We were treated with as much attentiveness, professionalism, and a welcoming approach when buying a lower-priced used car as we would have been purchasing a brand new luxury vehicle. Our sales representative Ka'Veaun Jones was absolutely stellar! He took so much time with us, he was so personable and engaging as a person, and he knew the Ford and Lincoln products well. We will most definitely recommend Ka'Vaeaun to friends and family. Another special shout-out to Becca Coto (finance) and Max (trade value appraisal). We took our car to get detailed inside and outside and they did fantastic ! They even took out our weather tech mats and cleaned them. The car smelled just like new when I got in it and so clean! Took to someone else before and I will never go back there. Only this dealership now and they were very reasonable!
