Saw a really good price advertised via the web on Jeep Gladiator. I reached out and got a call back from Daniel Deatherage. I live in Tennessee and he walked me through how the deal would work being out of state. Daniel and the team at Big M were transparent and very honest with me and worked to get my business. They worked the deal different ways to see which would be the best way for me with a trade in as well.
I had dealt with a couple of dealerships in the Nashville area and felt they were both just trying to take as much of my money as they could. Never felt that way with Daniel and Big M team.
This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought over a dozen vehicles. I would highly recommend Daniel and the Big M team if you want to be treated properly.
The best thing I can say is I will be back when time comes to buy my next vehicle.

We purchased a used 2017, Jeep Cherokee Latitude, I simply love this vehicle, our sales people Roger, and Angie were very helpful and knowledgeable. By explaining instruments in the vehicle I had no clue about. In a minimum of 2 hours we were driving vehicle home. I highly recommend Glockner, and these two sales people. Horrible experience... purchased a 28,000 dollar vehicle and 2 months later it’s unsafe to drive.. Sales representative sold me on the multi point inspection they perform to make sure the vehicles are worthy to be sold at this dealership. Management has declined any assistance to get the vehicle back on the road and pretty much advised we are out of luck, I would personally steer away from this dealership and purchase somewhere else, very disappointed and disgusted with the lack of integrity

Purchased a Jeep Cherokee a few months prior and had a great experience with Mr. Michael Beckley. So when my daughter needed a new (used) car this is the first place I thought of. When we got there all the sales staff was extremely helpful and we found a vehicle she could afford and all went well. On the way home we had an issue with the car. We called the next morning and Mr. Geno Federico was very responsive to our concerns. He arranged to have the car picked up and kept in constant contact through the process. We did have to go back but when we got there Mr. Michael Beckley and the sales Management team had a worked out an awesome deal on a better vehicle for my daughter, Now I had not said a word about any of this to them, we were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in and they presented this offer to us. My daughter was above happy with her new (to her) van and I went away feeling like there are still some straight up people in this world. Next time I need a new vehicle I will return here because of their treatment of us and how they handled a bad situation, earned my respect and my business. Don't waste your time here. They lie as much as anybody else. Had numerous email exchanges with dealership and agreed upon a price, then when I got there- 1 1/2 drive-they said "we can't do that". I loved the truck and was ready to buy right there. Then they played games and I thanked them for their time and walked out.

We bought a used Jeep from them with them knowing it would be a daily driver and NOT a “tonka” toy and they told us it was in great condition, had been checked out, long story short, it wasn’t even safe to drive on the road ! And we drove it to Louisville in the sleet and rain that night ! We didn’t have it less than 24 hours and took it back trying to get them to work with us to make things right and they basically laughed in our face and said it was now our problem. CROOKS I tell you! Not to mention, they lied about the amount they gave us for our trade in and charged us MORE for the Jeep than what they were asking for. Didn’t realize it until we had signed papers and were already out the door at 9pm the night before. The sales manager likes to pressure people into buying things and will tell you one thing then when confronted lie and say he didn’t say that. Many there are liars and down right crooks! This place isn’t trust worthy and their vehicles are crap ! Also, they called and hounded us over the check that was wrote cause we were so mad we placed a stop payment on it wanting them to make things right with us, they still haven’t sent us our house keys left on the trade in and it’s already been a month. They said it’s in the mail. When calling, they won’t even return our calls now since they now have their money!! This place is ridiculous!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go there and give them your time, money or business ! A HUGE waste and disappointment !

First of all, its always important to keep valued customers that come back to do more business, but this don't seem to be one of those places. My sister, my wife, and myself have bought a vehicle here in last couple years. At first it seemed like a good place to come to but as business progressed it seemed to get worse and my last two visits have been no good. I brought my mother here to make a purchase and nobody seemed willing to help her find a car in that payment range so we left and went up the street to another lot, and she immediately drove one home. I just recently went here to trade in my Subaru that I had bought there close to a year ago and was lowballed on the trade value and asked for 3k with the trade for a GMC only 1 year newer, not knocking anything off of its sale price as well. We all know Subarus hold much better value but they didnt seem to care so I left and will not go back. I do not recommend anyone to do business here because they may get you into something the first time, if its new but after that they dont care about your business unless your puttin money in there pocket. Customers mean nothing to them, horrible business! Cant treat value customers right then you dont deserve the business, STAY AWAY
