Cleanest cars in the area - Julie W
Brian made the buying experience very easy. He worked with his team to get us in the car we wanted. Elco by far had the best selection and cleanest pre-owned vehicles in the St. Louis area.

Good service - DEZIRAE.HAMRICK
I enjoyed my car buying experience at Landers. Carl really helped me out. He let me test drive what I wanted and did a good job of telling me about the car and it’s features. I came in twice looking and he stayed late to help me. I forgot my CD in My trade in and I texted him to get it for me, I appreciated that. I’m younger so it was nice to also have a younger sales person who I felt like didn’t talk down to me because I wasn’t experienced in buying a car.
Customer Relations Manager
Delightful buying experience - XT4FAN
After having several less-than-stellar experiences at other dealerships who clearly haven't learned women actually CAN buy cars on their own, I cannot say enough about how different my experience at Sapaugh was. My salesman, Mike Indelicato, was totally delightful. Friendly and easy-going, he let me ask the questions I needed/wanted without just assuming I knew nothing. I found the price/dealing to be very fair and I believe I got a great deal on a new car that I'm really happy with. I look forward to continuing to do business with them.
Excellent !! - Paul R Rochowiak
Brittain and his manager were great to work with . We were interested in a vehicle on the lot and we're given a walk around and test drive. Then sat down and got to a number we liked in a efficient and friendly manner.
Unbelievable customer service! - Mtownsend
I am extremely impressed with the customer care and professionalism of this dealership and especially the personal concern from the staff and owners- would return!
Helpful staffs - Raj12
Mr. Vince was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made the sale very easy for me and help me with the price as well. Thank you very much for everything!!!
Quoted one price doubled when I picked vehicle up - Jason Smith
I was quoted the standard price of $254.00 to install door handle by Keith , service advisor.
When i picked vehicle up, Due to "their" labor issues putting it on, the price was doubled, $461.00
The issue i have is that I was not notified of issues and price increase.
Chris service manager won't call or answer phone.
Standard price at any dealer to install handle is $254.00
This is bad business practice. I won't return and won't ever recommend !
Did me right - Broken Dreams
Happy...bought a jag and it had...uh...errors...the GM at the dealership demanded they be repaired for free. I'm happy and would return.
Terrible Customer Service - Diggy
We were belittled in front of other customers. The sales manager told me on the sales floor in front of other customers that my credit was not good enough to get 0% which I never once asked for and it was very embarrassing. This was just a terrible experience all around never will I ever go back or recommend anyone to this place!!
Lies and deception from salesman - formercustomer
My family has been buying vehicles from Behlmann for well over 20 yrs., two sisters and my mother have all bought Buicks in the last 18 months. Never again. The salesman that dealt with my mother lied, cheated and stole from us. Nick Giganti is a worm who preys on women and the elderly. My mother bought her vehicle Memorial day weekend, "the worm" promised a referral check of $250. Now it's August 6th and after 3 calls and multiple excuses, he says it's $100, and still no check. Then, wants to try and make me feel like a beggar for asking him for what he voluntarily promised. I didn't ask for referral check, he offered. I guess he feels if he puts me off long enough I'll just give up. Well I have, on the dealership. Service dept. had to work on my sister's and my vehicle twice to resolve issues. Spend your money somewhere else. At one time this was a great dealership, but I wouldn't buy a "Hotwheel" toy from them anymore.
CHRIS LEWIS PROVIDED HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! - MaryStru
went in on Saturday 2/2/19 to drive a Honda Ridgeline and liked it a lot. We drove 2 hours to check it out. We worked out a trade amount and the salesman, CHRIS LEWIS, said he couldn't sell it right now without having a check airbag light looked at by the service department. I said I want the truck so let me know what he finds out. MR LEWIS assured me he would.
Monday he didn't call so I called Tuesday and spoke to CHRIS LEWIS. He said he'd check on the truck, he forgot & was busy. About 2 hours later I received an email from CHRIS LEWIS that the service guys friend was buying it BUT if he doesn't I'll let you know.
What an UNPROFESSIONAL salesman! I don't know if he thinks customers enjoy being insulted or if he's treated other customers like this, or if that's how the company is run. I've never had a more insulting experience in my life!
CHRIS LEWIS I WON'T BE BACK, SAVE YOUR EMAIL & TIME TO INSULT OTHERS. HAVE A NICE DAY.
Integrity of a sale. - Patrick
So happy to upgrade my driving experience to a Cadillac SRX, I understand they check out their used cars to insure a buyer is happy with the purchase. Unfortunately my car had low miles and looked so pretty they may have skipped a few steps over this one, But fortunately for me my As Is agreement was put aside several times to fix the problems that arose w used cars, AC, oxygen sensor, condenser, oil change, water leak from sunroof, all were replaced and fixed free of charge!!! I want to thank Rick the service manager and Kaii, my sales rep for allowing this to happen and obviously the whole Jim Faulk team to pass on to all my customers the excellent service I have come to find at the dealership, thank you so much.
Bought a new GMC crew cab 1500 SLT. - Dean Arthaud
Very Professional and easy to do business with. I would recommend you go to them. I live approx 30 miles north of Jeff City and tried to buy local but could not get a reasonable price. Dealer here wanted more for a 1 year old vehicle with 8,000 miles than I could buy new at Riley. Same truck. Same options. The local salesman called the day after I bought and said "I would have beaten their price". Maybe but it is not my job to go back and forth to get a car dealer to give me a decent price. When you spend $50k+ you expect to get a good value and fair offer without getting yanked around.
Stay far away - Madbuyer19
Stay far away from this dealership, they will lie to you to get your name on the contact. The service department is by far the most incompetent group that I’ve come across our vehicle has been in the shop for the same thing four times and they didn’t know how to address the issue. There’s an electronic issue with the information system that they can’t figure out, just stay away from this dealership they are willing to sell you what they have but they cannot repair what they sell.
Service Department is an utter joke. - triggerhappier
In good faith I purchased a 2016 (in 2016) Malibu brand new off the lot and within 1 week the car had completely stalled and locked up throwing us from 50 mpg to 5 in about 1 second (I know that's not their fault) but we expect them to analyze and correct the problem as we purchased their extended warranty. At that point all the service department did was turn off the check engine light which does not generate a service record. It's 2019 now, check engine light still on, vehicle still stalling, service 2 days ago the service department turned off the check engine light and told my wife that it keeps coming on because she is on and off the gas pedals, what a complete crock. Between the purchase in 2016 the check engine light has never been off for more than a week and we have driven the car to Lottspeich (40 miles away) between 12 and 15 times, we had them print us out service record for our attorney and it printed out 4 records, which means ten times all they did was reset the check engine light. Every time we get a loaner they talk like we should be excited about it, it's embarrassing and I don't give a crap about the loaners. This service department is a complete joke and the management allowing this to happen to its customers will feel the burn one day.
I know they will reply with a generic statement about how highly they uphold their customer service, but we are done with customer service. We want a working vehicle and this deal that went down in 2016 has completely wasted years of our lives that we cannot get back. All we do is swap out vehicles and wonder when our car is going to lock up on the highway. Still to this day no resolution, nothing you can do at this point will make it right unless you give a refund for this piece of garbage you sold us and continue to sell us on, wasting yours and our time.
I purchased a used pickup from Blackwell-Baldwin, in... - Got Scammed
I purchased a used pickup from Blackwell-Baldwin, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, for $19,200. Since they are supposed to be governed by the major auto manufacturers I "thought" I would not get scammed. Therefore, I purchased the vehicle only seeing it in pictures and discussing it on the phone and through email. After the vehicle was delivered I discovered it had not been serviced, detailed, and did not have a thorough motor vehicle inspection. I had to spend $600 servicing, detailing and repairing items that are standard repairs during inspection. The salesman, sales manager, and owner/general manager would not do anything about this situation. It took me over two months to get anyone to call me back after sending a letter with receipts and explanation and making four phone calls. A continued result of poor customer service. I just hope no one else gets scammed. Beware.
The poorest service dept in the area - csetser
Took my truck there a few times for repairs & had to return every time because the job was not done right. The last time they broke my mirror & tried to get me to pay for it & when the work in the dash was complete they broke several pieces & just left them in the floor I guess thinking I wouldn't see it. The so called service manager is rude & has caused most of the technicians to quit according to the staff I spoke with. When I spoke to him he acted like I had done something wrong & acted smug & diffidently didn't care about what had happened to my vehicle. Won't be back to this dealer & if your smart you won't go there either
