We had an outstanding experience at My Auto Import Center today purchasing our Audi! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Our salesman, Brandon Kelch, was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured—he truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect fit. Brandon has even become a friend through this process. Nick Kelly, the Sales Manager, made sure everything came together seamlessly and treated us with honesty and respect throughout the process. Nick has also become a friend, which speaks volumes about the kind of people they have on their team. Tom Balaskovitz in Finance made what is often the most stressful part feel simple and transparent, clearly explaining all of our options without any pressure. And Bill, the Business Manager, ensured every detail was handled with care and professionalism. They also gave us more than a fair trade-in value for our VW Touareg, which we truly appreciated. In addition, we previously had our Touareg serviced here and had such a great experience that it’s what initially led us to return and ultimately trade it in for a new Audi. Even though we did not meet the General Manager in person this time, it was clear he was involved behind the scenes in helping guide the process and decisions, and we still felt we received excellent treatment from him as well. Because of the trust and confidence they’ve earned, we plan to use My Auto Import Center for all future servicing of our Audi as well. It’s rare to find a dealership where the entire team works together so well to create such a positive customer experience. We left feeling confident, valued, and excited about our purchase. Highly recommend My Auto Import Center to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Okay, I normally don't have any complaints at this dealership, but seriously, xxx! The General Manger just called a meeting with all the service staff while there is a waiting room of people waiting for their vehicles being serviced! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I should add that Tracy and the service staff here are awesome and the reason I utilize this dealership for service. It's the manager who needs a lesson in customer service. The service staff gets five out of five stars.

I wouldn't trust this dealer to sell me a hot wheels toy let alone trust them with my hard earned money on a large purchase such as a vehicle. I've been saving up for years to purchase my dream car but made the huge mistake of trusting this organization for this purchase. Found a CPO Nissan Z at LaFontaine Nissan of Troy, MI but unfortunately they clearly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle in photos, written documentation mandated by Nissan corporation, and correspondence between the sales rep and finance manager regarding its condition. The actual condition of the vehicle when it arrived via an enclosed trailer (which I gladly paid double for knowing LaFontaine's supposedly flawless CPO Z would be protected from the elements) was completely different than the advertised photos and CPO documentation advertised, and has numerous defects greatly impairing its value. The vehicle they photographed and advertised and this one can't possibly be the same. It's also evident the inspection report and CPO checklist were filled out fraudulently (for example this gasoline only vehicles meets all CPO requirements that apply only to hybrid vehicles). The windshield is chipped, there are scratches on the paintwork, trim pieces are damaged, the engine air filters are dirty, there are swirls in the paint and trim, and I paid their dealer fee which includes preparing the vehicle for sale which was agreed upon in writing yet the vehicle was clearly never prepped, had trash inside, still has adhesive residue from the factory, and was also missing documents and items required to be included with the vehicle's sale according to the dealer and Nissan. Zero integrity and naturally the responsiveness and attentiveness of their pre-sale demeanor immediately disappeared the second the paperwork was signed. If you value your hard earned (and honestly earned) money, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere from this organization and probably Nissan themselves unfortunately.

My recent new vehicle purchase at Gezon Motors was the best experience ever. My salesperson (Bill) was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He made every possible concession on the new car purchase price and gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealer I spoke with. Josh (Finance) also made my purchasing experience exceptional. There was obviously clear communication and collaboration between sales and finance. Josh presented the finance option which best met my needs. He knew I only wished to purchase the vehicle and never attempted to steer me into a lease as a way to fit my monthly payment cap work. My experience after-the-sale was equally outstanding. Paul (sales & training) worked with Bill to thoroughly teach me how to make the most of all my vehicle features had to offer. Bill introduced me to all of Gezon's primary department leads including Roxanne (service) who is genuine, caring, helpful and communicates well. The staff at Gezon works collaboratively to ensure every individual who walks in has an exemplary experience. I'm thrilled with my decision to purchase from Gezon Motors.

They dont even get half of a star!. I am soooooo upset with this place and I am more disappointed with the people that work there . I had my car towed in on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday for a diag. I told the lady "my car has coolant in the spark plug holes I may have blown the head gasket....I just had a heater core flush I am not sure if that is what caused the problem". I had checked everything I could before the car got there there was NO knocking of the engine, bearings didnt lock, thick white smoke out of the tailpipe so we kind of ruled out possibility of an engine block crack, but more importantly we constantly checked the oil it was still just oil no foam mixture just oil. Again I had given this information to the lady and told her when I had to call and check on my car that I wanted to know if the head was cracked or the engine block. When I talked to her she said immediately said I needed a new engine and that she was looking up prices and that POSSIBLY the head was cracked or the engine block was cracked. Now isnt that what I already told the lady? She is telling me the exact same thing that I ALREADY told her. So after I told her I wanted to know if the engine block was cracked or the head and she said that she would call me back with more info BEFORE they closed. So like a child I waited by the phone for her call only to have to call her back and find out that everybody left because they were closed. This initiated my first call to John the manager. I had to leave him a voicemail pleading for him to call me back because I felt slighted and I wanted to know about my car. The next day Lexi calls me back and says she was returning my phone call for John the manager because he was in meetings and apologized for her unprofessionalism for not returning the phone call and proceeded to tell me the EXACT same thing she said the day before(which is what I ALREADY told her before the car was worked on) adding in I need a new engine again and being very persistent about it. I asked her things like is the head cracked or the engine block cracked .... why couldn't I replace or refurbish the head. She said based on her "mechanical experience" I needed a new or used engine and to get that information I wanted it would be a $500 job on top of the $200 diag fee. Also readers you remember earlier I told you that I had checked the oil she is now saying the oil was foamy and had coolant in it and I told her that I checked the oil and it wasn't like that before it got to them and I have 4 witnesses to prove that. I find all this ridiculous because I'm still yet to get a diagnosis and they are now holding my car HOSTAGE because I refuse to pay $200 for ABSOLUTELY nothing. They did not give me any information that I already didn't know and that I didn't already tell them. I left a message for the CEO and the person that keeps responding to these low rating reviews. I am scared they are going to sabotage my car because of the back and forth we have been doing especially after reading some of these reviews. I just want my car back and John the manager keeps telling me I cannot have it back until I pay the $200 for the nothing of service that I got and the disrespect from the crew. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy i should have ready the reviews before I towed it in, but I thought my car would be safe here because they work on VW vs. taking it to a mechanic that mostly works on American cars. Someone let my betty jetta know I coming to get her and to hold on strong! I am sorry for giving these people permission to pop your hood and violate you by just staring at the engine and making stuff up about you because that is all they did!
