Samson was awesome! Our first trip to the dealership, Samson took the time to answer all our questions, as we were visiting other dealerships that day. We had narrowed our search to two vehicles and the following week, after our test drive of the Tucson Hybrid Limited with Samson showing us some of the safety and convenience features, we decided to continue the purchase process, including trade in of current vehicle. He listened well, was very personable and knowledgeable and loved that he took us through the whole process of our purchase! He had set up some of the settings and showed us how to connect my iPhone, set our home address for navigation, seat settings etc before we left with our new vehicle, making sure we could enjoy the vehicle on our first day of ownership! This is our first Hyundai purchase so hoping our experience with their service team will be as great as their sales!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! The price and quality of the suv and the deals and warranty really swayed my decision to purchase! The finance department was so efficient and professional! 5 STAR rating for sure !! Don't rate anyone on a mistake; rate them on how they responded to the mistake. We had an issue on our purchase "after the fact", a misunderstanding on both sides. Kevin (the GM at St. Cloud Hyundai) listened and acted in a fair, professional and positive manner to deal with this issue in a most positive manner. We are extremely happy with our purchase (awesome 2025 IoniQ 5), our sales rep Jonathon and the way the team and Kevin, listened, understood and acted on the issue we presented. It was after the purchase and signed documents and they could have done nothing, but they truly did the "right thing". We are very happy with St. Cloud Hyundai, have and will recommend them to others, and look forward to a long relationship.

Absolutely terrible service and rock-bottom poor - Not a 20-something

Absolutely terrible service and rock-bottom poor communication. We have acquired 5 cars from this dealer in the last 6 years. No more. Tyler in the service department is the root cause of all the problems we encountered. He is a one-man, walking customer satisfaction killer. Hyundai sold us a car that experienced engine failure after only four months. The mechanical failure was a connecting rod bearing; a known problem with Hyundai engines about which there have been successful class-action lawsuits against Hyundai. Tyler lied about the warranty and falsely told us it will expire upon completion of this repair. Tyler promised us a low-mileage replacement engine, but it took days to get to the bottom of Tyler's lies about warranty coverage. By the time we solved the problems Tyler's lies caused, the low-mileage engine was no longer available. Now we're stuck with a high-mileage replacement engine. If not for Tyler and his lies, this would have been a simple matter, and we would have been satisfied. Instead, Tyler has robbed this dealer of our business. It's all about choices, Inver Grove Hyundai. Choose Tyler or choose customers. Pick one. There have been years of complaints about Tyler. The fact that he's still there tells me that management wishes to lose customers. I recommend you avoid this dealer. There are lots and lots of car dealers. No one needs a Tyler in their life.
