Replacement taillight - alicia638
I came in because I needed my taillight replaced. I would normally do it myself, however I wasn't able to get the cover off without the chance of it breaking. They said it would take about 45 minutes, which surprised me a little. I didn't think it would take that long to replace the light bulb...She said they really didn't have time to do it the day I was there. I let her know I wasn't able to come back this week and would really like to get it done today, if possible. She said they could get it done, if I was fine not having the multi point inspection completed. I said that was fine. I was just happy to have the light bulb replaced and a FREE car wash!

I contacted Buerkle’s Service Department, as I heard great things from my co-workers.
So I decided to take my 2015 Ford Focus in for an oil change and check up. Derek was my personal service advisor and he was very knowledgeable and went over my vehicle in detai. Derek explained everything that was done and gave me some upcoming recommendations. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me, rather just take care of me!
Oh and the service or customer lounge was open, clean and had plenty of free goodies too. Thank you Derek for taking care of my vehicle and me!

I brought in my 2009 Sonata limited to have recalls done. While the recalls were being done my wife and I tried out couple new vehicles. Ended up trading the Sonata in on a 2018 Santa Fe Sports.

BEING ELDERLY AND NOT HAVING BOUGHT A NEW VEHICLE IN ABOUT 30 YEARS I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT THE CAR AND THE SALES PROCESS HAVING READ HORROR STORIES ONLINE ABOUT BUYERS WHO HAD PURCHASED FROM OTHER DEALERSHIPS. MY EXPERIENCE EXCEEDED ANY EXPECTATIONS I MAY HAVE HAD. I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING NICK TAUGHT ME ABOUT MY NEW SONATA. I LEFT FEELING LIKE I HAD KNOWLEDGE AND CONTROL OVER MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE. THE FINANCING STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED ALL OF THE OPTIONS FOR WARRANTY, RUSTPROOFING, ETC.

Do not buy a used car from this place!!!!🤨😠 They are shady. If I could give them a zero, I would! I bought a car last week and it broke down in a day! I ended up getting my money back but I decided to write a review because the exact same car is back on the lot and being advertised on Carguru and probably other sights. It's a 2010 gold Chevy Impala with about 151, 000 miles on it. It has a bad transmission. It's not only being advertised but it's being advertised for over $800 more then what I paid for it last week. I'm guessing they did something to make it run again, but I would bet it's not a permanent fix and I would bet it's the similar thing they did before I bought it. This is unethical to put a sell a car you know is no good. A big company like this can send it to the car auction or at least be transparent that this is a mechanic special and lower the price. This is what makes them shady. They only have a three day/300 mile exchange policy, which is little to nothing. I bought the car one day and my husband and I picked it up the next. We took it for a spin and noticed it was making a clicking noise and I didn't notice the day before. Tom Toohey asked to take it for a ride with my husband. I had to leave. Tom Toohey told my husband he was going to make an appt at the shop for him the following week. So Tom new it was bad! My husband drove it to work and on his way home it started popping out of gear. He got home and went to the store and it broke down on the way. He had to get towed to the house. We called Tom, the used car sales manager and demanded our money back. He wanted us to to the 3 day exchange program but we refused. Tom ended up getting the car towed to Home, a transmission shop; the same shop he was going to make an appt for my husband the next week. So these guys knowingly put a bad car on the lot with a shanty 3 day exchange policy. I did not expect this from a well known dealer, Saxon! I had the worst customer service interaction with Tom Toohey and the worst car buying experience in my life. Don't do it!!! They are not to be trusted!!!!😠😠 You've been warned!!!
Inconsiderate and RUDE - Noodler
When taking our car in to be fixed the men that work in the service center were completely rude and unfriendly. They got upset that I was talking too fast for how fast he could type when all he asked was what was wrong with the car. I didn’t know he was typing. The men there always treat women like they are complete morons and don’t respect their customers at all. When buying a car the sales people are nice but their service center sucks. I don’t know how they’ve won awards for excellent service. We’ve had to replace the seat covers in our van twice and it’s only 6 years old and the service guy says it’s just “normal wear and tear” in a very condescending tone. The seat has been discontinued and the guy didn’t put any effort into finding other options for us. Good service would go out of their way to help and that’s the opposite of what happened
