Great service from Khalid. I was having a pre purchase inspection for a 2020 370Z I was purchasing from CarMax and Khalid was great to work with. They completed the inspection and found several items that needed to be done. While I was planning on having the needed services done at the dealership, CarMax took care of them at their service center. But, for all future service, my 370Z will be coming to Regal Nissan. This is the 2nd car that I have had serviced at Regal Nissan.

They come from auctions and are clearly never inspected, except to erase check engine codes. As a result, buyers leave with a knowingly defective vehicle, but are never informed or shown the inspections they claim to have. This dealership is currently under investigation by several legal and regulatory agencies. BE SMART, STAY AWAY!

This dealership uses classic bait-and-switch tactics. The Suburban was advertised on CarGurus at one price, but once I arrived the numbers immediately changed. They raised the vehicle price by several thousand dollars. I was also told they were offering $1500 above CarMax instant offer on trade in vehicles. The initial offer for my trade was $4000 below CarMax instant offer. I was told this was because they were going to try to discount the Suburban price to get closer to the advertised online price. When I questioned it, they changed the numbers yet again. After I left, they sent a worksheet using a much higher website price, added fees, and applied a fake “CarGurus offset” to make it look like a discount. The numbers changed every time we talked and never matched the advertised price. This wasn’t an honest mistake — it was intentional manipulation. I walked away, and I strongly recommend other buyers verify every number before wasting their time here.

Car salesman became rude and unprofessional after I communicated that I was not interested in the cash price they offered. Salesman then began to text me rude comments such as "there are x amount of used dealerships in your state." "Can you not afford it, we can finance." When I was adamant that I would pay cash he then sent me a text with a link to 100k plus vehicles stating "these are in your price range, pick one!" In a circumstance where i wasnt actually interested in purchasing this product, I would have had a good laugh. However, given the circumstances were that I was ready to take a flight and purchase cash it wasnt as amusing as he thought. Unfortunately for this salesman you never really do know who you are texting crazy things to. Hope he has the day he deserves.

I recently purchased a 2025 Tahoe from Chevrolet of Canton. The process was seamless. A shout out to Lee Baggarly ( Sales manager)and Micheal Natellin (General Manager) they made this process simple! I have taken my Tahoe back for the first service(oil change ,tire rotation) and the repair of my console due to a minor crack . The service team Sam Penny ( Service Advisor )Lee Baggarly, Jason Duncan (Service Manager) and I am unsure of the name of the technician who replaced my console but I could not be happier with the service I received. I have purchased and traded vehicles frequently over the years at various dealerships but I must say Chevrolet of Canton has by far been the best dealership to do business with. We also purchased my husband's truck at Chevrolet of Canton 5 years ago. We have been pleased with both purchases. This is the first time using the service team but I can tell you that the customer service was 5+ stars, Sam was quick to respond and answered all my questions, his costumer service was excellent! I have encountered poor service on a prior vehicle purchase at a dealership further south of Canton and was a little nervous about having my Tahoe serviced, Sam and his team were great and I will be taking my Tahoe back to them for the next service. Thank You!!!!

Buyer Beware: I purchased a 2014 Beetle from Carma under the express promise that a newly replaced turbocharger carried a 12-month warranty. The car recently suffered a major failure. A certified European automotive specialist inspected the vehicle and uncovered severe mechanical negligence by Carma’s attached shop. They installed a completely incompatible, no-name aftermarket turbocharger that cannot communicate with the vehicle's computer, omitted critical safety heat shielding, and shortcutted the job by spraying copper sealant over reused exhaust gaskets. To make matters worse, they also put the completely wrong coolant into the vehicle, forcing me to pay for an immediate, full system flush and replacement to prevent catastrophic engine damage. Good luck trying to get a human on the phone to address these issues—Carma uses an aggressive AI telephone system designed to screen and filter customer calls, making it nearly impossible to reach an actual person when you need help. When I finally bypassed the system, management refused to correct their shop's faulty, unsafe installation with a functioning factory part, offering only to slap on the exact same failing aftermarket brand. I have been forced to pay almost $7,000 out of pocket to a specialized shop to make the vehicle safe and operational. I have officially filed a consumer fraud and deceptive practices complaint with the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Be incredibly careful trusting this dealership's word or their internal shop's work.

We just bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe here, walked away with a really good car for a great price, and got a fantastic deal overall! Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly. I was highly impressed that several employees even remembered my name after introducing myself only one time—that's top-tier customer service. They provide complimentary coffee and water, and they were very quick to offer a cold soda or bottled water while we waited. Our salesperson, Ton, stepped in and was absolutely super helpful throughout the entire process. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 come down to the appointment handoff and a couple of facility maintenance issues: We had a scheduled 11:30 AM appointment with Glenn, after inquiring online someone called to set an appointment. Glenn was busy with another client and had another waiting after that, which is totally understandable. However, no one took the initiative to communicate that to us, we ended up waiting about 45 minutes when I approached Ton and asked him about helping us. It would have been great if someone had simply stepped up and said, "Hey, Glenn is tied up right now, would it be okay if another salesperson took care of you instead?" rather than just leaving us in limbo. The showroom AC definitely needs to be adjusted, I know theirs tons of glass open to the outside. The employees were visibly sweating while working in the warm indoor temps, which isn't great for them or the customers sitting there for hours. Also, the sink in the bathroom had water running that couldn't be shut off, I let a couple employees know and they said they would let management know. Overall, a great team and an excellent deal on a car! Fix the showroom temperature and front-desk communication, and it’s a flawless 5-star experience. If you are looking for a vehicle I'd reccomend you stop by. If they don't have what you are looking for I'd be willing to bet they will try to find it for you.
