I interacted with 5 different people during my car shopping experience at Mercedes of Shrewsbury and each one of them was polite and very helpful. Tim (used car sales manager) was very transparent in communicating with me the situation of my trade in as well where we were with the car I wanted and what we could do to bridge our differences. He was very sincere with me in terms of my options and always respected that I had a budget.
I really appreciated the constant follow ups from Andrzej (salesman) and Matt (sales manager) who took over when Andrzej went on vacation. I was notified of price decreases via email which made it very convenient as I tend to have very little time to attend non work related calls during the work week.
The experience came to a happy ending as I ended up purchasing my car from this great team. Matt sat down with me and showed me the various buttons and opinions available on the car I had purchased. Rocco was also nice enough to set me up with Mbrace eventhough he wasn’t involved but in the sales process. Paul even pushed my Venture Shield install an hour and a half earlier to accommodate a work meeting I had in Boston later that afternoon. Again, solid team all around. I’m glad I did business with them and I’d be happy to do it again in the future!

Service my vehicle at this location several times. And the last 3 times it was a complete nightmare. To the point. It ruins the whole Mercedes Benz experience that clients demand and expect when they buy a product like this ata certain price. There very unprofessional dealing with clients and a very dispointing way of dealing with customer issues when they are at fault for damaging your vehicle , not delivering your vehicle on time due to the incopedence of the parts department. I had more than one occasion things go wrong. And the way of dealing with it is making you look bad like it’s your fault and there better than you. Very poor management inthat delaership. And things have to change from the top. It’s a shame because the dealership is 5 star looks wise but service and dealing with customers, there horrible. Never in 15 years have I ever been direpected and treated like a third class citizen. Having a lot boy chase be down get in my face and demand something from me. In way like I should feel lucky that I am allowed to spend my money here. I will not be servicing my vehicle here no more or even plan to purchase one from here never friends or family of mine. so not recommend this dealership. Very shady practices with there loaner cituation. Form writing down the gas or the tracking device they have on the car to the give you a loaner dirty and you ask please do you mind running the car through the car wash and it’s like you asked him to hand wash it. Attitude in this place. I mean I have never , ever experienced anything like this no where else. they think there better than you kind of attitude and we the best and your lucky we let you service your car here kinda feeling. I made very clear when I left there I will not be returning. And what happens later on that day after a manager read on of reviews. He personally emailed to tell me I’m not welcome there any more. I’m like if that wasn’t the cherry on top. After I clearly stated I will not be going back there. I can write another page or two but there a limit to my patience with this dealership and the more a write the more pissed off I get. The totally don’t know ho to deal with a client of my caliber that owns a vehicle over $100 k. And that’s just one of my 5 vehicles. I don’t recommend this dealership.
Scam - Fraudulent / No Ethics Practice - Marcelo Perez-Verzini
Unfortunately, I have to spend three visits with this low ethics people until they get me with the "finance manager" (after waiting for 1:30 hours) - Once in the room with the finance person, I discover that not all the negotiation points were honored.
The worst part is a different dealer told me that they were going to do this. They said it happens all the time with Prime and I did not believe them…. They were TRUE!!
I can't believe Mercedes Benz has for dealership this low ethics vendor.

Purchase was uneventful. Purchase a car listed online. Worked with the internet sales person and the sales manager. Purchase could have been a little more efficient.
