November 2024: I got in right away with my wife 2008 Honda pilot. Jason got me in for an oil change and the tire rotation and after inspection that needed an Alignment which we got done. As always, good prices, fast service professional interaction with the customers Serra Honda Is the best.! Her pilot now has 361,000 miles on it and this dealership has been taken care of it since 2011. It's always been more so.once the Serra folks came in! 5 out of 5 stars We would highly recommend their dealership for all your needs! Have you seen the new Prologue? What a looker! Do yourself a favor and call them today! August 2024: Once again, great service by Kathy and the people at the service department at Serra Honda. We bought our 2008 Honda pilot from Huey Honda over in Frontenac in March 2011 and beginning in April 2011. We started bringing it to Meyer/Serra Honda in O'Fallon and we have been thrilled with the service ever since. They recently sent me the Carfax on our vehicle and we had like 60 services done there and the pilot now has 354,000+ miles on it and is going strong! First class Service a great group of people I would highly recommend the service department,, The parts department, and although we haven't had occasion to do business with the sales Department yet service and parts I'm sure they're wonderful too! We are from Ohio and were visiting family in Round Lake, Illinois when our ‘check transmission’ light came on in our Honda Pilot. Not wanting to continue driving, we called Honda dealerships in the area and they weren’t willing to check it out until Saturday, or even the upcoming week. (This happened on July 3). Honda Libertyville was the fourth dealership we called and the only one that told us to bring it in to check it out. James in the service dept was more than nice, explained things and reassured us that the Pilot is safe to drive back to Ohio. The cashier was super sweet as well and while talking to her found out that she attends OSU-small world! We can not thank Libertyville Honda enough!
