We first met Roberta a year ago when we needed a new car. She was so helpful but circumstances changed and it turned out we could keep our existing car. This year we needed help again and we remembered Roberta's talents so we stopped in again. She presented purchase choices on the Santa Fe Sport and we were able to complete the purchase. No pressure just good information including various purchase or lease scenarios whenever we asked for them. Roberta was so friendly and patient while we were making our decision. Once we decided she moved us through the final steps very efficiently and has offered her help as we try to learn all the new car features.

Rod Oltz in sales was so low key right from the start !!! I started looking at a Santa Fe I could drive a car if I wanted too, but It didn't start with lets get in this car and go for a ride
Rod and myself started the negotiations with me asking for the walk out the door handshake price (total tax /license etc. etc.) on any vehicle I was interested in and that wasn't a problem at all
I asked to take a car home overnight to compare it with the competition overnight Again NO problem
And can you believe I bought a Ionic SEL hybrid (my idea) and I was walked through the car features and took it for a test drive and then I asked if I could take it for a final drive by myself on the Interstate to see if it could handle merging etc. All of this taking a couple of weeks to do (I did my research)
The car is PERFECT for me !!! Try one ! Will hold 4 adults comfortably (Google it)

Josh Thomes helped me right away when I arrived, let me test drive two of my choices and explained everything about the car very well. He was amazing especially since he stayed late to help me lease the car and never made me feel like he was in a hurry. It was a great experience and I would definitely purchase from him again.
I was also very happy that I came in due to the leasing special of 259/month and I was able to walk out with that exact price without any issue. I would definitely buy from Bloomington Hyundai again.
I did speak to Kassia over email originally, and when I asked her about a specific time I could come in on Saturday, she never did respond if it was ok or not to come that late in the day. But Josh was amazing and I’m happy he was able to help me when I came in, even though it was later in the day.

I brought in my 2009 Sonata limited to have recalls done. While the recalls were being done my wife and I tried out couple new vehicles. Ended up trading the Sonata in on a 2018 Santa Fe Sports.

Do not buy a used car from this place!!!!🤨😠 They are shady. If I could give them a zero, I would! I bought a car last week and it broke down in a day! I ended up getting my money back but I decided to write a review because the exact same car is back on the lot and being advertised on Carguru and probably other sights. It's a 2010 gold Chevy Impala with about 151, 000 miles on it. It has a bad transmission. It's not only being advertised but it's being advertised for over $800 more then what I paid for it last week. I'm guessing they did something to make it run again, but I would bet it's not a permanent fix and I would bet it's the similar thing they did before I bought it. This is unethical to put a sell a car you know is no good. A big company like this can send it to the car auction or at least be transparent that this is a mechanic special and lower the price. This is what makes them shady. They only have a three day/300 mile exchange policy, which is little to nothing. I bought the car one day and my husband and I picked it up the next. We took it for a spin and noticed it was making a clicking noise and I didn't notice the day before. Tom Toohey asked to take it for a ride with my husband. I had to leave. Tom Toohey told my husband he was going to make an appt at the shop for him the following week. So Tom new it was bad! My husband drove it to work and on his way home it started popping out of gear. He got home and went to the store and it broke down on the way. He had to get towed to the house. We called Tom, the used car sales manager and demanded our money back. He wanted us to to the 3 day exchange program but we refused. Tom ended up getting the car towed to Home, a transmission shop; the same shop he was going to make an appt for my husband the next week. So these guys knowingly put a bad car on the lot with a shanty 3 day exchange policy. I did not expect this from a well known dealer, Saxon! I had the worst customer service interaction with Tom Toohey and the worst car buying experience in my life. Don't do it!!! They are not to be trusted!!!!😠😠 You've been warned!!!

My first Adamson experience - 08Jeepdude
This was my first time bringing my jeep in for leaking power steering fluid. After the initial diagnosis they told we what needed to be fixed and said it would be 4 days for parts. After calling 7 days later to see if it was done they told me they had forgot my car was even there and hadnt touched it. Since they dont work weekends it took another 5 days to officially be done. I was told i was getting a discount for the wait, and that never happened. After brining it home it was still leaking 2 days later. They then told me they accidently missed the real problem and tried charging me another $1,400 for parts and labor after i already paid $600 for a part i didnt need fixed. Very unhappy with the service, and sad to say i wont come back
