After deciding on a color and options he patiently sat with us to find the right car at another dealership. He took the additional time despite having a commitment outside of work. Then when the car was delivered he patiently went over the features and made sure we understood how they worked. He is the primary reason we lease or buy our vehicles from this dealership.

Never rushed, give me options and take the time to show me how to use and operate all those new high tech gadgets. I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership. The car was brand new but had some hail damage, so the price was significantly discounted. Jim Adler is a fantastic salesman; he is a congenial, no pressure salesman that obviously enjoys his work. He was very honest about the hail damage, which was really not that bad. (He had to actually point some of the spots out to me). Jim gave me a great deal (thousands off the sticker price) and good suggestions for inexpensive ways to get the dents fixed if I wanted to. He washed the car, filled the tank, and offered to connect my phone to the Bluetooth system before leaving the lot. Jim also gave me a generous amount for my trade-in, which sealed the deal. Can't say enough about this dealer. Thank you Jim Adler!

My first Adamson experience - 08Jeepdude
This was my first time bringing my jeep in for leaking power steering fluid. After the initial diagnosis they told we what needed to be fixed and said it would be 4 days for parts. After calling 7 days later to see if it was done they told me they had forgot my car was even there and hadnt touched it. Since they dont work weekends it took another 5 days to officially be done. I was told i was getting a discount for the wait, and that never happened. After brining it home it was still leaking 2 days later. They then told me they accidently missed the real problem and tried charging me another $1,400 for parts and labor after i already paid $600 for a part i didnt need fixed. Very unhappy with the service, and sad to say i wont come back

Drove some distance to look at unique color and interior. Sales person reviewed car and then turned us over to manager. Obfuscation over pricing and not quite sure what we signed. Finance office was confused and later returned by UPS insurance card and drivers license. Finance asked us not to pay off car for at least 90 days so she would get extra Ford pay. Car poorly cleaned. Sales person later explained difficulty in cleaning cars. Not recommended.

My overall experience buying a car at Bloomington Lincoln was pretty poor. Although this review does not reflect my salesman, Will. He was very helpful during the whole process. Will was very personable and went above and beyond to help me by taking my calls and texts when he wasn't at work, and delivering my vehicle to me.
When I went in to look at the vehicle I wanted, the driver's seat did not move. No big deal, they said they would fix it and I purchased the vehicle. Two days later I'm told the seat is fixed and I can pick up my new car. I get to the dealership, hop in my new car and the seat still doesn't move. I then had to wait two more days for it to be fixed. When my car was finally fixed it was delivered to me. The detail work was awful, dirt and dust all over the inside of the car. It also smelled like someone's after shave. The arch support in the driver's seat didn't work. Then after having it for no more then an hour, the seat stopped working for the third time. I called Lincoln and was told it couldn't get fixed for another week. I'm completely dissatisfied with Bloomington Lincoln. As great as my salesman, Will, was. My car buying experience was inherently frustrating and aggravating. If I could do it over I would have never bought a car there. There's no telling what else could be wrong with my new car. So Bloomington Lincoln gets a 1/5. My salesman Will, gets a 5/5.

In 2016 I needed a new transmission for my Ford Focus. The transmission was slipping and car was shuttering. While my car was under warranty. Brought it to Apple Valley Ford twice while under warranty, both times I was told I needed a software update. I bring my car back with 105,000 miles on it. Was told I needed a new transmission, and they would be glad to do it for $3,000. I took it elsewhere and got a transmission installed for half the price. Apple Ford refused to admit any wrong doing.
2017 my car gets side swiped and I need a side view mirror. I call Apple Ford to see how much it would be. They said it would be about $500 for after market, not including the matching paint which was another $500. I found a used mirror at a parts store with matching paint for $80 and installed it myself in less than five minutes.
Fast forward to present day. Looking at buying a new car. I contact Apple Ford online and text with Sean, asking a few questions. Sean ends up not replying for 3 hours and only replied then because I said I was no longer interested. A few days later my girlfriend and I go to look at the car I inquired about. We had Steve as our salesman. Steve said nothing to us about any details of the car. We had to ask him questions to get him to talk. The most he would say on the test drive was telling us where to turn. A couple days after that we came into the store again to attempt to buy the vehicle and trade in my vehicle. Mike comes and inspects my vehicle and says they'll offer my $500 for my vehicle. I was quoted trade in value $1,000 - $1,500 for other dealers. I can sell my car to a junk yard for more than $500. I walked out of the sale. This dealership has the worst customer service I've ever seen and I will never be going back.
I went to a different dealership where I got the vehicle I wanted for $4,000 less listing and $2400 for my trade in. Glad I went elsewhere.

You sold a car that had problems and didn't even offer to fix it and it was over priced the condition it was in. I can't believe you would sell someone such a crappy car that have to order parts for it with in 24 hours of it. Where it stopped working not even 24 hour after buy the car. I am Soo disappointed in the Ford dealership because the first time was so Pleasant and now it took hours just to buy the car and most of the time we were waiting for the guy to come talk to us. I would like a refund of most of the money because the car is Soo crappy and still sold a car to a family in need of a good working car with a new child

Worse customer service! They sell cars that are junk! They don't stand by there products at all. Within 12 hrs taking it off the lot 2200.00 worth of problems and 24 hrs only more to come. And the car was over 2,000. They sell straight lemons! We bought the car from them and they service it. They are greedy and don't care about anything but the dollar signs!!! They are rude as xxxx! Even to a 80 yr old woman. Never again!!!
