Great Customer Service - Browniestimes2
This was our first experience at Miller Auto and my husband and I were a little nervous to try a new dealership. We were so happy with our experience. We were offered help frequently without being pushed at. Gina, our service person, was so charming and wonderful. She met our needs without being pushy. She was great. The dealership is clean and inviting. There is a wonderful place to sit and wait. Every place has free coffee, but this place offers soda, coffee, and cookies. We will definitely purchase further vehicles at Miller Auto Plaza.

Excellent Customer Service - SFDENIO
Mark DeMars was amazing. He took so much time and gave his all to get me the truck I wanted. His dedication and efforts are something I look for employees of my own.
The extra time he took to make sure I understood how everything in that truck worked blew my mind. He never rushed me or made me feel I was taking too much time. You have yourself an exceptional employee. I’ve never had a sales person care so much about what I’ve wanted or work so hard to find it. I will always be great full for what he has done for me.
Friendly knowledgeable and efficient - Truck 2500
We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.
Stellar experience from inquiry to purchase! - Hanson's
From the first email to the day we drove our new truck off the dealership lot, Mankato Ford exhibited professionalism in all departments, caring about our needs and wants, and amazing customer service to get the truck of our dreams. Mankato Ford went out of their way to search and find my exact optioned truck. Very impressed with our salesman, sale manager , and finance person. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful Ford dealership in Mankato. They are honest, fair , and welcoming and no pressure. They want happy customers and they made us just that!
warm feeling when we walked in - Kavanagh
Very nice and clean. we felt everyone was friendly and appreciated our business!!!
We felt comfortable with our salesman Derek Stovern. Also the rest of the ones that did the paperwork.
Excellent customer service - Life is good.
Just piced up our new Ford Edge. Great vehicle for the money. The staff at Sugar Loaf Ford Lincoln always make me feel at home. Never rushed, give me options and take the time to show me how to use and operate all those new high tech gadgets. They have also invited me back for a refresher course on those items that I don't use that often. I really appreciate that!. Thank you, you truly have a amazing team.
Service work was performed on time! - Brian

Happy with our Mills experience - rabbitlake1
Our salesmen Dale is the best. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased with Dales assistance. We have recommended Dale to others who have been just as satisfied. The whole Mills team from salesmen and manager to financial could not have been more helpful. Mills will continue to be our choice for purchasing vehicles.
This is why people hate car shopping - Car shopper
Drove some distance to look at unique color and interior. Sales person reviewed car and then turned us over to manager. Obfuscation over pricing and not quite sure what we signed. Finance office was confused and later returned by UPS insurance card and drivers license. Finance asked us not to pay off car for at least 90 days so she would get extra Ford pay. Car poorly cleaned. Sales person later explained difficulty in cleaning cars. Not recommended.
Inconsiderate and RUDE - Noodler
When taking our car in to be fixed the men that work in the service center were completely rude and unfriendly. They got upset that I was talking too fast for how fast he could type when all he asked was what was wrong with the car. I didn’t know he was typing. The men there always treat women like they are complete morons and don’t respect their customers at all. When buying a car the sales people are nice but their service center sucks. I don’t know how they’ve won awards for excellent service. We’ve had to replace the seat covers in our van twice and it’s only 6 years old and the service guy says it’s just “normal wear and tear” in a very condescending tone. The seat has been discontinued and the guy didn’t put any effort into finding other options for us. Good service would go out of their way to help and that’s the opposite of what happened
Disappointing Repair Service - MikeG
A check engine light along with a dramatic drop in power (code P0299 low boost and code P0016 cam timing) led me to bring my F150 to the Service Department. After a week to get an appointment and two days diagnosing the problem, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. The check engine light? I was told there wasn’t one. (There was when I parked it in their bay). The power reduction? Their tech couldn’t duplicate the problem. (I had been limping on it all week). I was told to bring it in next time the check engine light came on, and oh by the way, that’ll be $150 please. When I asked what I was paying for she asked if I was trying to get out of paying! CThe engine light came on the next day and had a hard time getting to highway speed. Again. Bring it back? No thanks.
Great Lincoln Knowledge - LS
I bought a Used Lincoln and the experience was just as if it was new. He was extremely knowledgeable about the details and spent an hour with me programming every detail and personalizing after the sale. This is my 3rd car I've bought from here and I will return again.
Went in to look at used cars, left with new focus - Tim Voelker
We went in to see what they had for used cars, We ended up leaving with a great deal on a 2018 Ford Focus SE. Our dealer was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend going here.
Great work Josh - testcar
Great place to trade in your car and find a replacement. Josh was a big help with out process and helping us look for a replacement vehicle
Poor customer service - mls4343
I purchased a used 2015 F-150 from Owatonna Motor Company in July of 2018. The day I purchased it I noticed the fuel gauge wasn't working properly so before I took ownership they swapped the part out for a new one. My factory warrant expired about a week after purchase and less then a week after it expired my check engine light kicked on. I took the truck in and found out it was another fuel system problem and would cost over $900 to fix. I have attempted on numerous occasions to contact my salesman, the sales manager, and the GM to see if they could help me out with this problem. I figure since the truck already had a fuel system issue and the factory warranty had just expired it shouldn't be to much to ask for the dealer to stand behind their product. Out of all of the messages I have left not once have I got a phone call back. The only time I can get a hold of Dave (salesman) is when I call and ask to talk to him about a car sale. So far the excuses I have got are the sales manager is always on a test drive and the GM is moving the entire inventory to Minneapolis but Dave always promises they'll be sure to call me in the next day or two. This has been going on for two months. It's one thing not to want to fix the truck it's an entire other level of poor service when you give a customer the run around or just ignore them. I will never buy another car from this dealership and I would recommend you look somewhere else for your next purchase if you value good customer service after your purchase. I guess I should have caught on to their approach to customer service when they didn't even give me a full tank of gas after I bought the truck!
New Lincoln Purchase - Spo
Excellent experience, great price on new purchase and trade value. Derek Smith and Jake Hanson were exceptional, these two made the buying process seamless, both are all-stars!
Taken advantage of by typical Car salesmen - SadRoguegirl
I was shopping for a used Nissan Rogue. I wanted to shop out of town but my husband did not want to travel so we ended up at Krenzen. The shopping experience was fine; we test drove quite a few vehicles. It came down to two and we made a decision. We did not get a single cent off the price and we paid extra for the "environmental" package. With this I was told that the car would be fully detailed since they have to shampoo the seats in order to Scotchgard them. This was a Saturday and we were told we could pick it up Monday around 5pm. I had to get a ride from down by Solon Springs to go pick up my car. When we arrived, the outside of the car looked washed. The interior looked as if it had not been touched. There was still dust, crumbs and stains all around the car. In the pocket on the back of the passenger seat there was a literal bag of garbage still stuffed in it! I pointed this out to the salesman and he dove in there, grabbed it out and made some lame excuse as to why this would still be in there. I was very disappointed by this and told him that I thought a detailing would be much better than this. He agreed and said he would be telling the manager about what a poor job their detailer was doing, but never offered to fix this for me. Since my Husband thought I was overreacting (its a used car - yeah a $24000 used car) I drove away with it very unhappy. 5 minutes later I picked my sister and mom up for dinner. My sister immediately looked in that same pocket on the back of the seat and found chewed up, spit out sun flower seed shells!!! So disgusting. I took the car back to the dealership that night and showed another salesman my issues (mine had gone home for the day). Although he agreed it was not okay, he also gave me excuses that sometimes they have so many cars go through in a day the detailer skips some things. I can maybe buy that line IF I had not PAID them $700 extra dollars to clean my car! He took my name and number and said someone would call me the next day. I did not hear from them the next day so I called and spoke to the Used Car Manager. Again, he seemed to agree that the seed shells were not okay, but said to me, "what would you like me to do?" What would I like you to do???? CLEAN MY CAR. He scheduled me for about a week later for another full detailing. I had to leave work to get my car their in the morning and although they did give me a free rental, I still had to pay my gas (even though this was their fault). Again, I go up to get my car for the second time. The only thing they did was remove the seed shells and wash the outside again. I am still not sure they Scotchgarded the seats. Every speck of dust and crumb was still there. The sun was shining very bright so when I looked at the back of the seats to see if they were at least clean, it looked like they were. Once I got home in different lighting it was clear the seats were not clean. As a female (by myself) being told by a Male salesman that he and the used car manager AND the owner HOWIE KRENZEN went to the detail place to make sure my car was done well and apparently all of them thought this was a spectacular cleaning job; I was dumbfounded. I started to question myself if maybe I was just too picky. I got in my car and drove away. I went and bought some Armorall wipes at a Dollar General and one 50 cent wipe did a better job on the interior of my car than 2 supposed detail jobs. I do not doubt in my mind now that they gas lighted me into thinking I was expecting too much from a "used car". By the way, it was a 2017.5 - about 9 months old. Cost me $24,000 in the end and they stole the joy of having a new car away from me. I will never recommend them.
Honest service - Tim O
I purchased tires at Inver Grove Ford over a year ago. I recently went in for a flat tire and they took care of it at no charge and said how much they appreciated that I came in. We also have had our oil changed on our cars and it is always fast, polite and HONEST. They never try to oversell and have actually recommended that items we thought we needed were not necessary. Very professional!
Never Again - Neveragainbliss
Worse customer service! They sell cars that are junk! They don't stand by there products at all. Within 12 hrs taking it off the lot 2200.00 worth of problems and 24 hrs only more to come. And the car was over 2,000. They sell straight lemons! We bought the car from them and they service it. They are greedy and don't care about anything but the dollar signs!!! They are rude as xxxx! Even to a 80 yr old woman. Never again!!!
