I started having Thompson service my car about 3 years... - Chris
I started having Thompson service my car about 3 years ago after a horrible buying and service experience from Pinager and I've never looked back! They have provided phenomenal service each time! I decided to get a different used car and I spent months researching and looking at different dealerships and vehicles. I spoke with Jeff Harrison at Thompson and he was the only salesman that didn't feed me a line of crap and gave me my space unlike other dealership's salesman. I ended up purchasing a brand new Buick 2021 Encore Gx from Thompson and Jeff Harrison was my salesman. From start to finish It was a great experience. Jeff was never pushy and was always honest and that means a lot! Jeff spent a few hours with me going over my new car and even took me around the dealership and Introduced me to different people. Jeff even went out of his way to contact me a few times after the sale to make sure I was happy and to see If I have any questions. I would highly recommend Jeff Harrison and Thompson for any of your automotive needs!

I spent a lot of money with them about a month ago getting a new engine and transmission. I never argued about the price, I never hesitated when they told me I needed something extra installing these. I paid half up front as requested and then the balance the day I brought the truck home. Before bringing it home, I told the guy who took care of everything that the truck needed to pass inspection in April and I needed them to check it over and make sure it would. I was told it had gotten a 120 point inspection by one of their GM trained technicians and that everything was fine and all I needed to do was drive and enjoy it. Yesterday I took it to them to be inspected after less than 1000 miles and was informed that the ball joints all need replaced as well as two front tires that were damaged because of the ball joints and it was going to cost approximately $1000 to do this. Either they lied about the first inspection, didn't do the inspection as stated or the technician is incompetent. Now that they lied about that, I am wondering what other things are not as they said in the replacement and servicing of the rearend and transfer case.

I went to this dealership to look at 2 used cars for sale. One was already sold so Mac brought out a Ford Taurus. Took it for a test drive and as I started to accelerate the car started shaking very bad. I can"t believe they had this car for sale. Back at dealership, I informed Mac of problem with car. He said he wasn't aware of problem. I would stay away with this place!!!!

After initially not hearing back after submitting an online request Doug took over and was amazing. Handled just about everything over the phone and was very responsive throughout the day. They even granted our request of social distancing and handling all paperwork outside. Even though it was chilly and rainy, they got it all done. Very much appreciated during these times. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in... - Landon_fisher
This review begins with me taking my Chevy Equinox in because the gas gauge stopped working. I was told the part needed to be ordered and would take a week to arrive. A little over a week passed and I was contacted on November 16th to schedule my car to be repaired with the earliest opening being on November 24th. I brought my vehicle in on the 24th and was informed that it was the wrong part and that they would need to order the correct one. I called back on December 10th to schedule a second time to bring in my vehicle to hopefully get it fixed. December 17th was the earliest that they had an opening so I took that appointment day. At this point my fuel gauge is working after this second trip to have it repaired. I was informed that it was actually a recall and I didn't owe anything which was good news after the issues with getting the right part. Fast forward to Christmas/ Dec 25th and I noticed my vehicle leaking gasoline at my sister in law's home as I filled up my car and her driveway has an incline which was how the leak or lack of a seal became known. I didn't have this issue prior to my vehicle being "repaired" which upset me to say the least after everything else that came before this point. I call December 28th as the service department was closed and informed Tyler of the issue. He and I agreed to that they could check it on December 30th. I brought it in and explained how I was parked when the leak happened and he said they would check it out. I called a little late in the afternoon as I hadn't heard anything. I was informed that they couldn't find the leak and then became busy. I agreed that they could keep it another day to find the leak. I got my car back on December 31st with the leak supposedly fixed. I decided to fill up my car today and now it leaks parked in my flat driveway. Very disappointing after all the time and trips. I'm hoping I don't have any further issues that I have to use them for.
I called the dealership back on January 5th very irrate that the leak still wasn't fixed. I was finally offered a loaner car while they attempted to fix the leak yet again. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of January 6th for them to work on it. I received my car back on the 7th as it was returned to me at my job. Which brings us to today. I filled up my tank and come to find out that my gas gauge is now wildly in accurate as when I go up an incline I had a reading of 3/4's full even though I literally filled up. No noticeable leaks were seen so I can only guess it's the fuel gauge. I took videos on the way home to document what I could and then documented it parked in my driveway to which the tank slowly and magically refilled itself slowly. Honestly I'm afraid to take my car back because I don't know what the next thing is that they will mess up while trying to fix one of their other mistakes.
My wife and I have had a very long stressful frustrating... - Xayala
My wife and I have had a very long stressful frustrating experience after purchasing a supposed “certified pre-owned“ 2019 platinum Cadillac Escalade from Van Chevrolet Cadillac dealership. After owning this vehicle for only 3 days we’ve had major issues with it.! The remote start and on star app start has been intermittent from the beginning. On the 3rd day while 5hrs away from our house out of town the vehicle wouldn’t work at all.! I put fuel and it turned on fine, then parked to go inside the store and when we walked out to leave I attempted the remote start that haven’t been working as it should. At No surprise it did NOT work. So I opened the door and noticed the radio and instrument display did NOT load as it should have. I pressed the start button, sounded like it turned on, but I noticed the instrument and radio still didn’t turn on... so I started pressing buttons on the radio then finally it loaded “slowly.” At this point I had a check engine and stability track light illuminated, and also a warning that my steering assist is reduced, see dealership. Then I wasn’t able to turn the steering wheel at all, rev the engine, or move forward in drive or backwards in reverse. So I attempted to restart the vehicle multiple times, in attempts to remedy the problem enough to get back to our hotel 2hrs away from where we were. All failed, so then I pressed the Onstar button. I talked with one of their representatives to discuss my very unfortunate situation!! It was Labor Day weekend, after 6pm, no vehicle rental places Open, no dealerships close enough to get too before they close... worst time and place for this to happen! Onstar performed a basic diagnostics check on the vehicle. After being towed back towards our hotel I disconnected and reconnected the battery to reset the codes. Then was able to drive it back to our hotel. Next morning We drove Towards home and Had a blow out from a nail that was in the tire from delivery.! So even more misery to our experience!!!! Finally on Tuesday we started dealing with our Texas dealership Ron Carter on fixing this issue that has originated with Van Chevrolet Cadillac dealership!!!! I’m getting zero help since the issue can magically not be duplicated now.! Remote start still is intermittent... and even though Ron Carters service supervisor has witnessed it himself, I’m told I pretty much have to deal with it until it gets worse!!!! Now after this same supervisor has done some digging with Van Chevrolet Cadillac dealership. Come to find out the previous owner was having the exact same issues.!!!! How is it even possible for Van Chevrolet Cadillac to sell it as a “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” with known issues?!?!? It’s been back and forth in the shop multiple times since the Tuesday after Labor Day. Ron Carter has owned our vehicle in their shop longer than we have...
Horrible for Veterans or people with disabilities. - ggilliland85
Went to buy a new vehicle on 7/30/2020. Having been in the automobile industry my entire life I am very particular with customer experience. Matt Lotspeich (Son of Boss) blew me out of the water. I was trying to get the details worked out on financing a new truck however the manager was belittling my plan. Please beware, I am a disabled and really try my best to operate in this world however there are people who are not disabled and have zero idea what its like to live with a disability. To poke fun and aggravate a sore spot in someones life is not the way to earn someones business.

We purchased our vehicle on a cloudy day, went out of town then when we arrived home on a sunny day we noticed a cloudy substance on the windows that would not come off. We went to the dealership to get the issues resolved, we paid a lot of money for a vehicle that we expect to look nice. We were told that it was a used car and were pretty much shoved off. We even talked to the guy who detailed the car for Bommarito and we were told that they knew about the window issue and chose not to say anything to us. So after hours of back and forth we finally got them to agree to detail it themselves. We dropped the car back off and Bommarito Cadillac detailed the car to remove the substance. They were able to get the substance off of the rear window but not the rear driver and rear passenger window. After inspecting the car we noticed that now the rear driver and rear passenger windows had scratches on them due to them trying to remove the substance. There was no apologies, no eagerness to fix the issue, nothing. They said they weren't going to pay to replace the windows and that "I could buy the car back and sell it to someone else as is for more than what you bought it, clearly look at the lot there's not much out there". We said we just want the windows fixed since now they have visible scratches due to their work. We were told that someone would call us, no one ever did. When we told them this we were told "that's not my job" things were constantly pushed off to someone else. We showed up to the dealership 5 times in two weeks! Then were treated extremely rude, talked to in a very dismissive annoyed manner, they constantly rolled their eyes at us, very snippy. We were told that now someone else would be handling our problem and once again waited days for a phone call. Anytime we called we would get forwarded to voicemail, told they were in a meeting or told someone wasn't in. Seems as if there is never a manager there? We have had to deal with two managers and still nothing is being resolved. This has been ongoing for weeks now with still not help. We just want the issue resolved, our windows replaced. The customer service we have been giving since this ordeal began has been horrible. They treated us great when buying a car from them but, now we are being treated like a nuisance. I am highly disappointed in how dragged out this is becoming and how we have to track people down to a problem fixed that was done by them!
Delightful buying experience - XT4FAN
After having several less-than-stellar experiences at other dealerships who clearly haven't learned women actually CAN buy cars on their own, I cannot say enough about how different my experience at Sapaugh was. My salesman, Mike Indelicato, was totally delightful. Friendly and easy-going, he let me ask the questions I needed/wanted without just assuming I knew nothing. I found the price/dealing to be very fair and I believe I got a great deal on a new car that I'm really happy with. I look forward to continuing to do business with them.
