I want to start by saying Savie had a nice selection of pre-owned vehicles and I was/am highly impressed. His knowledge of each vehicle was very informative and helpful in making a decision. We selected a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta that was/is in excellent condition. When I arrived (Thursday evening), completed the paperwork and left with the vehicle and entered the interstate I experienced a shake in the front end that I could not pinpoint. I became very concerned, because my daughter was driving up from Texas (Friday) to pick up the vehicle. I called Savie that very evening and the next day (Friday) he came to Rolla, picked up the vehicle and took it straight back to the service department. He kept me closely informed of the diagnosis process and immediately called me when the issue was found. They had the problem fixed within an hour and this allowed the planned timeline to workout. Savie's prompt action made it all workout. To have a relationship like this with any business is important, especially with your automotive dealer.

Their car wash put a gouge in the back bumper which they are going to fix, but it is an inconvenience for me. Nothing on the receipt notates they changed the Passenger Compartment air filter which is on the maintenance schedule for this visit. Also, I would expect them to check the air pressure in the tires when they rotate them. This wasn't done either.

I sure hope the next time you tell someone a vehicle is very clean and they drive 8 hrs round trip you put a different pair of glasses on. Your inexperienced in the car business and vehicle condition evaluation caused us a horrible waste of time. And for you as a son of the owner to not even offer a token of apology is even more aggravating. You have zero business ethics and less personality.
The vehicle had 20 scratches and dings on the sides an front end. The wheel had a gash where it had been curbed and the tire had a 5" gash in the sidewall. The interior back seat had scratches in the seat and a tear.
The vehicle was a 2016 Range Rover with 17000 miles with a asking price of $64900.
Most dissatisfied customer.

In short? Amazing experience....
Jill was probably the most responsive salesperson I've ever worked with. She & Rod made the process completely painless. This included a trade (!!!) done via phone conversations and pictures sent.
They delivered the truck to me and picked up my trade (over a thousand miles away). Only when I was completely satisfied did I hand the driver my checks and signed title.
I've read some of the other reviews here - the one that stands out is where someone purchased a 2wd vehicle and thought it was 4wd? OK.... enough said on that one. That's certainly something the purchaser should be able to tell (???) and is responsible for making the right selection.
To top all this off? I tried (really tried) to buy locally. The local folks missed the price point offered by Jim Falk's by thousands.
Save yourself some frustration - and MONEY. Call these folks if you are in the market. You won't be disappointed!

I cannot recommend against this dealership strongly enough. After I had negotiated a deal with trade-in over the phone and then drove hundreds of miles, they tried to completely change the terms of our deal without even mentioning it. After questioning the change thinking it must be a mistake, they refused to honor the original deal. If that wasn't enough, the sales staff and manager I dealt with interrupted our conversations multiple times for phone calls and were in no hurry to end the call. If you're looking for a dealership that is trustworthy with an honest sales staff, save yourself a lot of time and go somewhere else.

Went to the dealership to purchase a 2012 Chevy 3500. Truck had dents and scratches like a normal truck. Had no intentions on going down on price or scalping me on the price of my trade. It became very clear the dealership would rather sit on what they have rather than move inventory. Would not recommend going to them unless you want to be gouged on your trade and pay a large mark up.

I purchased a used pickup from Blackwell-Baldwin, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, for $19,200. Since they are supposed to be governed by the major auto manufacturers I "thought" I would not get scammed. Therefore, I purchased the vehicle only seeing it in pictures and discussing it on the phone and through email. After the vehicle was delivered I discovered it had not been serviced, detailed, and did not have a thorough motor vehicle inspection. I had to spend $600 servicing, detailing and repairing items that are standard repairs during inspection. The salesman, sales manager, and owner/general manager would not do anything about this situation. It took me over two months to get anyone to call me back after sending a letter with receipts and explanation and making four phone calls. A continued result of poor customer service. I just hope no one else gets scammed. Beware.
The poorest service dept in the area - csetser
Took my truck there a few times for repairs & had to return every time because the job was not done right. The last time they broke my mirror & tried to get me to pay for it & when the work in the dash was complete they broke several pieces & just left them in the floor I guess thinking I wouldn't see it. The so called service manager is rude & has caused most of the technicians to quit according to the staff I spoke with. When I spoke to him he acted like I had done something wrong & acted smug & diffidently didn't care about what had happened to my vehicle. Won't be back to this dealer & if your smart you won't go there either
