Do not take your vehicle to get service here ever. I purchase a srt8 from here 2020. The sales guy was great and the finance office not to bad could have been better. I usually purchase from Walser in Bloomington but they didn’t have this vehicle. Drop off my vehicle to get the rust proofing, interior protection and ceramic wrap around the bumper etc. The loaner I was given was a 2018 Ford Taurus. The interior was cleanish the door jams and bottom insides of the doors looked like they had not been washed since 2018. My vehicle was suppose to be done on Friday by noon. It is now Friday evening 3pm and it’s still not ready yet. I dropped it off Wednesday evening. I’m so disappointed with this company and will never ever bring my vehicle back here for anything. I’m just hoping that the workmanship is better if not I pay to have it done somewhere else.

Staff was very courteous and polite, but select upper management/ownership is very unprofessional, discriminatory and values clearly do not align with good customer service (or any other Honda dealership I contacted). I attempted to make an appointment to have an issue corrected from a service 2 weeks ago and they refused our vehicle...Brand New Honda Pilot. Upon calling I was informed that if (you or your spouse/partner's) employer has any sort of business relationship with their dealership (knowingly or unknowingly) and you purchase a vehicle elsewhere, you will be discriminate against. This is the first I heard of such a thing. We all make business decisions I guess and mine will NOT include supporting Krenzen moving forward. Final Final

Brought in Nov 2 to collision center. After lack of communication for 3 weeks, they say my car is done.
Let's start Day 1: told collision center the issues I needed addressed at dealership for service, since it was next door. My original warranty was to expire in about 3 weeks from the first date of Nov.2.
Day 35: collision center finally done with cars body work. But he needed to get the speaker i had requested for warranty repair. Called service, they couldn't get to it that day, but it would be done 1st thing tomorrow.
Day 36: called to see if speaker was installed, and they let me know it was on order. xxx!?! Different than yesterday!! On top of it, they tried to have me pay for it, because it was now out of warranty. xxx?!? They knew about this nov. 2. Its now dec. 8.
There has been 3 phone calls to me this entire time- I've had to call to get updates. I have now moved up the chain, have a Ford case #, and am in progress of taking this all the way up the ladder. Henry Ford would Not be proud of the customer service- or complete lack there of. I will be picking my car up (hopefully this week) and I will be going through it with a fine tooth comb. Rest assured, it better look better than the 1st day I purchased it!! Updates to follow.
Disappointing Repair Service - MikeG
A check engine light along with a dramatic drop in power (code P0299 low boost and code P0016 cam timing) led me to bring my F150 to the Service Department. After a week to get an appointment and two days diagnosing the problem, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. The check engine light? I was told there wasn’t one. (There was when I parked it in their bay). The power reduction? Their tech couldn’t duplicate the problem. (I had been limping on it all week). I was told to bring it in next time the check engine light came on, and oh by the way, that’ll be $150 please. When I asked what I was paying for she asked if I was trying to get out of paying! CThe engine light came on the next day and had a hard time getting to highway speed. Again. Bring it back? No thanks.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there.
Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
