Good experience. Not to excited that a part that cost $3.16 had to be replaced for a labor cost of $260, but it is what it is. Hope the next part lasts through the life of the car. Emily is a great asset to your service dept, friendly and helpful. It would be a smart move to hang on to her!

I brought in a 2019 car to see if they were interested in purchasing. The guy asked what I wanted for it and then refused to even look at it. He was rude when I explained it was below kbb. I then took it to another dealer and they gave me what I was asking. Very strange interaction. I won't go here in the future.
