied missed rotations. If rotations had been done, all four tires would show similar wear. Instead, I was pushed toward pricey Eagles and an alignment. This raises trust issues. My wife and I will go elsewhere in the future.

Matt McCoy, Service Advisor, provided me service that was above and beyond. I filled my 2023 Hyundai Tucson with gas early evening on April 29th and I always check the Fuel Door Lid Cap to see if it opens after I close it. I couldn't open the Fuel Door Lid Cap and therefore, I could not fill it up again with gas. I did some research on google and discovered it was probably a bad fuel door actuator. I called Hyundai the next morning on April 30th to see if I could get an appointment and the person who answered the phone said the next available appointment was May 14th. I was concerned I would run out of gas and needed to make several commitments that required putting many miles on my car. I decided to drive to the Service department and talked to Matt McCoy, Service Advisor and explained my situation. He was extremely helpful and said hold on and let me see if we have the actuator part on hand. He went to parts and came back with an actuator for my car. Two hours later, it was installed and my Fuel Door Lid Cap could easily be opened again. I want to commend Matt for going above and beyond his responsibilities to solve my situation and get the job done. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will always buy my cars from Hyundai of Kennesaw. They have the best Service Department in the Atlanta area.

5 Stars – Fantastic Experience! We had an amazing experience at Five Star Hyundai! Arkyanna was incredible — professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She recommended the perfect car for us, a 2025 Palisade SEL with zero interest, and had us driving home in under three hours. The entire team was friendly and efficient.
