I had a good experience the first time buying a vehicle and have been pleased with my second purchase. On one occasion I even had a great conversation with the then new owner. A very likable young man. No I don’t know him personally but my first impression was a positive one.
This dealership has also serviced my vehicles by doing the preventative maintenance and trouble shooting some mechanical issues that have occurred. All of which were taken care of satisfactorily.
The one thing I have been seeing is that the dealership is getting very busy and that is a good thing. Success is what we want. I just hope that they will never lose the personal touch and attention to detail that is so important to customer satisfaction.

Want to give a big thanks to Gunner who helped us find a great truck. He’s such a good hearted young man and very down to earth. Me being a woman can really appreciate him being a gentleman and not being pushy, arrogant or rush me. He was very relatable and made me feel in control of my experience. He was very patient and offered what knowledge he had and was very real. If he did not know the answer he would go find it. He did a lot of footwork and never one time did he seem frustrated or discouraged with me. I appreciate his willingness to go with the flow so I could decide on what I liked. He didn’t act fake or put on airs and made me feel very comfortable. Anyone coming to Chrysler, especially a woman go ask for Gunner. You won’t be disappointed. Inconsiderate unprofessional service - Pa22colt
I had a service appointment and I left my truck with them for 24 hours for 3 recalls that they told me would take 90 minutes. They let the truck sit for 24 hours and did not address the recalls. They asked me to bring it back a second day.
My time and your time is not important to them!!!
Their logo is " we make it easy" it needs to be changed to "we take it easy"
They might repair your vehicle if they decide to get around to it.
. If you get suckered into buying from these guys be prepared to go somewhere else for professional service

I have gave them 3 chances. With 3 different issues.
Each time, not only was the issue not fixed 1, 2, 3 and even 4 times but on two occasions there were more issues when I picked the vehicle up than when I took it in and the original issue was not even fixed.
Stow and go seats, 3 tries to fix and then studs were left broken.
Brakes done, would not start, fuse box had to be replaced, went to pick it up again, and the traction control was broken (and lots of tools were left under the hood)
4 tries and the traction control never was repaired.
Finally went to another dealer and it was fixed the first time.
I brought this to dealership management, and a salesman called to sell me a new car.
If I can't trust the service department, how can I trust the sales department?

So I have had really bad experience with glen freedom in November I bought 2011 ram sport 3 days after having it transmission line started leaking like never got them to fix it.on July 4 I bought 2013 Dodge Durango payed 14457 cash!!! After I drove it home I notice it had a roar in front dougly sale manger did get me to rotors for front after that I went to put gas It and it will not start unless you turn key off back then it never fails to start after that I’ve called for over a week and I’ll I hear from everyone is you are Reliable for cost to get it fixed I personally told sale manager dougly I want this Vehicle check out I didn’t want same thing to happen as it did to the ram avoid this place at all cause they’ll take your money that’s for sure but they don’t ever check anything like they should before placing it on the lot for sale after spending this kind of money you would think they’d make it right I have spent my last dollar at this lot me and my husband (Joshua Smith) will never send anyone else to this lot I really hope the owners of this lot finds out how there Customers are really getting treated

Drove 300 mile after being told van was Carfax aproved and price was no. When we got there van had big fingers in finder front bumper had scraps all over and they won't move on doc fee or price. Don't drive more than. 10 mile for this dealership
