We were so estactic when all the paperwork went through. I got a brand new car! And the service with it was great! Every staff member we encountered were friendly and welcoming. We worked with John and he was phenomenal, from the test drive to the moment he handed over the keys. Answered all our questions honestly and it was easy to sit back and joke around with him while we were still talking business. We worked with Brian for the financing portion, and he took great care us and went over great options for additions to the car. Charlie was also helpful and made our first time experience with Hyundai worthwhile. Overall experience was everything we hoped for. Thanks again!

I have purchased 3 Hyundai vehicles from St. Cloud Hyundai and Tony was my salesperson for all of the purchases. The dealership is fantastic - they are very welcoming and treat their customers very well. As a woman, I was very appreciative that I was treated like anybody else - Tony went through the engine and all other parts of the car - didn't make any assumptions that since I was female, I didn't know about cars (typical behavior from other dealerships). I have had a family member also purchase a vehicle from Tony - and once again - GREAT customer service. I will be going back to Tony and St. Cloud Hyundai when I need to purchase my next vehicle. I recently purchased a car from Buerkle Hyundai. As an out of state buyer, buying a car can be a hassle. That was not my experience with Buerkle. For starters, when I found the car online, the listing had very good pictures of the interior and exterior of the car.
When I called the dealer, they were able to answer all my questions. They did inform me that there was another customer interested in purchasing the car, but the financing had not yet been approved. Buerkle Hyundai offered to keep me updated with the situation and I was very pleased to hear back from them the next day with good news. The salesman gave me a fair price and I sent a deposit to hold the car. They sent out the paperwork that next day via FedEx Overnight for me to approve, sign & return.
I sent my assistant to pick up the car from Buerkle Hyundai. Upon arrival, he noticed the car was washed and sitting out front waiting for him. The sales staff then took him inside to complete the transaction. The entire staff at Buerkle was very polite, friendly & efficient, making sure that everything my assistant needed for the car was taken care of and that he was ready to go. They even helped him find the nearest Enterprise to drop off the rental car that he drove to Minnesota.
From finding the car online to having it pull up in my driveway happened in only 4 days. Which is impressive since I live in the Chicago suburbs. I would recommend buying from Buerkle because they took care of me and any concerns that I had.

I brought in my 2009 Sonata limited to have recalls done. While the recalls were being done my wife and I tried out couple new vehicles. Ended up trading the Sonata in on a 2018 Santa Fe Sports.

I'm sitting at Hyundai because my check engine light came on. I had my car repaired to the tune of 5,000.00 plus change in July. My turbo went out amongst other things.. Any way the guy in service is helping me and he's sitting in my car when he gets out, and the manager whispers in his ear this is not related without even checking my car. The guy in service gets a print out and tells me it would cost 199.99 to check my car. Would you have them check your car after something like this? I told them to fix my seat belt which was under recall and I left. I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership, and have referred at least 5 different people who actually bought cars, and to feel like I get treated like crap by them is a understatement!!!

My first Adamson experience - 08Jeepdude
This was my first time bringing my jeep in for leaking power steering fluid. After the initial diagnosis they told we what needed to be fixed and said it would be 4 days for parts. After calling 7 days later to see if it was done they told me they had forgot my car was even there and hadnt touched it. Since they dont work weekends it took another 5 days to officially be done. I was told i was getting a discount for the wait, and that never happened. After brining it home it was still leaking 2 days later. They then told me they accidently missed the real problem and tried charging me another $1,400 for parts and labor after i already paid $600 for a part i didnt need fixed. Very unhappy with the service, and sad to say i wont come back
