My husband and I recently tried to lease a new vehicle at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford. Due to a slight credit issue, it was not possible. These people worked their butt off to get us into a vehicle, and at the end of the day, we drove away in a 2016 Ford Focus that had only been driven a few thousand miles. It was a purchase rather than lease, was nearly brand new (heck, it still smelled new), was maxed out with all the best options, and was less expensive than the new lease option. We also got a pretty awesome interest rate to boot! Throughout the process, from the moment we entered the building, until the time we drove away in our almost new car, each and every person there was super pleasant, kind, helpful and enthusiastic. They kept telling us to be patient, and don't give up, that they would be able to help us. I will highly recommend Morrie's Minnetonka Ford to people from now on. This dealership is awesome!

I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership. The car was brand new but had some hail damage, so the price was significantly discounted. Jim Adler is a fantastic salesman; he is a congenial, no pressure salesman that obviously enjoys his work. He was very honest about the hail damage, which was really not that bad. (He had to actually point some of the spots out to me). Jim gave me a great deal (thousands off the sticker price) and good suggestions for inexpensive ways to get the dents fixed if I wanted to. He washed the car, filled the tank, and offered to connect my phone to the Bluetooth system before leaving the lot. Jim also gave me a generous amount for my trade-in, which sealed the deal. Can't say enough about this dealer. Thank you Jim Adler!

Deml Ford continues to provide me with great customer service, a very trustworthy group. I have found that I don't need to shop other dealers for they have always been very fair. Their service group is also great, may just need oil change or something bigger they always strive to get it right.

Most unprofessional and unethical car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Company culture is to never be accountable or take blame for anything. There is a fine line between arrogance and ignorance and this dealership is right on the fence. Incompetent sales staff couldn't properly transfer tag from other vehicle and cost to do it ourselves was never reimbursed. After we purchased our 2016 Honda CR-V in late 2016, we referred a family member who bought the exact same model vehicle a week later for $500 less than we paid from the admission of my family member but until I confronted the sales manager with the facts, they weren't willing to admit that. Here's the real kicker, Honda outfitted their 2016 CR-V (all models) with in-dash technology that was 4 years out of date at the time of sale. The technology will NOT interface to iPhones that are iPhone 6 or later. All Krenzen wanted to do is blame Honda when they should have known full well the vehicles they were selling had old technology. Krenzen would not take ownership and work with us to remedy this; just indicating they were waiting for Honda to provide direction when Honda indicated they did provide direction and that was for Krenzen to replace the technology under a warranty issue. Run....don't walk from this dealership

Ford should give loaner cars to their customers, especially when you are loyal to them, and it's a Ford issue, having to use your spouses vehicle should be out of the question, being loyal may end here after this one, business will go elsewhere, this is a major issue as hoping my spouse does not need her car as I will be using it because of some tight xxx decisions on Ford dealership, I would not take a day off of work for Fords issue, good by after this lease, I will go elsewhete

We have two Fords and have used this dealer for the last time. Their lack of responsiveness is systemic.
Their service is the worst I have seen in my life.
Our last experience was beyond the pale. We literally drove there twice to get updates as they wouldn't return phone calls. BOTH times they said our service representative was off and they didn't have paperwork. You cant make this up. While we were waiting, two other people came in with the complaints about lack of responsiveness. Not one person we talked to apologized. In fact they acted like we were the problem. Our representative went on vacation and left NO paperwork. Shame on them all!
Had a similar experience with the most repairs on our other Ford. NEVER use them for service.

I looked into buying a 3 year old pickup. They wouldn't budge on their price. I agreed to pay it. I needed it shipped, they wouldn't chip in on that either. I was going to put new tires on. Nope no deal their either. I told them I would seal the deal if they would just throw something in....and make me feel like I'm getting a deal! Nope, no call back. In my opinion Jeff the sales manager would be packing his bags. You shouldn't be passing up $44000. I think Jeff may be a bit arrogant. But thanks anyway, now I'm the proud owner of a 2017 Ford Lariat F350 6.7L crew cab with zero miles. Hope they can sell that used one to someone else.
