First time I used this dealer for service they were fabulous which is why I used them a second time. Dropped off my truck because the sun roof was leaking and the truck bed would not open easily. I couldn’t get in for service for several weeks. I explained that we taped the hole in the track of the sunroof. They water tested the sunroof and couldn’t get it to leak but never opened the sunroof to undo the temporary fix and the tailgate still does not open. They had the truck for 5 days and fixed nothing but charged $400. I opened the sunroof and pointed out the tape to the customer service rep who was very apologetic and rescheduled the appointment. I was told that they would make sure that I received a car to use for my inconvenience. Came
In today for my 2nd appointment and was told I wouldn’t have a car to use and they didn’t know how long they would have my truck! I was also told that I booked online and booked and oil change! I didn’t book online. I booked over the phone. Here is the message I received: Your appointment the first time was made online for an oil change technician. It had to be worked into a driveline technician. This is why it took longer than a couple days. The information of the tape was a beneficial part of the water testing on the first visit, which we did not get until the end of the vehicle being here. Reply STOP to OptOut. This is not true, I booked with a customer service rep and explained everything when I booked and when I dropped it off!!!! Why wouldn’t they have opened the sunroof to see if there was an issue there. If they did, they would have clearly seen it. All they did was throw some water on top while they sat in the cabin, didn’t see a leak and called it a day. The tailgate still does not open. Will not be going back.

Very good experience. Had a relatively hard to find car so I flew in from Atlanta. Picked me up from the airport and made the process easy. Chase Grimes and the internet department were spectacular! After I got back to Atlanta had an issue with the car almost immediately. They still worked with me to help with repairs to be sure I was satisfied, even though it was as-is. A+ for customer service!

Advertised 2016 Ram ProMaster online for $17,990.00 drove an hour to the lot to purchase ask for best price out the door they come back with a tag for same exact 2016 ProMaster 1500 on their site for $31,500.00 no good explanation for raising the price nearly 14k from what was advertised on their page. The vehicle was likely purchased for less than that new in 2016 with 0 miles and 36k warranty

Zero star if it was available. Stay way away from this dealership. Very deceitful and they don't tell you everything up front. It appears as if they added items to our paperwork after they were signed without our consent . Never ever once was it verbally communicated to us or brought to our attention on that our purchase was a branded or salvaged title. It went from salesman, manager and financial guru. We were deceived in signing paperwork we thought was legit. Avoiding our calls and not staying true to there verbal promises. Empty promises is what they were. Salesman got very rude with us upon explaining our situation and began to yell over the phone. Very unprofessional. I have always said salesman are vultures, this has been proven here at martin dodge in Bowling Green KY. So sad that a business can profit and stay open , while taking advantage of customers without a conscious. These are all my opinions if our certain situation. Take it for what it's worth.

Well, I was looking for a newer truck and they had a 2018 - 1 pissed off Veteran
Well, I was looking for a newer truck and they had a 2018 GMC Sierra that had all the bells and whistles. Took this vehicle out for a test ride and it handled well and was low mileage. But there was one issue that bothered me and that was the Check Engine Light was on, I said before I invest $$$$ I want to know what the Check Engine Light was on for, so they called there professional mechanic and he said, "Its an Oxygen Sensor which you can get at most auto stores." What he FAILED to mention is that there was more to the story that he didn't tell, come to find out when I took it to a real mechanic is that the computer was NOT communicating with the vehicle due to the fact that the #1 cylinder was dead!
It was dead due to a destroyed lifter which after not knowing cause I am NOT an auto mechanic it eventually bent the push rod. Well $5700.00 later all new push rods and new lifters were replaced. I do NOT like being lied to and its sad that there mechanic could not have been honest with me. I would suggest that if your looking for a newer/used vehicle you could go to a BUY HERE PAY HERE place and get a straight and honest answer. I wish there was a way to give a minus Star rating cause they don't deserve one star.

Dishonest dealership, terrible business practices!! called to see an advertised truck on Feb 5. Doug Lambert answered my call and said he would have it ready to show, then called me back 15 minutes later and said it wasn't there, claimed it was out for detail. I told him to call me when it was back. Truck was listed for 42,900. On Monday price of truck went up 4k. I sent a text to doug to see if it was back and ask about the price change. He said he "was not aware of that". I waited multiple more days and all communication was initiated by me, not the salesperson. In the meantime the price changed almost daily, was over 48k at one point. Finally answered my message on Feb 15th and said the truck was back. Told him my concerns about the price going up so much and was told the price changed after it went through service. I told him I knew this was not true because carfax showed it being serviced on Jan 25th, well before our first contact. He said the price was 45,900 and that they would not make good on the price even though I was on my way to look at the truck when listed for 42,900. Will NOT even consider shopping here ever again. POOR business practices!

I spoke with a salesman on Friday morning to get pricing on two new Ram Promaster’s they have online. He told me he would get me prices quickly and email them to me. I never heard back from him all day so I called at 5:30 Friday evening. He answered and said he had been busy but had the prices ready and would email them to me. I never got them. I called Saturday morning and left a message. No response. I went online to the dealer website and clicked on a text link. I asked if someone would contact the salesman and ask him to contact me. Nothing. Then text link gave me some lame ballpark price. I finally emailed salesman again. He just responded telling me he though his boss had sent me the prices. Sure he did. If you are not in Ashland I would not try buying from this dealer. They obviously don’t want to sell to anyone on the internet. Worst customer service from a dealer in a long time.

Out of state purchase over the internet.. The sales manager at Don Franklin would not sign the contract in a timely manner for the financing of my automobile. I asked for a deposit return after 5 weeks of waiting for paper work. The general manager refused my request. Now I am out my deposit and still have no automobile for my business.. Down South we still do business the old fashioned way. Biggest tip I have ever given.. not to receive anything in return….

Horrible experience... purchased a 28,000 dollar vehicle and 2 months later it’s unsafe to drive.. Sales representative sold me on the multi point inspection they perform to make sure the vehicles are worthy to be sold at this dealership. Management has declined any assistance to get the vehicle back on the road and pretty much advised we are out of luck, I would personally steer away from this dealership and purchase somewhere else, very disappointed and disgusted with the lack of integrity

After my car broke down and needed an alternator I called different places and was from one week to 2 weeks before they could look at it. I depend on my only vehicle so I had it towed to Steve Jones on a Wednesday. They said it might be Friday or Monday before they could look at it. Still better than I had been told. To my suprise they called me the next day, told me what was wrong and said they would have it done on Friday. They did and it was a very fair price for what they had to do.
I HIGHLY recommend them. They are honest and fast at repairing vehicles. Would use them again no problem.

I am very unhappy with the service department. We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the first service. We had the oil changed and was having some electrical problems. They said the electrical problems had to do with the computer. They kept the jeep for a several days. They would never call us back to give an update so we called several times. Every time they said they would call us with updates. Never Did. We picked it up a couple days later but the computer problem wasn't fixed. They said Jeep was working on a fix and would call us to bring it back when they had a fix. Weeks went by, nothing no call, so I called again. They told me to bring it in they had to do a hard re-boot. We took it in. They said they would get right on it and call to let us know how it was going. 3 days later no calls no update. Every time we called we were told something different and that they would get back to us. So we brought up the Jeep App on our phone to find the cars location and found the service manager and it at his home. 20 miles away!!! He was using it for his personal use. Said he was test driving. Test Driving! a computer reset. 20 miles away at his home! We are livid!!!!! Do not take your vehicle there for any kind of service.

Saw a really good price advertised via the web on Jeep Gladiator. I reached out and got a call back from Daniel Deatherage. I live in Tennessee and he walked me through how the deal would work being out of state. Daniel and the team at Big M were transparent and very honest with me and worked to get my business. They worked the deal different ways to see which would be the best way for me with a trade in as well.
I had dealt with a couple of dealerships in the Nashville area and felt they were both just trying to take as much of my money as they could. Never felt that way with Daniel and Big M team.
This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought over a dozen vehicles. I would highly recommend Daniel and the Big M team if you want to be treated properly.

Poor customer service with the service department and seem to lack ability to repair. My van has been in several times for a repeat issue and it’s under warranty. We plan to get it repaired and sell.
