Went in for a last min oil change, did not make an appointment, walked in and stated did not know how long it would be due to having only one oil changer working , but ask if I could wait about 30 mins and they could get it. I did not have anything else to do that afternoon so I sure I could wait since I did not have an appointment I could not ask for any thing else. So I went an sat in the waiting room ate some popcorn and watch tv and was only there for about 45mins or so total. was in an out rather quickly considering the one worker and no appointment

Hands free phone system does not work. The car is six years old with 91,000 miles. I never used hands free before but decided it was time to try it. This car has a history of radio/software related issues. An issue with the doors unlocking themselves when walking away from the car has never been solved after many visits over first few years of ownership. The radio has been replaced twice. In fact Chrysler gave me 16 free oil changes far all my trouble. I thought I was getting one of those only to find out there was A four yr expiration on those so I unexpectedly had to pay $60 for that. Checking out the bluetooth issue with the phone would have cost $149. If not covered, then I don’t lnow how much more. I therefore chose not to have it looked at. I would think that with all the softeare issues this car has had Royal Gate would have checked it out and got it working for frer. WRONG

I have stopped at Auffenberg motors for years. I have never purchased anything from the dealership because of the sorry approach and gloomy attitude I received when I did stop. But now is different. There has been a complete change of attitude and atmosphere in the dealership. I met the new GM that actually lived in Alaska for some time. Great stories and great attitude. Very refreshing from the previous managers that were there. The good ole boy club gets old after a while. Stop by and see Ryan and his new crew. New Service manager, New Parts Manager, New office manager and last but assuredly not least a New Business manager and his name is ACTUALLY Ricky Bobby!!

Save your time & money and just go deal with Andy at Bryant Motors, The best experience ive had buying a car. Andy found a new jeep for me because he didnt have exactly the one i was wanting on the lot. Got the jeep in the next day and i headed there. The jeep was exactly what he said and was already detailed and ready to go when i arrived, They looked over my trade in and we got a deal done, went through financing with Pam and was doing a walk through and back on the road in about 45 minutes. I will never waste my time going other places and will be back there for any future purchases i have!

After 3 weeks having a vehicle I purchased the salesmen texts me (yeah texts me) to ask for my paystub again. I said I've already given this and I can resend the same one but why? They say my financing fell through they want me to come sign a new deal with more down and more monthly a deal I never would've signed to begin with. They tried to blame it on me misrepresenting my work schedule and I said no you had my pay stub before I left nothing is new information. They now want me to come sit down and discuss. Wish me luck in returning what should have been a happy purchase and getting my down payment back! Unfortunately being as how 3 weeks had passed I'd already paid taxes and fees to the dmv and gotten the title switched to my name with a lien holder that apparently doesnt exist. To make it even weirder i got a welcome call from the lender saying my information and welcome package would be in the mail. I'm at a total loss never had a worse experience buying anything.

Have been using the service department for several years and have always been pleased with their work and customer service. Recently went in to look at possibly trading for a different vehicle. Orion did a great job of working out an agreeable trade after we initially were unable to come to terms. Kudos! I’d highly recommend him as a sales person and will definitely give them the opportunity on future purchases.

I bought a 2019 Ram Limited from Crowin Dodge and with 6 K miles took it in for its first service and two issues. 1 the navigation system is not functioning correctly. 2 preset stations on the sound system is deleted when you shut the truck off. Arrived at 9am as appointment was made 3 weeks prior (3 Weeks) wow!! Was told if it was going to take long they would get me a loner. After 3 hours I went out to the service department asking how it was going and was told they almost hand it. At 5 hrs I did the same thing and was told they were finishing up. At 7 hrs I was told they had been in touch with Chrysler and they couldn’t figure out a fix . So after 7 hours , there wasn’t 1 time a service department person came into the waiting room to inform me of progress or problems, I always had to chase someone down to find out what was going on. To top it off I left with nothing but a oil change and tire rotation and a half xxx exclamation that they don’t know what is going on or how to fix it. I know it’s a new truck but , the 19 s have been out almost a year and you would think they would have the bugs worked out. All in all this service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. You missed this one Corbin Dodge.

Here it is 6 months later and this place is still horrible and horrible service. I have been here since 10 and didn’t leave to close to close. I was told my vehicle was ready four times and I still have been waiting. Never again will I come here

In an attempt to make an extremely long and frustrating story short, I'll only touch on some facts. I took my jeep to their on location repair center in Joplin in order to fix an ABS sensor light that kept comming on. Their diagnosis was a faulty gear shifter assebmly....so I paid to replace it. I took the car back very soon after we picked it up with the problem still occurring only for them to tell me that the ignition needed replaced....so I paid to replace it. Once more, I returned the car more frustrated than ever with the same problem. They told me two control modules needed replaced. You guessed right...I replaced them.
Here's is why I believe they possess a huge void in the morals department. It turns out they had been driving my car in order to replicate the problem...all good not a problem...what they did not expect was for me to drive by and find my jeep in a random driveway in a town 20 miles away. As it would turn out they left it as a LOANER for one of their other customers to use while they fix her car, with the keys in it unlocked. UNLOCKED! In conclusion nothing was fixed, the problem still remains and all I want is my money back. I was without a car the entire time they had it (two months or more all together),
If you're ok with them loaning out your car to complete strangers then go for it. I'll be looking anywhere else to take my business and recomend you do the same.
