The salesman was low pressure, researched what I was looking for, lined up several models to my liking, took his time to make sure we didn't miss anything and answered all my questions with no hesitation. 110% recommend Elco Chevrolet and Ryan Spence!

I want to start by saying Savie had a nice selection of pre-owned vehicles and I was/am highly impressed. His knowledge of each vehicle was very informative and helpful in making a decision. We selected a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta that was/is in excellent condition. When I arrived (Thursday evening), completed the paperwork and left with the vehicle and entered the interstate I experienced a shake in the front end that I could not pinpoint. I became very concerned, because my daughter was driving up from Texas (Friday) to pick up the vehicle. I called Savie that very evening and the next day (Friday) he came to Rolla, picked up the vehicle and took it straight back to the service department. He kept me closely informed of the diagnosis process and immediately called me when the issue was found. They had the problem fixed within an hour and this allowed the planned timeline to workout. Savie's prompt action made it all workout. To have a relationship like this with any business is important, especially with your automotive dealer.

We can't say enough about the great service we received from John Didion. John patiently showed us several Cadillacs before we chose one. There were issues with this particular, pre-owned Cadillac XTS, but John promised to give us a new seatbelt, fix some drops of paint on the driver's door and install a CD player. He came through with all these promises! The drops of paint on the driver's door took a couple of trips to the dealer to get resolved--but John truly made it happen. We highly recommend John!

Called Bob to set up appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Bob got me an appointment the next day, I walked in and talked to Bob and he sent me to customer lounge said they would get right on my truck. Less than an hour later he brought me the keys and said truck was done.

went to dealership to purchase an xt5,they had some good pricing...finally come to an agreement on Sat am,about 9.30..was told they were too busy to see financing all day,ok what about Monday ..no too busy all day..ok let set an appointment for Tuesday..ok at 1 pm..got there at 12.15 ...waited until about 12.50 and was told there was someone put ahead of me since they had just purchased a vehicle..was told to go to lunch and come back at 2pm and might get it done....after i left i figured it was not
meant to be and cancelled the purchase by calling the salesman....that was it ,nocalls no nothing...the people seem nice ,especially Carlos....who answered all my questions and returned my calls quickly.. was a very disapointing experience.................

These people sent me a car with Damage while taking my trade and then later made me resign paperwork at a higher APR and more payment with no options because they “already sold my trade” I spoke with the owner and his daughter both of whom told me I was, “out of luck!” When I told them I’d see them in court they said they keep attorneys on site to handle my type of complaints. Avoid these swindlers if at all possible!

Very Professional and easy to do business with. I would recommend you go to them. I live approx 30 miles north of Jeff City and tried to buy local but could not get a reasonable price. Dealer here wanted more for a 1 year old vehicle with 8,000 miles than I could buy new at Riley. Same truck. Same options. The local salesman called the day after I bought and said "I would have beaten their price". Maybe but it is not my job to go back and forth to get a car dealer to give me a decent price. When you spend $50k+ you expect to get a good value and fair offer without getting yanked around.

Went to the dealership to purchase a 2012 Chevy 3500. Truck had dents and scratches like a normal truck. Had no intentions on going down on price or scalping me on the price of my trade. It became very clear the dealership would rather sit on what they have rather than move inventory. Would not recommend going to them unless you want to be gouged on your trade and pay a large mark up.

I purchased a used pickup from Blackwell-Baldwin, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, for $19,200. Since they are supposed to be governed by the major auto manufacturers I "thought" I would not get scammed. Therefore, I purchased the vehicle only seeing it in pictures and discussing it on the phone and through email. After the vehicle was delivered I discovered it had not been serviced, detailed, and did not have a thorough motor vehicle inspection. I had to spend $600 servicing, detailing and repairing items that are standard repairs during inspection. The salesman, sales manager, and owner/general manager would not do anything about this situation. It took me over two months to get anyone to call me back after sending a letter with receipts and explanation and making four phone calls. A continued result of poor customer service. I just hope no one else gets scammed. Beware.
The poorest service dept in the area - csetser
Took my truck there a few times for repairs & had to return every time because the job was not done right. The last time they broke my mirror & tried to get me to pay for it & when the work in the dash was complete they broke several pieces & just left them in the floor I guess thinking I wouldn't see it. The so called service manager is rude & has caused most of the technicians to quit according to the staff I spoke with. When I spoke to him he acted like I had done something wrong & acted smug & diffidently didn't care about what had happened to my vehicle. Won't be back to this dealer & if your smart you won't go there either
